Windsor with the Del re beat Police Department observed 2018 Volkswagen Passad traveling on the Northbound Entrance Ramp of I 95 at The Interchange of w Atlantic Avenue he observed the vehicle change lanes across to Lanes without using a turn signal leaving very little space between the Volkswagen and the other vehicles as a result of this violation officer Windsor initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled over the East shoulder of the roadway he made contact with the driver who was later identified as 18-year-old Avery how you doing you have driver's license yeah my are you stilling on recitation of the alphabet I've never got tested lassons I don't know it's harder for me to read books um I read a lot of books and it's I see blurry but that's that's about it do you have contacts in being pulled over is sced the [ __ ] out of me so she can drive you can do the same the the test you did with me with her based on Avery's traffic infraction the odor of alcohol her vental admission to consuming alcohol and her inability to satisfactorily perform the field sobriety exercises officer Windsor placed Avery under the arrest for driving Under the Influence after she was placed under arrest she was first transported to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office du a testing facility all right this is what we're going to do have to turn around we going to go with me tonight I place under arrest for drive under to influence I'm going to transport you to West Palm Beach to request a breath sample to determine alcohol content all right do you understand you have anything on you ultimately submitted three breath samples which revealed a back level of 0.24% 0.1 52% and 0.15% all three samples were well above the legal limit of 0.02% for drivers under 21 years of age after submitting breath samples Avery was charged with driving Under the Influence 316.193 14 reckless driving 316.192 1 to a and turning without improper signal 316.155 1 corrent records indicate that on April 3rd 2023 the charge of driving Under the Influence was n Prost and the charge of turning without impr proper sigga was dismissed however Avery did plead guilty to reckless driving and she was assessed a total of $ 7850 in fines between April 3rd 2023 and July 27th 2023 Del r with a white female for the bat for for
