on September 30th 2023 a woman got into a minor vehicle crash hitting and damaging another man's truck in Palm Coast Florida at around 1:00 p.m. when the man attempted to speak with the female driver she refused to get out of her car and sped up in front of the man forcing him to hang on to the hood of her car here's what happened next hey were you on the hood of the car he did that all right relax we're going to sort it all out what happened he hit me lightly and then he said you better pull over he got out of his car he hit you hit with his car he hit me look at my car and then he went like this he he wouldn't get off the hood of my car so let's start from the beginning how his car hits yours and where you were at let's start from there he said that I Tred to make an illegal left turn I have loation on uh I got a red ant all over I got red an come here come sit just don't drive away on me sit right here just don't drive away on me okay all right okay here I move I'm going to hit your [ __ ] you oh sh take your shoes off oh I got ants all over I just got out of the hospital and now I got to go through this okay all right he said I tried to make the left turn where was his left turn at on the Bel Bel uh Cypress let me show you something I was going to the gas station oh if you got water or something I could throw on my legs yeah hey just don't make contact her I'm getting her some water first I'm just going to step up here yeah I'll just wait right here yeah wait right here for me I'm going to get her she's starting her car back she's got she's got she got said I Got Ants I put her in the car she stepped an ants here give me the keys out of the car turn it off turn it off turn it off stay right just stay right there don't restart I'm getting you a bottle of water relax I see the ant you're getting eaten alive I'm not going any he got out of his car and he jumped in my hood and he said I'm tell him that that did you try to cut me off by making a turn I got zero miles today I was going to the gas station and I took the left turn and he jumped in my hood of my car but his did his car hit your car his car hit my car so there was an accident no matter who was at fault there was an accident well I wanted to get out of the traffic and he jumped on the hood of my car why you drive from there to hear them on the hood of the car why I was going into the gas station I was going into the gas station to get gas because but why did you make it from here all the way to there him on the hood of the car why didn't you just pull over he wouldn't get off the car he says well now you're going to get soothed because you're going to you're going to hurt me I'm going to hurt him so how much further were you going to go with them on the hood to that gas station oh I was going to I was going to get take go to the right side do you have your license registration of proof Insurance yes I have it what did you you got I got no I was going so I'm pulling on to Bel from on post Parkway yeah I turn left and I see the accident was already happened okay is the accident witness the accident portion they were already out of their vehicles at the time yeah it's good thing I go that way yeah so I already saw that so the guy was already he came around and tried to tell her you know hey wait right here so I see him and his wife trying to talk to her it's like hey just wait here we're going to call now the lady's trying to pull out already and he's like stop so she kind of throws in the reverse for a second to get around the vehicle and then she starts gunning it and he's in front of her is like don't go anywhere I turn on my lights at this point right behind her and then he jumps on the hood because she guns it and just blows through the tra did he jump on it because he yeah he no he jumped on it because she was trying to move and he was in the way like I don't think there was anything else he could have done but get on the hood where did he jump on the hood of your car in the middle of the street what like like where where on the road where on this road like like like did did you jump on your hooding car right here right no at Cypress Point on but right there yeah right there is there a reason why you kept driving and then just stop he wouldn't he jumped on the hood he says I'm I'm I'm going on the hood of your car he says is $91,000 got a piece of [ __ ] what made you think to continue driving I was getting off I was going to get off the gas station was there I wanted there was a lot of traffic I just wanted to get there was a lot you know how you know how far you drove with this guy on the hood of your car I begged him to get off the hood of my car why didn't you stop the traffic all you had to do is put your foot on the brake and stop you could have killed this man with him on the hood of your car for almost probably over a mile can I tell you something you don't jump on someone's car in the middle of traffic and make up a lot and and make a fly like he's making up you you're going to give me $91,000 for my car that piece your driver he's he's talking you should okay but you still decided to drive I just I drove to get off to get off I was getting off I stopped I had my blinker on and I wanted to the gas station was right there that's all that's all all right just just sit here here yeah just away from here yeah I was uh I was going straight she was in this playe I didn't even see my wife yelled at me she turned here hit the front of my truck and then she kept going so I went around her got in front of her to stop her I walked up to her she had her window down she said I I'm going to get gas I said well you need to stay right here till the police get here and uh she said no I'm going to get gas and she kept trying to get around me and get around me so I got in front of the car she was trying to run me over and then she just guned it so I grabbed the hood she had to be doing 50 60 MPH through here I told her you got to stop I'm going to fall off and she said that's your problem so I mean I don't want to be mean but yeah but you needed to stay where it was at you know of course um So based on everything we got obviously as far as the crash goes she's at fall okay as far as the rest of it are you willing to pursue charges on her leaving the scene of the accident no I don't want to I don't want to do any are you willing to pursue charges for aggravated battery I really don't want to get her in any trouble but you know you don't want to pursue charges that's completely up long as she'll take care of my truck like I said as far as the crash goes does she have insurance yeah she's got insurance she's got got that stuff so as far as the second half of that goes her leaving the scene of that accident and then driving you basically what a mile or so down the road on the hood of the car going what did you say 50 60 I yeah I would assume so seemed pretty fast so those I know we those are crimes if you don't want to pursue I'm going to have you sign this but if you do want to pursue well there's two parts of this one you do want to pursue one you don't want to pursue so that's up to you I mean understand that she took you on a ride on a car you could have easily fell off the car I was falling off I was trying to get to stop she you could have very easily been dead
