smell and decide to search the car for any drugs particularly marijuana the guy insists again that this is not his car and that he wouldn't have any sort of drugs in the car maybe he's pulling me out the car hey can you just step out for him real quick all we're doing is just having you step out that's it you can't this dude you can't just do that like you got to tell me some some reason why something yeah so for our safety and for your safety we're just having you step out of the vehicle for right now serious oh you gotta are you serious right now I'm one of my my son football practice few moments of more searching the officers appear to have discovered a few small amounts of marijuana hidden within the vehicle would this imply that he was aware of the drugs and that he actually possessed them the man seemed to be vehemently denying this even though the officer's dashboard camera makes it pretty clear that it happened however given that he did not own the vehicle in question is there a remote possibility that he was unaware of the item's presence it's okay this is against the law you can't detain me for no reason you're detained on a traffic stop I got a shake on the crumbs are you serious that's Shake the fact that the search is still going on makes things even more difficult for him a police officer is seen pulling out of the vehicle what appears to be a small bag and then taking out of the bag a firearm immediately an important question arises is he a convicted felon after this he's placed in the trunk of the officer's car and driven away after that it appears that the police muted the audio so not much can be discerned about what was happening the officers attempt to read the driver's rights after informing him that he would be detained and placing him under arrest the fact that you can hear him trying to explain to the officers that he's a convicted felon does not necessarily mean that he would commit another crime in the middle of all this and the fact that he has been making significant strides toward improving his lifestyle such as making his child support payments on time and finding a job for himself but this incident would really throw everything off track want to do probably for what are you crazy so are you serious you took a a stem out my car I still have my car wow I thought there was no weenie hey so let me kind of bridge it
