28 2022 an officer of the normal police officer Department responded to a case of trespassing by a lady based on the explanations the officer got the lady had been at the building before and was involved in a fight that made the house manager ban her from accessing the building when she and her friend went to the place again the security didn't allow her in though they allowed her friend that pissed her off and she started harassing the security man which made him call the police before we continue let me thank blue watch for sharing this video on their YouTube channel anymore I'm the one white one and the Mexican one tomorrow I gotta get out but my other friend was able to go in and out of there so and I felt like that was weird because I'm Black and I'm my friends are keeping the it was like 20 minutes later and the guy came up to me was like the one who owns there was like security told you gotta go I'm like why didn't they tell me that when I first walked in because they saw me so so this is the this is the overarching thing and I'm the only one who got told that my other friend did not get told that until I got told that okay so this is the big so I got the other officer talking with um him I'm gonna be talking with everyone I'm trying to make sure everything's all good I don't really care I just want to go home and they keep letting her in and out but I can't even go in because that security guy won't let me in but he keeps letting her okay so which is weird to me is that not weird no so here's the thing this is the big overarching thing right now there it's their apartment okay but that but this the [ __ ] they doing illegal is healing I'm not not giving up for they can cook illegal sir Coke is illegal that's correct okay and that's what they doing in there residents here recognized them yeah and they were like and I was like what do you want to do like yeah like why didn't you say that when we walked in wait did you did you say that there was still I don't know where it is but they kept letting her in and out but they wouldn't let me in okay do you have any do you have any no I don't but that's not the point the point is she never left her sweater in there and they kept letting her in and out and he's drunk and he called me a [ __ ] so here's the thing he tried to put hands on me so you need to arrest him he didn't try to put him yes he did you refused this was a case of criminal trespassing according to Illinois statutes on Criminal Trespass to real property section 21-3 states that a person commits Criminal Trespass to real property when he or she knowingly and without lawful Authority enters or remains within or on a building enters upon the land of another after receiving prior to the entry notice from the owner or occupant that the entry is forbidden remains upon the land of another after receiving notice from the owner or occupant to depart a violation of these statutes is a Class B misdemeanor this lady continued to refuse to leave the building at one point she dared the officers to arrest her since she was already trespassing they arrested her she resisted the arrest and even battered the officers in the process race is his health because when I press charges y'all didn't do [ __ ] I had nothing got him go back and say nothing okay okay arrest me then okay if you're refusing to leave that's fine what you all good let one known to the person to be a peace officer firefighter or Correctional Institution employee of any authorized act within his or her official capacity commits a Class A misdemeanor this statue went under further include that a person convicted for a violation of this section whose violation was the proximate cause of an injury to a peace officer firefighter or Correctional Institution employee is guilty of a class IV felony at the police station the lady continued to be uncooperatively but then totally let me out calm down I'm calm but you you weird you racist where you from here none of my information do you let me out nope I don't feel comfortable with you letting me out it's okay some other officers are coming I let the other officers come but I don't feel comfortable they are hello
