I guess I swear my kids are like yeah hey hey what's up hey Hey listen I'm gonna push you off yes ma'am what's going on you're right I abused you that's why I came out here and yes he has a mark oh no I took your head all right do me a favor I agree so man come this way you have um are you bleeding like I put peroxide on you need virus this is not she's an okay person when she don't drink I do not need fire rescue okay so I don't think any stitches okay so in general she has a drinking problem she's an alcoholic she needs to fix that problem with her she's with me or the next guy you got for me she needs to fix it man I'm gonna ask you one more time okay she has a drinking problem this is not the first time this happened when we've been out of town just the other day [Music] you will get a restraining order at this point okay go ahead okay so this is every time we go on it doesn't matter she drinks this is where the [ __ ] happens okay okay I went out with my family okay to eat pizza okay she didn't want to go because she doesn't feel right because just the other day and she had the cops calling her for being a drunk [ __ ] [ __ ] okay so I said okay go up and do your own thing I'm gonna go see my [ __ ] family my family is actually just Phil Kennedy is right here in Hialeah Hialeah okay I met him was that and the babies my nephew and niece I want to eat pizza so as soon as I pick her up oh you've been out all this time this many hours I said Angie you chose not to go with my family okay you chose Uncle my family because you want to go and drink and that's what she did I gave my credit card she went and drink okay so when I came back to pick her up over by the restaurant where the game just let out okay tons of traffic I said Angie I told you before I dropped you off on the family I'm tired I don't feel good I want to get home when I'm gonna go to sleep she's already drinking what does she want to do she wants to keep laundry again so you go do that you're a grown woman you go do it okay I'm getting up in the morning going to Fort Lauderdale I'm going home entire strings no problem she has my car okay that's extra I said don't be using my card for drinking okay start your [ __ ] with me okay she left my car I said Angie bring my card what is happening this is just right here bring my card back or I'm gonna call the police and say you stole my car okay I want my card she came back to the hotel room started her [ __ ] [ __ ] again all drunk [ __ ] I said Angie I want my card she wouldn't give me my card I said Angie please give my card so she takes the card and she's trying to break my [ __ ] car she couldn't break it drunk she goes here's your so as soon as your bed party so I'll get on my credit card I'm at arrested you want to break my [ __ ] over here by the closet it's your jewelry and knock your jury off okay she [ __ ] blew up she [ __ ] came at me I pushed her on me okay and that's when she put my hands to that's it I'm done with this [ __ ] and that's what I can't even leave you in front of this guy said call the doctor I don't want to get arrested I just want to get my [ __ ] though that's not here that we're not here to determine but he's going to be honestly we call the police and then there's a domestic dispute between you guys I don't know the police because she [ __ ] bit me which I consider attack came at me that's when I [ __ ] pushed her away and that's where she bit my [ __ ] hand and that's what I came out here I ain't doing all this [ __ ] not machine up that's what she came to attack me that's why I think I had her left arm and I put my hand like that on her face to [ __ ] push her away from me and that's when she [ __ ] sagged my ass okay this shit's out of control immediately within 10 seconds walking this guy said man call the policeman okay [Music] she spit on my face she's kicking me she's punched me you name it I never call it this was the last call ma'am ma'am come on don't go upstairs excuse me okay this way I didn't grab his hand what I said to you earlier I told her I told him come this way ma'am I'm gonna tell you one more time stop talking until I ask you to talk no it's coming to him because you'll keep talking and I told you too ma'am this way it's just me no it's just about you because I actually I actually I asked you in the beginning when he explained his story you kept interrupting him to be quiet you come out how come everyone's here everyone else comes to him it's like everyone's okay listen hello hello focus on what happened what happened right now tell me what happened okay we were supposed to have that type of blood you know what's gonna answer that's fine you're just supposed to be back sooner or whatever the time too he never is on time so anyway you said okay thank you anyway that was Modern so he came back here and I'm like all right so I'm gonna take her because he gave me his card earlier I'm like all right let's go to the place like right on the corner of public roosters it looks like it's about smoking some good food box whatever so I'll have some food there and I'll come home and he's like no no no you can't use my card now now you just you just need to come back or whatever you have to use my hair I was like okay I'll just use the crop for food no no I can't do that either his hand and then he took all the things [Music] now he is the victim ma'am do you think they'll just grab his hand and bite his hand do you think the big man that big man like his grandma's gonna bite there's no he smashed me on my face my little swollen for a little bit I mean it charges like that he always do the fact that I drink and he doesn't like at all okay so now now because I drink I must be always drunk and I love it he must be always with addictive because he's clearly you never drinking he's clearly always super sober and I'm never hot the fact of the matter is no matter how you twist the whatever he's an artist and he usually please he asked me as a form of control that's what it is and I'm the fool who sits around I'm not saying I should [ __ ] me over you how long you guys been together that's a thing nine [ __ ] years okay oh my God all the time all the time all the time what happens all the time all the time is whenever she does uh whenever it's not working for that situation or people call the police on me and say she's drunk that's what you guys do I'm not drunk I'm not drunk what do you guys live at uh topmost Springs Florida off the coast near Tampa I've seen drunk I've had drinks it's not drunk from targeting portray that way I'm tired of him always acting a victim I'm just I swear on my way oh so show me what is it that he he did to you okay all right yeah yeah so Sam's in there okay yes it doesn't have a small room I think it's hard yeah but it wasn't that where you can't lose it because they just had to smash my face like this yeah but like silent like it wasn't like I'm not sure no it was like he only smashed my face to me and so that's why what time what time did this happen uh as you say your lip was swollen a little bit I mean well I mean it just happened a few seconds ago your lip would still be kind of swollen it wasn't like dying I mean it was just it was inflamed and it hurt but it wasn't giant because he didn't like so how long ago did this happen like a half 45 minutes ago fourth time that's what I would say foreign okay cool she came down here and they got into it but my boss was saying that when he first came in that day only it was working and it was Nicole it's all over God too she said um the girl said that she was arguing like a book with her and everything he was apologizing and apologizing apologize it was already done on Thursday when they got here and then she called me which is the owner [Music] um when she came down I said man please don't go in your hair [Music] um that's it all right thank you yes I like the main officer right yes sir all we want to do is get my stuff before I don't want to be arrested like I told you before you you can't you can't determine whether or not she's being arrested because if I want to come out here if I would have tried to grab my stuff I swear in my life I promise you the same first time she looked at seven if I would try to get my stuff and leave she would have went more courage instead of trying to abandon her and all this [ __ ] like that it would have gotten worse than escalated so as soon as it happened I came to meeting mealy call you guys just to be here to get my stuff and get out of here if not it we'll just escalate it so again she goes far away when she's not drinking she's okay it's when she's drinking is when she has split personalities so again she just needs to stay here at rest and get her own way home I just want to get home I don't want to be or arrested because I gotta probably be the one responsible she ain't got no family down here you guys arrest her that I have to try to get her out and island called you guys and I should have been more clear when you called just to be able to come here to get myself so I get out of here so I do apologize right now you have a mark you have a word what's your word against what her word is and we have to determine with domestic violence somebody has to go to jail so we're going to determine it and she said she told you that prior before calling us that we're in jail and say hey let me get my stuff they were going to witness and I've been on my way so quite honestly I understand how you sing The Wall Works the one responsible to get her out of jail so let her let her learn her lesson and get her own way home
