Witnesses reported a woman who is brutalizing a little girl here's what transpired I just I just watch it man no I was with where do you want to go what do you want to sit in because you have whatever option you want ma'am ma'am ma'am can I help you what is I'm telling my mom the truth you're telling her the truth s like the mom what's going on sweetie so um we just got there and she just mess with me up and and she keep on messing with me every single time and she keep on being crazy okay I'm trying n trying she P my headphones in water what is that in your hand9 coming they goes to this that will start it there's nothing else that will start it so you guys are just completely okay she's having a meltdown to 7 okay and everybody else are concerned folks making sure that we watch you for 20 minutes she's been trying to go in the street with the bike in a busy street we we're concerned for the child safety that's what we're here all right so I have another officer that's coming okay so we you been sleeping in your car no yeah we packed up already but she always yell at me every single time because um I just want to get new toys and and my mom don't let me every single time and I have a dad but he's a Virginia and they fight every they fight and um I just I saw but I I was born and um um I was born and M's and Mom's biling and they my mom and dad just fight they just fight so now you live just with Mom okay my dad is in Virginia already because um um he moved did Mom do anything other than yell at you did she hit you or anything she always hit me but um we fight every single time and I just do ugly stuff to Mom on to dance but um so I just don't want Mom to go to jail though why would your mom go to jail um she went to jail like three times three times why um so Mom and Dad probably like my dad punch mom and my mom punch dad my dad's name is Zach so sometimes sometimes mom hit hits dad and sometimes dad hits mom does mom ever hit you um every single time we always fight every single time you and Mom fight where did she hit you everywhere everywhere when did she hit you last time um so she hit me on to the all right because it hurts it just hurt kids does Mom hit you with her hands does she hit you with anything else she usually hits you on your butt yeah it hurts it hurts did she hit you anywhere else yeah she hits me in the mouth the hands everywhere it just hurts sometimes I don't listen to Mom and she sticks a middle finger at me she sticks her that's not very nice I'm going to talk to my sergeant okay okay just give us one quick second did you see you see I saw a tail in of it and she was pulling hair and they saw yeah it's hard for me to talk man it's choking me up what happens to her in the immediate time we have victim Advocates who are really lovely people that work with us so the victim who's going to come to be with her right now is wonderful I you know give her all the credit the world after that point I is she going to be in Flagler County like in a system like in a group no it's up to it's up to the legal system I'm a teacher so I you know You' been but I'll take her in I when you left she said where did he go yeah she got nervous she said where did he go pH coming can I have my phone she's down there already here hi Tay are you okay Amanda can you come come over to my car I am what are youing I'm giving you my hands your hands are fine you have anything on you that could poke me or stick me uh there's a razor blade and the there's a razor blade yes sir where's Mom they're talking to her right now so uh the mom has been at one of our bars it's about 7:00 and it's what 10:30 now uh she's intoxicated she was at a bar that was very busy so right there very SW her part what she did but she uh pulled the little girl's hair while she was on a bicycle snatched her back and then she kicked her more than once um in her leg and then hit her in her back it's okay I'm just looking at Mom oh Mom's just sitting there chilling not keeping mom for a week probably probably not very long because is she going to be okay she's going to be okay she's going to be with me and I'm going to take care of her okay you trust me but she's a big kid and she is um 30 she's 30 but sometimes even I'm 32 and sometimes even 30-year-olds they mess up and they get in trouble yeah she always crazy me she's always what crazy me crazy to you so Mom what she said is mom goes crazy sometimes she and Mom fight all the time mom was being mean um and she was crying and she was very upset as she was saying this uh mom hits her um when she hits her it hurts and she doesn't know why mom is so mean to her but she loves mom and doesn't want Mom to get in trouble
