accident that was mine man but yeah my bad my bad come on here okay all you need to slow down sorry dog I didn't realize man dude your doors are locked I have no my bad my bad I didn't know I didn't know I'm sorry my siren was on foreign side Bank all right you want to get them thanks [Music] all right we're good sorry about the siren thing man you want this guy yeah no I'm saying when you throw when it's out you want them okay going step out for me split language is beers real you want to call Aston all right come over to this car I was right down the street I was like guys don't think I've lost Tommy I saw this car they went through that was coming up the 16th of 18th Avenue don't think I wasn't waiting for my opportunity to you I would tell you that right now he would not have made I think actually you up there yeah I was gonna like put sticks out yeah I'm happy as long as it always has a conclusion like this oh as soon as he tagged it oh he didn't even get the it's dead in the water the fuel sensors so it didn't even spin around he hit it perfect with the back you can see the backing through this and it came to a stop that worked out right that's okay good that car's lit up like a Christmas tree too you can't tell me you didn't see it yeah all right no my bad my bad I'm sorry man it's all good hey honey so like 43rd and um [Music] in my business it's gonna be five three four three [Music] last four is going to be five three four three owners are not aware it shouldn't be it's not it's the company car I guess he doesn't speak English [Music] probably not okay so what so he was going like he said he was going like 30 and then also he took off yeah he like takes off and like at your life I was like dude this dude's not stopping he's like he kept on going and I I waited for him I turned the lights on and I turned the siren on I'm like did I get up beside him almost like to his door over here yeah and he just that's what he takes off again and I'm like okay and then he's not stop it then I just fall behind him but the traffic was so thick I couldn't and I was gonna do it by the railroad tracks but I'm like I'm not gonna be over there yeah because there's nobody and I just waited last time I did it I didn't have anybody with me and they yelled at me yeah so I waited for whoever this was behind me yeah to get behind me that's when I tried to do it right here and he like slammed on the brakes as soon as I make contact with that's why we stood up it's all my bumper [Applause] like I'm literally online they're still here hey this is your man no no no no do you have a license here yeah you got a license from Florida yeah you have a license on you yeah nope or is it enough your what the license in the front is uh in the front do you speak Spanish too you might speak Spanish too we're in the front or is it in the front you're like on your phone on your phone ah yeah there we go learner's permit [Applause] Channel 2 is not any got it you refers to the red Mustang hot all right [Applause] hey you smoke weed man you smoke weed no no marijuana no no so you don't have nothing on you you didn't eat it open his mouth that's my first step put your tongue out here I don't smell it I don't smell it classic operators it smells like airfryer foreign [Music] so all right now you're saying that he didn't know that you're behind him he saw the lights but you know they live behind me they asked him if he heard the siren and me pulling up beside him several times to foreign also so did he see all the other cars stop and him the only one moving in the middle of the road there was nobody beside him there was nobody in front of him everybody pulled over besides you the only one I didn't pull over to a lot machine um he said he was following somebody he didn't want to lose sight of the person he didn't know the track couldn't make it conductor okay ask him why did he why was he why was he driving like that like why was he he cut off so at first he cut off somebody and then he was trying to say right yeah he was cutting some he cut somebody off and then he was failing to maintain a single Lane too so he asked him why he did that and then why he just took off real fast and then slowed down took off real fast and slow down okay um he said he doesn't remember that okay why was he drifting in front of Lance was he on the phone or um foreign [Applause] professor but um foreign he said that um you thought he was doing the right thing by turning on his signal indicating that he was changing lanes but that's his only valid reason tell him just he so he's from where Haiti right yeah so ask him does police in Haiti when they have their lights on you pulled over are they do you pull over when you see blue lights foreign foreign [Music] one more you only had a learner's coming for three months okay ask him why is he driving with a learner's permit also without a licensed driver okay foreign yeah what's up foreign what's up for several miles I'm just telling that he has to heal for anywhere yeah I mean well that's what I thought at first it thought he used to have a place to yield over but didn't he sort of like changing lanes with his blinkers and it just stops in the middle of the lane and just keeps on going like he slows that like he almost pulls over we pull over into like a uh like the tournament like almost a turn and then he just keeps on going so he was on side was supposed again one yeah and um foreign [Music] [Music] related [Music] huh how many charges so I'm just charging him with reckless driving and I'm gonna charge him with um Phil or uh clean looting it's a felony because it was with lights and Sirens because he was aware of the lights and Sirens you shouldn't pulled over so that's all I'm gonna get them with all right so he's getting a couple citations too okay um all right yeah [Music] okay it's a boy remember I went down to um foreign [Music] [Music] I'll give you words going to foreign foreign [Music] [Music]
