hi guys what's going on so we have a clant um that's her she is leaving in this house like for she renting a room with two her two girls but she is veteran and then she seems have mental disable but she was I feel she's harassing us she's what she's harassing us she keeps insulting us banging us we okay do you all live here I live here and with my husband and we have a baby she's my landlord and then she's just a yelling and then she like is that the beginning oh let me see like she's yelling like smashing the door like they have the baby downst and then they cannot like are you evicting her or what yeah I did she refused to leave when you when are you evicting her uh I sent her I sent her the 17 s 7 day notice for from the March 6th and then she refused to leave I can show you the message she said that she ready and then but right now after since I sent her the notice she cloged toilet she like sent text me like every day like saying oh yesterday she unplugged our camera in the living room and then because we have the camera living room so she was like they uh those couple they come back and then she like always like came out yelling at them yeah she's always yelling she even came to our window today and she was she called the cop saying we hit her car the cop came he said it's not this that remember that um you have to go through the legal process to evictor though you need to go to the courthouse BTO Courthouse yeah yeah we do but right now the problem is not because of that because they feel danger because they have a baby and then she literally just screaming like like 15 minutes ago can you take her cuz it's a if she breaks the law then we can go down that Avenue but verbal abuse the verbal abuse is not is not a law it's it's not assault is a is a verbal attack on somebody but yelling and screaming is not First Amendment rights still coming to play she can say and scream and yell but I mean if she's going to cause you know disorderly conduct then that's a different story but you guys can only be you can only do so much cond well she needs to be out here causing a scene and I have to have neighbors that are saying that she's disturbing she yells all day outside where is she at right now she left cuz she was yelling crazy and I think she knew it this isn't 14 6 35 77 she Ys at the front all the time yeah we have it's we have all the footage like she she's not like normal because right now like she refused to leave and then she just trying to get us in trouble you know she yeah yeah unfortunately you got to take her to court for that for small claims for any damages she did so it's cuz she's a tenant that lives here but right now like they feel they're in dangerous because I I mean is she threatening you she even came to the window but what is she saying though I didn't hear what she said but she mentioned my name yeah but I mean for for an assault she says crazy things like Father get them out like she's praying or something like they need to be out of here yeah she curses calls me a [ __ ] ugly blah blah she says really bad things yeah unfortunately she that's just you can you can say those things as long as it's not hate hate speech or an assault where saying I'm physically going to hurt you like for example if if she came to you and got in your face and said I'm going to beat your [ __ ] ass and balls your fists up and you felt that that immediate threat then yeah then I can think she says come get this work come get this work like she but how many times did she said that a lot like every so she she says it a lie that means that she's not following through with her threat so you have to have the capability and the intent to actually commit a crime so if someone's going to say I'm going to punch you in the face and they don't do it obviously they're not going to follow through with it but if she goes and tries to swing on you or something that then we can obviously that's a different situation also like Baker at her because she definitely have a mental issue I can value I can evaluate her for a b correct you should she's she's a disabled veteran I mean so am I but I mean she has to meet a criteria and who does she live here with with children and she she drinks a lot and she sometimes Dr okay well if she you believe she's drunk then in driving then you need to give us a call and tell us you know hey so and so just left the this house she's been drinking I believe she has her children with her right now actually I think she's actually yeah she's drunk right what is she driving she's driving a black car okay um for but here's also the thing she how many kids does she have two two girls how old seven and eight okay where's the father he doesn't she's actually she from Georgia so she have three more kids in Georgia still and then she just moov here like since she move here she doing here yeah but here's the thing though if I arrest her or Baker Act her who's in kids you mean child protect Services yeah we have someone yeah we have the the her her friend left yeah he going to come back like soon they take was drinking and I just realized she just drove so she might like I said but here's the thing though if I go down that Avenue we have to find someone to take care of the kids and I don't want do but that's if the friend's willing to take respons he does take care of her he's even the one advocates for the house but if you guys if he says no that he's not going to take the children I think he's onno but in the event that he says no Then I the children have to go into custody for you know Department of Family Services look officer we do really even her we do really concern about her kids that's why we call you guys before CU of her girl well no you need to call we can at least evaluate her especially if she's stable veteran if she does have mental heal the least we can do is refer her and get her into the right process CU possibly jail is not the right thing over indulging with alcohol to you know compensate for other issues she's having and whatnot um but she's so inconsiderate like I told her she she's rude be considered she she starts being very ver abusive and I I didn't call you guys because of her children need to call us yeah I know now I've had enough because I also have a baby who's like 2 months okay too much yeah yeah but I
