A call for service was reported to the Consolidated Dispatch agency advising the suspect was seen in Tom Brown Park with a firearm. Officers arrived on scene and were able to affect the arrest of 35-year-old Derell Lee during the arrest, which occurred without incident. 25-year-old Asia Fitzgerald can be seen walking in the background where she disappears from officer's view.
