Today's video comes from NY Detective. Obviously, as a New Yorker, I love the name of the channel, but their quality is great. So, they're putting out good stuff. We've used them before, and we're going to use them today. We're going to use them for body cam bingo. So, [cheering] new card. We switched some squares up. Um, if I know my rights or I know the law, something some variation of that. Mentions lawyer or taking the cops to court. Um, call your supervisor. We have uh S for phone. I love don't touch me. That's one of my favorites. Um name and badge number. Obviously, that's a classic. Uh I love when people say for what? Like, oh, you're you're under arrest for DUI. For what? What am I? For what? Love it. So, I'm hoping I'm going to get that one. And then drops the race card. Anything that has to do with anything about race, I circle that one. So, that's uh those are today's squares. We're going to see how we match up. wire. >> All right. Unmarked car. I like rocking the unmarked twoman unit. I'm digging it. >> How y'all doing? >> All right. How you doing? >> Can you roll all the windows down? >> Thank you. >> No people in the back. What's up? >> You know why I'm stopping you? >> No. You roll those windows. >> Uh, one, you're speeding on Ivy's 35. And two, you don't got your headlights on. It's raining outside. >> It's raining back there where we were. >> You got your lights on. The car is literally wet. [laughter] >> Is that a green? >> Come on. I love a stop for headlights required in the rain. Obviously, they're in Florida. >> It's a good idea. Rains there all the time. I would have to look up in Arizona law if under the headlight requirement statute if it says rain or inclement weather. I don't know. I actually don't know. Um I just know that it's sunrise to sunset. No, sunset to sunrise. You got to have them. Um, but yeah, I don't know. I don't know. But I love that it's a good stop there. I mean, you got speeding. Speeding is a good stop, too. But I I love a stop um for needing headlights during the rain. It's I feel like it's kind of common sense, but it's a great stop. >> Wow. Haven't seen you in a while. >> You're what? >> Fishing. >> Going fishing. Where's the fishing pole? In the Gotcha. You want You want to see it, huh? >> No, man. I'll take your word for it. Going fishing is a good thing >> on you. No, sir. Might >> if I see him. >> I don't got mine. >> You don't got yours? >> Mhm. >> Thank you. >> Yep. >> Oh, it's a it's a radio antenna. That's what that is. >> Thank you. >> You don't got no weapons on you, right? No guns, nothing like that. Just keep your hands on the steering wheel, man. Thank you. Have her put your hands. I'm going to take your seat belt off for it. >> Don't call your mom. McCree, come on, dude. You've been through this many too many times to call your mom, dude. What's >> going on here? >> Big boy. >> He's being for a drug investigation. >> Yes. Okay, >> Craig, you sweating a lot, bro. You weren't sweating when we started. >> It's hot. >> Ain't that hot? >> I'm wearing all this stuff. I ain't sweating. >> Oh, stop that nonsense. >> You're hot as >> What are you doing? Put your hands on the dash. >> Put your hands on the dash. Stop reaching. McCree, stop reaching now. Stop reaching. >> Stop it, McCree. Put your hands on the dash. Do it now. >> You know what I hate? Scammers. You know what makes them even worse? Is when they target me with specific personal information. No one's going to arrest me for missing jury duty. And Arizona doesn't even have a toll road. You know what you need to get your information back from the internet? Incogn. These scammers buy your information from data brokers. Put your hands on the dash and do it now. >> Good safety move. >> Look, good instructions. Put your hand out your pocket. >> So, we've done some body cam videos of cops in airports. This is a different frequent flyer. Our passenger officer walks up to the driver, talks to the driver, recognizes the passenger. Obviously, they've had run-ins before. Obviously, this is a dude who if the cops know, and this guy is he's kind of dressed in t, you know, kind of a a tactical vest. Um, he's in an unmarked car. They're probably some sort of like street crime team or a NARC team or, you know, something. They're not just regular patrol officers. Um, these guys are obviously in a unit where they're looking for bad guys. And that officer walks up and immediately recognizes a bad guy that he's dealt with before. So, passenger says, "I don't have ID." They don't need ID. They know who that dude is. So, and it kind of you can you can see that he's been through this before. Brown eyes back of his head. >> I like this guy goes straight to gun. >> That's a good move. >> Hand on the dash. >> Part of this me thinking that this is kind of a street crimes team is the officer on the passenger side. I love that he goes straight to gun when passenger starts moving around all weird and hanky. Um it's, you know, he's not showing