Officers were conducting a traffic stop at the intersection of Baltimore Street [music] and Gay Street when a black sedan ignored commands to stop and drove into the intersection, circling [music] multiple times without complying. After officers drew their weapons to issue a warning, the driver finally surrendered and exited the vehicle, but immediately began acting [music] provocatively, including doing splits and spitting toward the officers. >> Don't touch me. >> You're not going to the car. >> Don't touch I feel threatened. If you don't violate my rights, I'm not going to violate yours. >> You almost hit me with your car. >> Cuz you were in the way. It's blocked. You're stupid. Don't talk to me. >> The driver, a woman, was [music] defiant and began confronting the officers. When they moved to arrest her, she threw punches at one of them. A fellow officer quickly intervened [music] to prevent the situation from escalating and the woman collapsed on the spot. As the scene unfolded, bystanders [music] began to gather. Most of them were unaware of what had happened and mistakenly believed the officers were acting improperly.
