January 25th, 2025, Lady Lake, Florida. What began as a routine traffic stop by Sergeant Michelle Bilbury quickly turned into one of the FBI's biggest arrests. Behind the wheel was Donald Eugene Fields second, a fugitive on the FBI's 10 most wanted list. >> I didn't know there's license, registration, insurance. >> Okay.