him his hands. that officer is giving very very clear instructions that that guy is not listening to. Um you that guy's getting real close to getting shot. Um and he should that guy is doing things that like that movement in the car. That's not normal movement for a person. And I like that that officer immediately recognized it, saw it, saw that he couldn't see his hands, goes straight to gun, is ready for if that suspect presents a weapon to deal with that threat. Um, ultimately they get him out, you know, and obviously he's got to be taken into custody. But I really like the fact that that officer on the passenger side is not only a great backup officer, but he's tactically sound in not only recognizing a threat, but then giving clear commands on like, look, this is how you don't get shot. Do what I tell you to. Um I I love that. I loved it. It was great cop work. >> HANDS OUT YOUR POCKET NOW. >> I DON'T HAVE NOTHING. >> Put your hands out. >> Can you please come up here? >> Like how hard is that? How hard of an instruction is that? >> Go get a [ __ ] lawsuit, BRO. UNTIL I got a car. >> Stay in the car until I tell you, bro. I [ __ ] pass out. It's hot. >> Well, I got lawsuit. I feel like I know my rights. >> Know the law. >> Hot, bro. >> I understand that. >> He reach for I don't have that in my pocket. >> Get on out, man. Just comply. >> You say I see you in court. >> I got his arm. Look, just put your hands behind your back. >> Stop reaching. >> Okay, bro. Okay. Okay. Can I put my >> Stop. Stop. Let's go. >> On the ground. Do it now. >> Hey, go high and go low. Go low. >> There you go. >> Roll him over. >> We're trying. He's holding. He's holding. Look >> how so easy to just obey. >> But he just forces them. >> Do all that. >> Yeah, he always does. He always does every time. >> Have nothing, bro. >> Okay. >> Right. Then why you acting like this? >> All right. >> Someone hand me. >> It's funny. He's got a belt there, but he doesn't seem to be able to use it. I carry two sets of cuffs on me. I have extras in my car. Uh many cops do, and therefore when you run into someone like this, I mean, there's a lot of times I I'll arrest two people at a time, but I also use two sets of cuffs because you can interlink them. And when you get a big guy like this, there's no way that his hands behind his back are going to fit um in a single set of cuffs. So the double cuffs, you just link one to the other and it gives you cuffs that are a little bit more spread out. For a normalsized person, you don't have to do that, but you get a big boy like him, got to have double cuffs. So it uh didn't surprise me that they used them >> here. YOU KICKING ME FOR A >> YOU KICKING ME FOR, BRO? No one kicked anyone >> except him. The >> That's how you get up, >> bro. What you talking TO ME FOR? >> YOU STOP. >> Why are you yelling? >> Listen. >> What the you TALKING TO ME FOR? >> LISTEN, BRO. Never change. >> Haven't seen you in three years. You haven't changed one bit out of my face, bro. Man, move, man. >> Lot of cops there. I like it. Orlando PD. >> They don't mess around. >> Get up on your own >> cuz you're going to have to go on the patrol car or you're going to make it harder. >> For what? >> So, we would like you to stand up. >> I'm going to jail for you to man. >> For what? >> For this clearly. >> For what? >> So, are you going to stand up on your own? >> Beat me up, bro. >> You going to get up? GET UP LIKE A BIG KICKING ME. >> HE KICKING YOU. DON'T do nothing. Don't do [ __ ] Don't move. >> Just so you know, what you just did was kicking ME. KICKING ME IN MY BAG. >> NO ONE'S kicking you. >> No one's kicking you. >> Numerous battery alos. >> NOW I GOT NOW I GOT ON LEO. >> NOW I GOT LEO, BRO. He's right here. Y'all need to stop that [ __ ] Can >> you bring it closer? Cuz >> y'all [ __ ] do that [ __ ] all THE TIME CUZ THIS NAME RANG A BELL. LEATHER MCCREEO. >> Y'ALL DID THAT SAME [ __ ] IN MY MOTHER HOUSE. >> Come on. HOW THE [ __ ] THEY JUST KICKED ME IN MY SEAT. >> She's a peach. >> All the goddamn time, man. Y'all just kicked me the [ __ ] out. >> There's like 10 angles of body on camera there. No one's kicking you. >> Hey, my thumb broke, bro. >> Your phone probably broke because you landed on it and you're fat. That's why >> I'm actually letting you rest on me, bro. >> He's got a zero or had a zero. How you want to do this? >> Acting like a baby. That's a big boy. >> You need a crane to get him into a car. >> You're going to be charged. You're going to be charged with escape if you don't listen. >> I've been trying to escape. I'm not I'm not >> on your own. You're escaping by not allowing us. Okay. >> So, you need to stand up on your own. >> Why y'all my neck right now? >> You want to add more charges, man? >> I'm add more charges, BRO. [screaming] >> Let me go. >> Just stand up. Sir, you're resisting arrest. >> I'm not resisting. >> You need to stand up. >> I'm not resisting, bro. >> You need to stand up. >> You're not resisting. >> Stand