A tow truck argument turns into a battery investigation and within seconds, someone takes off running while police detain suspects on scene. >> Harassment. >> What happened? >> Listen. >> Yeah. Okay? They don't have nothing to do with me. My thing is they took just two days late, I mean two days ago, they came and was trying to tow my carpet. My sticker was in there. So, I'm like, um, just take a picture of my tag and my sticker. Y'all was already check anyways. >> Okay. You ready? Sorry. >> Okay. So, um, my my sticker, they first off, let me just tell you this. The office is fraud. They get in trouble for having us um people that stay on the property pay for um, parking passes. So, they can't hand out no more parking passes. But, I have a parking pass and my parking pass don't expire, but it have a rip on it. So, it fall off my windshield sometime, which I told them. So, go ahead. They was already taking a picture. I said, "Take a picture of my um my tag and my stuff." So when y'all do come over here, y'all know that my car is good. My car don't have my tag is not messed up. My my stuff is my sticker, not is fired. No, none of that. So, okay. They tell me, "Okay, cool. Um, we'll take a picture to make sure you your car is straight or don tow cars, but they only towing certain cars." So, I got down after I heard my thing and I came to him. I say, um, when when y'all people get here, who who told my car? He instantly got hostile. Oh, get the out my face. D. So, I'm trying to explain. This how I'm doing here. I'm trying to explain to him, but I'm explaining with my hands. And then he swiped my hand. So, I swiped his hand back. You touched me first. So, he like, "Oh, don't touch me." I said, "You just swipe my hand first." All I'm doing is this, trying to explain to you what the situation is, which he already know because they all work together. They all have the same information. He say, "Oh, we don't um we don't communicate with each other." What job you know that don't communicate with each other? We all communicate. I work in healthare. Y'all communicate. Police communicate. Everybody communicate on the job. Right. Correct. Am I right or wrong? >> Okay. So, he went to get hostile. >> So, I say if you not the person who who is over the thing, called him. So, he end up pulling up. I'll go to his truck and I'm talking to him. He explaining everything. He's showing me like all the stuff. He's the only one that's like trying to keep it cordial. But this man with this bun, he he work our neighborhood all the time. So, he he he was just over there trying to tow my car when my permit was up. So you know who my what my car is and you know I stay over there. So why is you keep [ __ ] my car. I feel like you only doing that for is a money grab. And then you say I'm just doing my job but y'all not doing your job every day. Y'all doing y'all job when it's convenient for y'all. So say oh we can't come in the neighborhood every day. So how is that doing a job? If you going to do your job, do your job every day. You can't pick and choose what day you want to come and then who car you want to tow and who car you don't want to tow. That's my whole point. So I tell him, "So why did y'all why did y'all have why why did y'all take a picture of my tag and my parking permit like it was going to be okay if it fell out the window and it's not okay just for y'all to come back and tow my >> So he said, "Oh, I'm not talking to you." D Harass me at this point. We just drove around the whole neighborhood. There's plenty of cars over there with no no sticker on it, but you want to touch my car. >> Yeah, >> because we had a a verbal conversation, but that's why you did it. >> You only with people that have verbal conversation with you cars, but you don't touch nobody else car over there. I'm like, that's I told them, look, I'm taking pictures, showing them to the property, m if you got a parking pass. I explain to them what I was doing. Oh, yeah. You blah blah. You started cursing me out. Um, I was about to tell that black car that's over there. So, I'm walking. So, I open it. As I'm walking this, it's like pushing me, pushing me. So, I push it back. Um, the one with the white shirt started first. >> Then the one with the red just came from over there and they started like pushing pushing me. I thought they going to hit me. So, I pushed him back with my hand. I was like, the [ __ ] up. >> Yeah. Yeah. He's talking about in the videos right now. >> Okay. >> And I told him, I'm like, you hit me, I'm going to knock you the up. >> Yeah. >> So, the red one and this one, they were pushing you. >> Yeah. And then uh as I'm backing up, walking this way, the one the red, she she spat at me like twice. >> And I turn around and I I was like, "You spit on me one time, I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to beat you up." That's all that is happening. The other he's pulling up with the car. So now they turn all his attention to him. So they go over there and decided I started recording a car. So they starting with him and then trying to get on the gate that he's trying to go over there. >> Did they do anything? >> Um no, I I don't think so. thought they were just like, >> "Yeah, >> just argueably arguing." >> As um I go over there again, I talk to him. I'm walking this which I show you that video right now. He already sent me this one. Um the one with the red dress. She picks up the stick from like I guess it's one of the palace or something >> and then she hits me in the in the back with it, which I got for the short right now. >> Okay. So, she she picked up a stick and hit you in the back. >> So, you see we're walking over here. I'm just walking away cuz the one with the short say to me. So that's me. >> Yep. >> Over here arguing with the other driver. So that's the one with the red dress. She picks other sick cal. You can't do that. Y'all don't know what people go through and what people got going. You tell them one thing and then switch up an hour later then it's the next thing. But when I came to talk to him, his attitude instantly got hostile. So I say, "What?" I got irritated. Now I'm I'm yelling because you you yelling at me. I said, "You just touch me." I never You touched me first. Which is not a problem, but cuz we all aggravated. But it's just a simple fact. When I came up here and I was asking for who the office is, he didn't want to. He act like he didn't want to talk. But then when the other dude get here, now you want to have some type of engagement because he's being nice. Like you picking at you. So I told him, "Why did y'all take a picture of my tag and permit just for y'all to come back and tow my car?" Same thing happened with the other lady. I'm pacing through the parking lot trying to see what car what side my car on, which side of the gate my car on. He finally tell me, "Let me show you everything. I can show you your car. Your It's nothing wrong with your car. Just wait till the owner get here." Like, you know, just calm down. Be okay. >> This not the first time, the first incident we didn't had with them, you know. And then I allowed y'all to take a picture of my tag and my permit.
