You're going to be booked and entered and you're going to have to go to jail. So, you're saying you haven't been here in X amount of years, and you say you've been in this wheelchair since you were 18. If you have proof of all of this information that can be verified, uh, you say you went the grade through your doctors or whatever the case may be, your chiropractor or whoever it is that shows that you've been in that 18, that you've been in that wheelchair, then that would make it hard to prove that you forcefully enter that woman's home. So, if you get those documents in order, you can bring those with you when you go to your first appearance, um, through your bond hearing or whatever the case may be, and they'll figure it out. But, as of this moment, I will have to place you under arrest. Do you have any weapons? Anything sharp on you? Anything of that nature? No. Can I like I can I pee and stuff? Uh, so we got called to Sunshine Key about you and then on the way up there, I saw you going 15 miles an hour and my hazards are correct. Okay, that's not legal. You can't do that. Can't do what? You can't drive that slow under the speed limit. It's a safety hazard. It's a safety hazard for you to be on the road driving that slow under the speed limit. Correct. So, in the state of Florida, when you're told to identify yourself on a traffic stop by law enforcement, I did saying no when I say give me your driver's license is not complying. Say no. That's bad on law enforcement. That's a felony. He's not being combative. He just doesn't want to go in the car. My husband, he was on the phone with me. Really? Yeah. Okay. Well, he's under arrest for assault on a police officer. What happened? He assaulted somebody at the Circle. K. You can wait over there. I'll tell you. Right. Okay. He pushed me inside the store and then he's telling me to get out. Get out. You know, I'm say I'm not going out there to look for alleging he assault his duty. He wanted him to go to jail. Yeah. He He put his hands on me. I felt violent and he was pushing me outside the door and he was standing on the phone with him the whole time. He didn't assault nobody. Okay. Well, he did now. Well, he did now. And he's got a disability. Unlock your car, bro. What? I've been messing with him for no reason. What kind of disabilities he have? He's deaf and he's got cerebral pausy. Okay. And I've been having the phone with him since K. How is he deaf if you've been on the phone? Because I stole sign language. That's why I signed to him. That's why. What kind of medical condition? You guys been messing with him for no reason. Y'all back. Everybody on the phone went in Circle K. Okay. You guys went in there cuz some guy was in there Circle K and you guys arrested him.