up. >> Okay, but just stand up, >> man. Look how this man was he >> stand up on your own. All right. >> Sir, you need to stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Do y'all realize HE DAMN NEAR 500 LB. Y'all doing all that trying to put him up? >> He's not listening. >> 500 lb. >> Golly. Why are you asking to STAND UP? TABLE. STAND UP >> and runs in his family. >> Good gracious. >> I'M HIS MAMA. HE'LL GET OUT FOR Y'ALL. >> WHY YOU GOT YOUR HAND ON HIM? >> BUT WHY they got his hand on you? You feel this funny? This This what this what they do to us kind This what they do to kind of charges. >> Yeah, but I'm telling I'm his mother. I CAN GET HIM OFF. OKAY. >> BUT LET HIM GET TO >> GOD. Why are you yelling >> control? They have to try to have >> Okay. Stop it. >> Ringing his wrist. >> That's the way we live. >> No, that ain't the way. Babel, >> BABOO, GET UP CUZ I AIN'T GOT TIME. YOU KNOW I GOT A BAD HEART. GET UP. [laughter] >> Get up. Tell me to get up. >> Babe, get up. >> Stand up. Kick your foot towards you like this. Cross your leg and then roll onto your knee. >> You have to literally have to teach someone how to stand up. >> Onto the knee. There you go. Look how easy it is. >> Just stand up. >> Like Ludicrous said, stand up. >> Roll up onto your legs. Okay, we're going to help you up. >> Bro, WHY DON'T YOU FORCE ME TO STOP, BRO? THAT'S CRAZY. >> STAND UP ON YOUR LEGS. >> GET ON TO your legs. Listen, I'll come over and get you. >> The both of those cops are like >> like they're literally not doing anything. >> Look how easy that is. >> God damn it. >> A big boy. >> Is this Have we gone through it? >> I don't think it's been and video. >> [ __ ] my [ __ ] The lady said they just slack them. Why you doing all this? >> We got to give a shout out to mom in here. Um maybe she didn't raise the best kid. We could agree on that. But she definitely helped. There's a lot of times that if mom's instigating the situation, we're going to remove her from the scene. But I think mom saw that Junior was acting in a way that would lead him to have a negative outcome and she steps in. Obviously very pro law enforcement, at least in this situation, at least with him. Um, yeah, she drops the race card. Um, I think that was kind of in the heat of the moment. I think ultimately she's she's pretty friendly with the officers there. Um, and she definitely helps talk Junior um, down from being so aggressive with law enforcement. So, you know, she's good antagonist, protagonist. She kind of switches roles, but ultimately I think she helped more than she hurt. So, thanks, Mom. >> Can you calm him down if I GET YOU? >> YEAH, BECAUSE >> HERE come your mom. Please, please, you me up, boy. Please. want you that little car >> because they forced me to say the twisty hand. >> Okay, THEY LET ONCE I GET LET YOU GO. THEY going to let you go. You going to walk to the car by yourself, >> man. Once I get in the car, bro, they not going to worry about me no more, dog. >> Come on, baby. Cuz you baby, you know I'm up. You know I got heartbre, bro. >> I don't know what car is going to fit him. >> It's not a Charger, I'll tell you that. And Orlando PD holding it down again. I love it. >> You got to be checked before you get in the car. Stop. >> Don't hit your head on the window on purpose. >> You making everything. >> Turn around. >> FINISH searching me, bro. >> McCree, turn around. >> Jeez. Don't even move. Don't even move. >> Yeah, they did the old double cut. >> That's good. Makes it a little bit more comfortable for him. >> I probably got about five charges, bro. >> Yeah, >> five charges, bro. >> You're just a pass. >> What's he have in his hand? That is >> Why you pushing me to the car, bro? >> McCree, this is why you need to be searched. >> Damn. Stop. >> Where that come from? That come off here. >> Yeah. >> Oh, that little [ __ ] I smoke that little [ __ ] >> You said you'll smoke it. >> Yeah. Hell, that little [ __ ] right there ain't enough. You get nobody to jail for. >> I smoke that little [ __ ] >> That little [ __ ] right there ain't nothing but two blocks. >> Yeah. Cool. >> Little shakes. >> He's going to make all the laundry smell like weed now, though, too. >> Oh, it's weed. A little bit of weed. >> Got a bunch of shake in his pocket. >> Oh, >> so when you go to do the wash, hopefully he wash his clothes. Hopefully. >> Ice back here. >> Okay, baby. God, get on in there. Be do this [ __ ] I can go home now. See there. Slide all the way back. Slide all the way back. >> I like that she's standing there with an umbrella. She needs subtitles. It's hard to understand. >> Slide on back. Slide on back. Go back. Go back. Come on. Got air on. >> What's that? >> Turn yourself around. Big old. >> Come on. >> Okay. It's okay. Get in there. Check it. Tell the people at the jam. Get in there. Go all the way back. Turn green leg. >> Mom's helping. I'll take mom's help. >> Okay, stop all that. Now, >> thanks, Mom. >> So, whether we uh resisting and I