on August 28th 2023 an officer of Clearwater Police Department was driving through a Walmart parking lot conducting a directed Patrol he was alerted to a female passed out on her vehicle he then called for backup and here's what happened ma' [Music] M I don't want to get near just in case she guns it that car is aim [Music] right he there where where the police police hello hello YooHoo hello what the hell is going on the suspect appears to be unconscious in her vehicle please then try to get her attention but she's non-responsive to them the suspect then comes to and she says she took a nap and that she needed it she didn't know that her car wasn't drrive while she was unconscious the officer then asked for ID and she says she has it then says she doesn't have it and starts giving answers that don't even make any sense hello yeah wake up IO what's going on um I a nap you're taking a nap I need a nap you needed a nap yeah okay well you parked across two parking spots here your car was in drive and running car your car you have a driver's license on you what okay yeah can I see it please you have any weapons in the car no guns knives nothing wow that's what that's crazy that's crazy don't drink that I see it's iced tea I see that can I get your driver's license first though what's in the car that you don't want me to see be honest no there's no drugs no because you're hiding your stuff real conveniently from me no I've been literally passed out like for okay well I need you to see your driver's license so all right can you look it up no you have it on you you need to present it to me I really don't have it on yes you do I think you're just trying to hide what's ever in your bag for me listen we can do this one or two ways you could be cooperative with me we can figure this out we could be uncooperative I can give my bag if you like would you like my bag why don't you have your driver's license on you because my driver's license I have to get it out because what I moved here from Kentucky you moved here from Kentucky yep and in order for me to get a license you have to have a copy of your paper license you have to have a what copy of your paper a paper license where do you live yeah where you got to be 154 1524 carel okay do you have a Kentucky driver's license on you it's it's a okay let me see it the officer ask to search her car because he knows something isn't right she's been casually hiding things from him and he doesn't want him to see and he knows that he shows her how she's parked and she still doesn't understand what's happening all she thinks is she's going to jail are we anywhere by the bud hotel by the what budget in hotel budget in kind of is that where you came from yeah that's where I was at when you ever used drugs in your life I used cocaine cocaine yeah cocaine in this car no they're better not better you got money out I'm not lying to if you want me to get out of the car I will I can search your car I won't make it a mess I promise I would say yes but I don't know the hell out my car seriously wow right I'm not going to point anything out God how long did you move here ago I was about 5 monso what 5 months ago I had a job I and you didn't get a Florida license in five months no because there's a problem waiting on somebody waiting on somebody waiting on somebody that probably trying to kill me what seriously I not like this this is not what I do seriously waiting on somebody yeah who were you waiting on uh Julian who's Julian all his name hey do me a favor step out and I want to show you how happen up here oh Paul rest at my car okay have a seat on the curb sit on the curb what are we working with here the officer then ends up searching her car and she finally let him he had a six sense and he knew that she was hiding something sure enough come to find out he found a crack pipe in her pocketbook all right so what's this that's why my can Kentucky yeah it's expired all right let me get you KN 10822 all right let me get the KN listen I told you I'm not going to make a mess of your car can I search it quick make sure there's nothing in there we'll be done with this I mean go ahead I I would tell you if I knew it was in there I lie about anything okay seriously do you have anything on you no I do not okay get it I really honestly didn't know it was in there you're on 12 I think you guys that's why you wouldn't let me have a drink of my tea I'm sorry 115 one female 1015 you don't have to treat me like a criminal you really don't 15 can I have available female for a search please you got nothing hidden on you I don't anything in your bra underneath your bra oh you make it to jail with something that's like three more charges going to jail for I'm not going to oh my God okay sit back down the curb till we get a female here yeah can I scratch my nose my nose is itchy okay let me advise you of your rights since you're in handcuffs okay you have the right to remain silent anything you say can will be used against you in the court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him her present with you while you're being questioned cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish decide at any time to exercise these rights not make any questions or make any statements do you understand yeah okay like I said I asked you point blank