County deputies have now arrested three men they say came all the way from Vero to Vero Beach from the Miami area just to rip off pricey boat equipment deputies say the men were ranging in age from 19 to 22 years old they were caught in the act authorities cart Anthony Guerra Joshua Rodriguez and Juan Villegas burglarizing boats at the Indian Trails Marina last week after traveling up from the
