in the right lane he's in Loveland riding some ladies like Bar None up against her bumper and she pulls off and I hear him revving his engine so then I get into this game to pass the pass the person in front of me on the road a woman was in a tense situation when a car sped up to her bumper and drove away quickly while revving its engines person in front of me and as soon as I get left lane he just passes me in the center lane barrels it okay so then I light him up and then he's not stopped she got the courage to pass the car in front of her because she didn't want to be beaten but the same car quickly passed her in the Middle Lane she turned on her emergency lights to try to get the driver to stop but he didn't seem to want to but I can't smell anything but okay this is who he is um yeah we have none arrest charges on him oh you do yeah domestic some some sort the woman couldn't smell anything strange but she did notice that the driver was acting strangely she walked up to the driver's window and started talking to him oh yeah sounds good falling too closely and then following too close and then passing in she was worried about her safety so she asked the driver if he had proof that his car was insured he told her that he did not [Music] good just falling too closely and then falling too close and then passing it when she saw that the driver didn't have insurance she asked him who his insurance company was but he said he didn't have any one okay all right I'll go talk to him yeah because the driver wasn't cooperating she asked him to roll down his window more so that they could talk better but he refused she told him to stay where he was and then called for help while she tried to find out who owned the car I bought the car okay yeah okay the officer called out to the driver and asked him to get out of the car so they could talk the officer asked the driver to help him because he was curious about what was going on what's up just walk to the front of my car back there okay the driver got out of the car and said he wanted to talk about something the officer thought that more information was needed so he asked the driver to walk to the front of their patrol car I'm not I haven't read the report yet but it sounds like have you do you have a domestic injunction against oh sorry even though the officer didn't have much information he did say that there seemed to be a report about a domestic injunction involving that driver oh would you put your hands on top of your head yeah and I'll pay you down [Music] the officer apologized for being rude and then told the driver to put his hands on top of his head conjunction yeah I do I got my ex okay Sarah they suggested that the problem be solved peacefully and that the domestic injunction be talked about more what did you have contact with the recently absolutely not no like I think it was like five days ago the driver confirmed that his ex-partner's name was Sarah but vehemently denied any recent contact with her he stated that they had not communicated or seen each other for approximately five days no anything like that nope okay which why would she call on saying you did have contact I did not did not talk to her haven't seen her uh nothing at all when asked about the reason for Sarah's claim the driver insisted that he had not spoken to her and had no involvement whatsoever okay I know like I said I'm not 100 sure on what the contact was but yeah no I don't uh we just have in our system flag that she reported that you did have contact with her so I'm going to read the report and we can talk about it the officer explained that there was a flagged report in their system indicating that Sarah had reported contact with the driver but the officer needed to review the report for more information before proceeding with further discussion yeah no I don't know I don't talk to her okay all right when's the last time you had contact with her the driver expressed uncertainty regarding the reported contact but maintained his denial he agreed to wait for the officer to read the report so that they could address the situation more thoroughly yeah no I don't know I don't talk to her okay yeah when's the last thing you got contact with her the officer inquired about the last time the driver had contact with Sarah prior to recent events and the driver stated that it had been over a year ago he further mentioned that he had moved on from that phase of his life and he had no desire to be involved with her again yeah I mean I've moved on past that crap I don't go anywhere near her no okay all right if that's the case and they might you know might just be she called in said something there's no probable causing making arrests but I got I gotta verify that before I release you here yeah no I didn't uh come on no contact okay the officer acknowledged his statement but mentioned the need to verify the details and ensure there was no probable cause for an arrest before releasing him from the scene the driver maintained his stance affirming that he had absolutely no contact with Sarah why do you go up there to read up to the top to Red Cloud okay the officer questioned the driver about his presence near the old lacrosse Footwear Warehouse Park and mentioned seeing him reading there on several occasions I don't know last time I knew she worked at a Town Place accounting place okay curious about the driver's motive for choosing that location the officer inquired about the reason for reading there the driver explained that he found it to be a peaceful spot can you make that what the person complies with the officer's instructions turning to face the patrol car and allowing a search the officer finds a pipe under the seat between the center console and the rail where the person's right hand would be the phone you wanted yeah yeah that's the one that has my numbers in it oh okay so what do you want with your truck the officer also discovers a phone which the person confirms is the Samsung phone they requested yeah and then just a call dude I'll let you talk to him yo I need you I need you to come and get my truck right now it's at the American during the search the person asked the officer to make a call so they can arrange for their truck to be taken care of they provide the officer with a contact name and ask them to call that person by KFC uh get bring somebody with a license all right they mentioned that the truck is parked near the American restaurant by KFC close to the Quality Inn and along the highway to mess with the driver's window to get it up to go up it won't go up I'm going to jail I got uh we got pulled over I ran some freaking ran around somebody just it was dumb you know paraphernalia the officer proceeds to make the call connecting with the requested person named L C Graham they informed Elsie that the person has been pulled over and needs someone with a valid driver's license to come and retrieve their truck it's across from the Quality Inn it's in the American parking lot the truck is right along the highway so all right thank you the person provides additional detail about the truck's location and thanks the officer for making the call how's it going Elsie do you have your ID on you by chance perfect C arrives scene and the officer checks their identification to ensure they have a valid license well I was talking to him [Laughter] they're valid well I'm just waiting [Music] the person compliments LC on their shoes while waiting once LC's identification is confirmed they are given the keys to the truck and the person is relieved that someone with a license will be able to handle the situation
