every citizen is subjected to the scrutinizing eyes of the law that means that even as an underage teenager police officers can still arrest you if you violate any law here are three times teens realize their daddies ain't going to help them out of the trouble they landed themselves in this first video showed the day that this young lady learned why you should never consent to an unnecessary search of your vehicle on July 7th 2022 officer hon with the Palm Beach Gardens Police observed a vehicle making unusual Lane changes she ran the vehicle's tag and found it had been towed before and marked abandoned based on her observations the officer pulled over the vehicle and saw this young lady who was quite polite and honest from the onset hello stopped you cuz the car is coming back into an abandoned vehicle oh really yes which car is it it's my dad's car but did he have it towed in like Miami it was towed in Miami I it was I had it towed in Miami and we had to get it back okay so you were driving it in Miami yes okay and he knows he had to get the whole thing notorized um I got to get from it with Miami because they the ones that enter into the system so when a car gets towed and the owner is not present they usually enter it as an abandon vehicle oh really yes it's going in the system so cops that R be a to pop on your tag it's going to pop up as oh wow okay yeah I got towed like a month ago so I'm surprised this is the first time yeah all right well I'm going to have them confirm it and get that taken out of the system and I'll be right back okay thank you so much yeah for reasons still unknown officer hon called for backup when the backup officer arrived she started monitoring and questioning the lady still unaware she was being monitored the lady continued to eagerly answer questions by the backup officer at one point the lady moved her bag out of the officer's sight the backup officer considered that suspicious so she asked for the lady's consent to search the vehicle the lady naively consented and soon learned a lifetime lesson that it is unwise to consent to an unnecessary search of your vehicle want ask you a question all right mind if I sear the car okay you hang out with her can I ask why are you guys are search in for she asked okay the backup officer took her time to search every nook and cranny of the vehicle she found three fake drivers licenses in the lady's purse inside the bag the other officer also found a marijuana pen on the lady's body the lady quickly realized her father would be mad with her when he found out what had just happened do you vape or um I do back I know should not Vape use like flavors or yeah it's just it ring oh thank you my dad gave it to me very nice all right if we're going to talk about anything like a weed pen I got to read you your right okay doesn't mean you're under it doesn't mean you're under arrest this means I have to read your right we're going to talk about it okay did you understand this right that's not a weed pen right no it's not that's just your V pen it is why do you carry it right there um I usually don't but I had it in my lap when I was driving and I didn't have anywhere to put it she said she has a marijuana pen in there had fake ideas and you have fake IDs they are mine they're in my name they're what they're in my name oh you had these made up they were ordered you had them made up um not me personally but you mean not you personally I my friend you ask your friend like people don't usually just no I know yeah okay it like I was just saying I didn't physically make you went there and they have me got three of them or one no there's just only there's only one do you have a testing or no uh yeah I do U okay so what was the deal with those um they were in my first know I I I get the obvious but what's the uh I guess what's the I go to they for um I don't know I have them my friends got them cuz we're all in college and they want me to come and visit them in college how old are you I'm 20 I'm going to be 21 and 6 months 5 months the marijuana card or anything like that where did you get it from um one of my friends your friend order like your friend B for you I gu I don't know sounds like your friends do a lot for you they they probably should keep yeah I know it's OD it's already purple oh yeah POS although we don't support crime on this channel this lady naively walked herself into an arrest the fake IDs in the marijuana pen were not in plain sight of the officers and this traffic stop was unrelated to their possession the two officers knew nothing about them until she consented to the search the officer also had no probable cause for the search since merely moving your handbag is not evidence that you've committed a crime if she had not consented to the search a court could have considered the evidence to be fruit of the poisonous tree since their acquisition would have constituted an unlawful search and seizure under the Fourth Amendment the lady was arrested and charged with felony possession of counterfeit IDs and possession of a controlled substance on the night of June 24th 2023 officer Charles fou with the homman police department observed a motorcycle being ridden recklessly through a parking lot before entering a gas station well at the gas station the officer checked the tag on the motorcycle and found that its owner was 19-year-old Isaac the officer also found that Isaac had a restricted motorcycle permit that mandated he only ride the bike during the day and must wear a helmet Isaac was doing none of that after leaving the gas station Isaac started speeding again making the officer initiate a traffic stop instead of stopping Isaac accelerated his motorcycle to approximately 80 mph he eventually ran out of luck when he ran into a grassy area resulting in an accident instead of surrendering to the officer Isaac quickly removed his bike's key and ran on foot the end of Viking we got a white mail pink T-shirt black pants running into the [Music] [Applause] woods having earlier obtained Isaac's name and home address the officer didn't pursue him the homeowner of the accident scene came out pointing a gun at the officer thankfully the officer remained calm and didn't shoot the man that was unlike many incompetent officers who had killed innocent citizens in such situations due to their alleged fear for their lives everything okay yeah you want put that down okay please thank you everything's good I got my two kids and wife okay I just had someone take off for me they ran into the woods okay yeah I have can open I I do have weapons I hope yeah temp for if they want to go west of the scene and try to see if they can locate them over there you want me to open a camera I got camera it's walking um if you want to but I should be good okay just if your doors are locked just make sure they stay locked thank you he ran up in here somewhere I got to stay with the bike Isaac's house they were met by his mother who couldn't believe her ears when officer Charles told her what her son just did she decided not to interfere with their investigation Police Department what Police Department oh my hi hi where are you hello hey I'm looking for Isaac oh [ __ ] uh okay I don't know if he saw okay he ran for me on his motorcycle are you [ __ ] me no oh [ __ ] all right back alluding an officer his citation total more than $1,700 but he was later released on a $1,000 signature Bond around 3:53 a.m. on October 3rd 2022 officer Klein with the Sarasota Police Department saw a black Hyundai sedan that stopped over a painted Stop Bar in crosswalk at an intersection the driver placed the vehicle almost entirely in the intersection while waiting for the traffic light to cycle the officer checked the vehicle's tag and saw that it had expired in April 2021 and that the registered owner a Swiss lady named Naomi Fury had a suspended driver's license based on his observations the officer initiated a traffic stop officer Klein soon learned that furer had several other suspensions I was just picking up my friend from Northport okay where you headed to uh I see it was in Northport I was trying um thank you you got your registration um your fake cut it scared me when I walked up forgot tomorrow's Halloween pardon I said your fake cut had scared me when I to pick her up yes and I would have gone back to Sara okay so where's the club wristband from where's the club wristband oh that was from the other night that was from like Friday I think or somewh so work on your insurance I'm going to see why your license is no good and we'll go with it from there okay you able to find it trying to BU had a couple of documents and exchange I can't find it because you have an insurance suspension and you have like four other suspensions for fa to pay traffic P you know you got you know you got to pay tickets I said you know you got to pay the tickets I I well I did pay them all that on that I during interrogation officer Klein observed that furer smelled of alcohol had bloodshot watery eyes and Her speech slurred she also Wore a Yellow nondescript wristband consistent with those given at local bars all these observations suggested that fur might be driving Under the Influence so the officer conducted field sobriety tests unsurprisingly she didn't pass getting everything for you okay the officer searched her vehicle and found open containers of two brands of alcoholic drinks that evidence sealed their DUI charge P up the window yes yeah I'm going to
