You and your bra line, you want to let me know about it. >> I'm not sure. >> Okay, cuz when we get to jail, we're booking on obstruction at this point. Uh, if you find something else, it's it's probable cause. >> Okay. >> Do the other side same way, back of my hand again. Okay. We'll put her back in the car. Do you have Do you have your driver's license handy? >> Yeah, you know >> Where? Oh, Alice has it. So because they weren't wearing seat belts, we have to identify them. And because they we're not getting a re- It is a ticket, but in order for us to ticket someone, we have to get what's called a hard ID on someone. So because they're not wearing seat belt, that's an infraction, and now we need their names. Is there a reason why we're not getting So we we're that's and we're And we're and we are working on that. Hi. I need to get bandaged here. >> Fliers are out, yeah? >> Yeah. So traffic stop, problem house, squatters getting evicted. Front seat female passenger, I rescued her last week. She had 116 fentanyl pills, powder fentanyl, seized $600 in cash. I had an updated seizure form I just happened to have in my car if I run into her again, which I did today. She's got a felony warrant for VWS 1500. There's four in the car. Is that the warrant that was catch and release? Yes. >> Yes. Yes, exactly. >> And my plan was to catch and release her, take her into custody first, serve her with the seizure form, and then give her a new court date. >> Okay. >> Yeah, yeah. And they he's She got arrested because she had a warrant for her arrest, and all we were going to do was give her a new court date, and she refused to get out of the car for us. And because she refused to get out of the car, she was arrested for obstruction. Well, they're they're being investigated cuz we need to know who they are because they weren't wearing seat belts. We know who you are, and you were the driver. >> So what are we going to end up doing with this? >> So I'm going to book her on a charge and on on her warrant. Yeah, and serve her with the updated seizure paperwork. King County Sheriff is actually currently scheduling the physical eviction which I'm going to help out with, too. They just basically infiltrated this vacant rental house that's owned by Invitation Homes. So, neighbors started complaining about it. Came to me. >> So, what's the status on the remaining people? >> So, the driver still needs an infraction. We're trying to ID the two rear males We're going to AFIS the other pa- passenger cuz he's not providing a ID. >> How many in the car right now? >> Three. Yeah, three. Have the Hey Alberto, have the Federal Way Police ever contacted you before? >> No. >> No? How about Kent Police? No? And you used to live on 260th and Pac? >> I left there in >> Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? >> [music] >> He has a knife. >> Yeah, this is >> All right, look for it. Right hand. And the scissors on the floor. >> Please keep your hands visible for us. >> This is one second, okay? Just hang out right here with him. Do you speak English at all? >> Little. >> Little. Okay, okay. Hang out right here with him. >> Yeah. >> Uh picture didn't match? Uh no, the his did, the back passenger. The back driver provided a name, but it's not coming back. Olinger, is this guy clear? >> He's clear. >> Okay. He If he wants to leave on foot, he can. If he wants to stay and wait, that's okay, too. >> It's going to be two parked. First person going to be Oceans Second person going to be Adam. >> Your subject has a three. First one is a confirmed out of King County Sheriff for 50,000 unlawful possession of a firearm. The second, Angel Osuna Parra, 7/20/98, white male, 5'8", 180 lbs. >> STAND UP. YOU'VE BEEN DETAINED. >> What's his name? What's his name? What's his name? >> Yep. I knew he was lying. >> Um >> Can we bring him back to >> Yes, I'll take >> Clark's >> I'll take this. >> Okay, now you can stand up. Stand up. You can just walk around the back of the car. >> Copy. Could you try to confirm the King County unlawful possession? >> The one in the >> driver's side. >> Okay. >> Hey, you're just being detained right now, okay? >> Okay. I don't understand. >> Okay. He looks like the guy that fled from me. >> Yeah? >> How come you lied about your name, man? You lied about your name. >> My name is Alberto, my name. >> No, it's not. It's Angel. >> I said Alberto. >> No. You're going to be booked on obstruction of law enforcement and on your uh driving warrant. This is all I wanted to do. Give you a new court date on your driving warrant and update this form, and you would have been gone. I just I don't know. I I just don't understand people sometimes. They They just like cooperate, things go a lot smoother. If you don't agree with something, that's what court's for. And sometimes the defendant wins. What's that? >> I am a fool to speak about the law enforcement. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> The woman was charged with obstruction and booked on her warrant. The man who provided a false identity was also charged with obstruction and booked on his warrant. The driver was cited for driving without insurance, while the other passenger was cleared and released.
