Once again, truly disgusting behavior. And you are about to find out if she was charged with child endangerment or not because that in my opinion would be the appropriate charge. So, driving without a license or license suspended is a secondderee misdemeanor up to 60 days in jail. And resisting without violence is a first-degree misdemeanor up to a year in jail. So, that's what they want to go for. But, as you guys may or may not know, often these charges get dropped or pleaded down. Now, if they did charge her with child endangerment, that would be a lot more serious, up to 5 years in prison. But unfortunately they are not going to pursue that. I don't care about anything else.
