on December 13th 2023 an officer of Clearwater Police Department was doing his Patrol and traveling southbound approaching an intersection he then began traveling Westbound and this is where he observed a vehicle rapidly accelerate 40 mph from a dead stop the officer then hit his lights and began his traffic stop take a look at what he had to deal with did you actually like Copo it's a
