On May 11th, 2024, sheriff's deputies responded to a report involving Brienne Gaduri, who was seen fleeing on a bicycle after committing multiple acts of vandalism on vehicles. Deputies attempted to stop her, but she actively resisted arrest and became increasingly violent, requiring multiple deputies to hold her down. Come here now. Officers must balance the need for control with the use of appropriate force. especially when suspects display erratic behavior and resist arrest.
