How are you? >> Now, the teen was charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery involving a person over the age of 60, aggravated battery involving law enforcement officers, domestic battery resisting a police officer, and other related offenses. Court records show prosecutors filed a petition to deny pre-trial release on June the 1st and the defendant remained in custody while the case moved through the court system.