when we've came here I locked my keys in my car tripa had to come get me all three of these bags are yours correct what bags this black bag that Coach bag and that black bag is not my bag okay what about that pink bag that was in your that little tiny pink bag that big pink bag what big pink bag the big pink bag with that little white clutch that you had on your lap remember that white clutch you guys what the white clutch that was I don't think you understand I did not even drive myself here I don't care about driving I pulled up you had a white clutch in your lap correct yes or no I think so you did okay you then took that clutch you were about to open it but you quickly closed it and you placed in your pink bag remember okay I had no idea there was a c pipe in there I promise you that you just you don't know that there's drug paraphernalia within your personal property no I didn't okay there was drug par you also admitted to him my part partner that you do smoke crack cocaine I did two days ago so why would it be right nowra I know crack pipe in your possession you smoke crack cocaine it's not my pipe I promise you what else is in the car that I need to know about nothing nothing we're sure about that we're going to try this again listen nothing is I know there's drugs somewhere in this car where is it there's not drugs in my car I didn't buy any drugs I've never said you had to buy them okay my car my car was literally [Applause] per listen I've I've only been doing this for 5 years I'm still new but I know when people are lying to me in the second I had to Calla to get my car back last time par for 3 hours I promise you I locked my keys my car okay well clearly it's not locked in your car now right cuz I had to call him a me you guys could totally write me a ticket for [ __ ] write your ticket yeah cuz I really didn't know it was in there honestly honest to God I really did not know there's actually a piece of crack in the pipe wow well I'm fine yeah and I'm be the at all yeah just make sure she's got nothing she's I suspect crack or Coke somewhere so I the to anyone it's better if I find it if you bring it into jail it's automa I don't sh your I gave all my uh I will be beating somebody I don't think I have crack I got heroin camon 115 or 422 Hey sir can you uh switch up to 14 please hey sge do you have a uh cocaine test kit on you by chance I don't have any yeah Walmart on beler the grocery store next to W Tempo thank you sir [Applause] but I'm being honest like where' that $20 go you had on you go there [Applause] okay this car is in her name right yeah okay your car is being seized by the Clear Water Police Department seed seized because you're in felony possession of Narcotics all my St in there and I've been set up by Promise by Twan okay she's good uh CHR jul allar yeah she has shorts on I you understand that if you bring anything into the jail that's two more charges not going to bring anything into the jail but it's totally you got two charges now you can get two more okay if there's anything in those Pockets you understand right there's nothing in those Pockets no okay no you get secure in my Cruiser thank [Applause] you the suspect continues to make up lies saying it's not her bag and that she didn't have it but yet it was in the driver's seat with her in the car she's then searched and seized and taken back to the cruiser to be taken to jail okay yeah let's be honest here okay I'm being honest all right what did you put in that pipe what do you mean that pipe I found let's not beat I don't know people use my pipe and put stupid [ __ ] in there poison me okay I don't no what do you think this is this was in it let me see crack just in the plastic I don't know like I said people try to put stuff in my bike that [ __ ] me up I don't know that's your pipe though not even my pipe is PA pipe you were using it yeah why'd you last smoke like 10 hours ago 10 hours yeah what what did you think I had no money I had no money what did you think you smoke crack yeah I thought I'm trying to tell you okay you don't even know so this is probably what that was then right cuz this was in that pipe that you wasn't crack that wasn't crack that fell asleep so you think it's herin uh better not be heroin I'll do heroin well we're seeing a lot of crack laced with Heroin you've been seeing M well I've only done cocaine and and benzo I haven't been done benzos in a long time two weeks which is a long time for me I mean clearly this is this was smoked cuz it's burnt obviously oh know so but it was like I said when I said it wasn't my pip it wasn't my pipe I didn't have one you used it you just said you used I did use it okay so that kind of means it's yours no it wasn't mine babe it wasn't if you use something it's yours it's not it was wasn't mine he wanted it back and then he disappeared I peed my pants by the way what because I banged and banged and banged and told you I had to pee and where we going to let you pee huh is that what's on the floor yeah I'll clean it no we'll clean I'll clean it all right hang out get you down to jaill and she peed in my car huh she peed in the end the suspect Britany was arrested for possession of controlled Subs which is a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia which is a misdemeanor the amount of crack cocaine
