on october 9 2020 dispatch received a
call about a man causing a disturbance
at a residence in baraboo wisconsin
the man was identified as 26-year-old
alexander bragley
a resident of the home was calling
police when alex slapped the phone out
of their hand before running off
the resident also claimed alex was
selling drugs out of the basement
while officers were on route to the
residence alex was attempting to leave
in a maroon-colored vehicle
minutes later another officer advised he
had located the vehicle at a quick trip
and observed alex crawling into the
trunk of the
my vehicle
no weapons on him though

he just we literally just came from the
downtown area but he was robbed
he's very upset right now
when they opened the trunk alex was
directed to exit but didn't comply and
remained lying in the trunk covered with
a blanket

alex was charged with felony counts of
possession of methamphetamine and
possession of thc
misdemeanor accounts of disorderly
conduct and resisting an officer
ultimately the possession of
methamphetamine disorderly conduct and
resisting charges were dismissed
alex was sentenced to four years of
probation consecutive to his current
sentence being served
he must also pay 518 dollars to the
clerk of court's office and maintain
absolute sobriety from drugs and alcohol
and not possess any controlled substance
without a valid prescription