think he had a gun on him. >> He had a gun. >> Well, I didn't know that. They just heard >> passenger side officer, backup officer goes to gun on the passenger. They pull him out. They arrest him. We now find out subsequent search of the vehicle yields a weapon from the passenger side of that vehicle. That guy had a gun. So all of that movement that he was doing, trying to conceal the movement of his hands or try to get to a gun, that guy had a gun there in the car. And that cop probably prevented a shooting by being aggressive and deescalating that situation at the bar the end of his barrel. And that's probably what stopped that. So again, great cop work. Sometimes being initially aggressive stops there from being any sort of further action and that's exactly what happened there. I think that guy was probably reaching for a gun and he looked up, saw that that cop meant business and went, "Nah, I don't think I want to die today." So good on that cop. Great officer safety, great teamwork. I I love this stop for so many reasons, and that's just one of them. >> Records. >> All right. Is that >> Oh, we appreciate you calming him down. >> He was charged with escape, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. >> Nice. >> Battery on a law enforcement officer. >> Good. >> Resisting an officer with and without violence. good >> possession of cannabis under 20 g and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. >> The driver and rear passenger cooperated with law enforcement during the stop and after officers located fishing gear in the trunk that supported their explanation. Neither was charged. >> I couldn't exactly hear what was going on, so I might have misinterpreted something. No matter what, we got a bingo on this one. So, I thought I heard something about knowing the law. Sam says it was something about like lawyer court something like that. So if it was lawyer court like Sam said uh he said for what a bunch in being taken into custody. So we would have had bingo up and down. I thought it was I know my rights or I know the law and then race card obviously was dropped. So we had it diagonal no matter what. Bingo. You know what's great about this? There's no rules. There's no rules. It's like we just we're kind of making it up as we go along. No matter what, this video is a bingo. I dig it. We're definitely going to keep this card. Uh when we come out with the final five, this one's definitely going to be one of them. What I need you to do is go and subscribe. Go to the go to the homepage of this channel. Just subscribe. Doesn't cost you a dime. Not even a nickel, not one single penny, but helps us track and know how many people are watching and how many people are coming to the site. It helps us out. We're trying to get to 300,000. We're heading in that direction. Help us out. I'm Officer Kenny and on April 7th, 2023, officers received several 911 calls about a very drunk woman who was making a lot of trouble on a bridge. I'm with the St. Augustine Police Department and I don't have any issues with them. you okay? So, I don't know you or your small guy here, but I'm being confronted without documentation for no apparent reason. Like, you're I'm sorry, miss. Can you just tell me if you hit good or evil? I'm in the middle of traffic that's holding things up. [music] So, I'm just asking if you and I can just have an adult chat. I'm always up for a conversation. If someone could start rolling this way, just code one. Okay. So, I've had two phone calls so far. I would love to have evidence of your copies of the complaints, but I can't give it to you at this time. Would you prefer to walk that way in the center of the bridge? Well, I'd be more than pleased to get that [music] to you, but I have a question. For our safety and the safety of the car, do you believe that we are in danger right now on this solid here? You're swearing at me. Am I swearing? How have I sworn at you? I [music] feel like you've been saying the f- word ever since I arrived. Is there a problem? If so, could you please replay that? No, I can't right now since I haven't used that word at all. Are you okay? You are the [music] issue. So, go back in your packet. I'm going to advise you to get in your SUV because you are making up something that is not true. I'll get in touch with my lawyer. All right. You can't fight us. [music] You want to be a C? Go ahead and do it now. I'm afraid she's going to fight. But it's not a fight because you want me to drive. I mean, she was interfering with my opening. Are you good, sweetie? All right. Is that recorded? Is it recorded for the court? Is that recorded for the court? Because that's what we're discussing. Come on. What are we doing? We're going to throw you in handcuffs for what? We're just going to chat when we get there. Holding you at this moment. All right, that's good. Everyone on this bridge is polite to you. So, we're going to talk to your small son and find out why he's so upset. [music] to upset.
