On August 25th, 2022 in Oaklair, Wisconsin, an officer observed a vehicle driving without illuminated tail lights and proceeded to initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle continued for several blocks before eventually coming to a stop >> with Wisconsin 621. The rest is illegible. It's going to be on a black Ford. Hi, sir. I'm offici PD. With consent, officers searched Howard's car but found nothing illegal. He was then taken to jail where he provided a PBT that resulted in a.151. Howard was charged with owi fifth offense operating with prohibited alcohol concentration fifth offense resisting an officer and operation without required lamps lighted. He was found guilty of owi and sentenced to 1 year 6 months in state prison.
