Okay, I heard that. >> Martin has a criminal history stretching back to the year 2000 with convictions ranging from drug delivery to multiple assault of offenses, including assaults with dangerous weapons. In this case, he was charged with using force in the commission of a hate crime, assaulting, resisting, or obstructing a police officer, two counts of assault and battery, and criminal trespass. The charges were enhanced with habitual offender, fourth offense notice. Martin pleaded no contest to all charges. The court ordered 193 days in jail with credit for time served along with 3 years of intensive probation. As part of that probation, Martin is required to undergo substance abuse and mental health treatment, submit to frequent testing, avoid all contact with the victims, and comply with strict behavioral conditions with any violation carrying the possibility of a prison sentence.
