I was like hey hey I was screaming she wants to pursue charges but when her vehicle gets recovered by the police doesn't call the cops y I'm black and y'all Target black communities okay I'm done with a woman filed a false report claiming that her vehicle had been stolen when officers questioned her about the details she fumbled and her story didn't make much sense I scared cuz I was scared I was just really scared sensing something was off they decided to investigate further to uncover the truth which ultimately landed her in serious trouble we haveing charges to be pressed on oh me home but I was scared for my life no you're good so just walk me through it again so you saw where were you when you saw the my grandma house which is 227 South Garfield she just got out of surgery okay and then I seen when you guys got behind him I as soon as they took my car I flew right behind him cuz my car was running and I flew right behind the person so when y'all stopped him and he started running I got out and I was like trying to tell y'all what happened but y'all had already ran and started chasing the dude so I was scared for my life at that point and I got my car and I had just left then I seeing y'all at 4 in the morning I did I was just scared it was just me and my baby and I didn't want you guys to attack like think I had anything to do with it I was scared we would never want you to feel yes I felt scared and I didn't answer the door I got you no you're but yes I was I was scared so that's what really happened I was just really scared I didn't know what to do okay I got you to even today I didn't even drive my car because I I was scared like like um so why didn't you flag me down if that was the case you was already you you didn't flag me down when yeah yesterday what what time yesterday you you were really interesting you yeah he is you're gone like you and the dude was gone yeah how come you didn't flag me down though to say that your car was stolen I mean I well he well the dude just jumped in my like it was somebody in the back woods my car was running and he I was in the car my cousin and as soon as I all I know is like people was running through the woods took my car and then you guys stopped my car so y'all must have seen like what I don't know but if you know you might just speak to me out here real quick be careful buddy I don't want you to even know like all I know is my car was cooking and I flew behind my car but somebody had the police flew right behind my car you didn't now at any point did you flag me down did you walk up that was you behind the car did you walk up to my car and say hey it's stolen were you sign at you guys gone at no point did you signal me at the stop sign at no point did you call now on one to said who's that guy that said yeah cuz at that part I was scared I was like I I'm and then when you guys when you guys that came to my door I was just scared because other people get targeted for other people's stuff so I would just fear for my life period because I didn't have no idea what was going on who was who none of that so I was just like baby come on come on so when I had seen you guys behind the car I figured y'all was going to catch the die so that's why I had left this love Queen I have an idea that you know who this person is mm I have no idea okay I'm going just to tell you straight up okay um any cooperation that you provide can can be assistance to yourself especially for the fact that leaving with the vehicle is a capital felony I was trying to figure out it's a capital felony in the state of Florida okay you understand that yeah so I was trying to figure that out cuz I was like I was scared to like even leave the scene so I was like you said you were you said you were I swear police seen the guy just flush in front of him and that's when they stopped the car the dude jumped out my car and when they jumped out my car the cops was already on the dude so at that point I was afraid from my life I I was like I hope I got anything to do with this and that's when I got my car I was just scared for my life that was it I don't know the law like that I just I seen a lot of my friends go down dumb stuff like a lot of stuff happened in my life innocent people and I just know was innocent and I was just afraid for my life that was that was it in every aspect like I just telling us who that person is when we catch that person is he going to tell us that you let him drive the car no and if he do that don't have nothing to do with me cuz why would I let somebody drive just try to confirm what his van look like with the with the wife and confirm what kind of phone he had so you can confirm it's his phone and maybe try to call it and see if that one Rings just to confirm cuz I requested Air1 a1's going to come up maybe and do a fly over in that area but I just don't want to be want doing that like uh you know unnecessarily and she was saying on the video baby her vehicle gets recovered by the police doesn't call the cops she takes the vehicle and leaves that's still evidence of the signal 10 yes so it's still it's still tampering with evidence even if it was legitimately stolen yep and she if she's legitimately a victim yeah she altered and removed the evidence from the yeah she never flagged me down she never attempted to get my attention in regards
