call all right Robert got charged with retail theft hit and run involving injury fleeing and eluding police second degree recklessly endangering safety and resisting and obstructing an officer leading to a $33,000 bond he then pleaded guilty to all charges but retail theft and hit and run involving injury were dismissed he was then sentenced to 2 years in prison along with 3 years of extended supervision Lil Cherry was sentenced to one year of probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor retail theft the case against the other girl was dismissed [Music]
