yes okay welcome back to the body cam Zone on June 12 2022 wasall police officers saw on the city's surveillance cameras talise machopa town a lady with a bench warrant for her arrest for failing to show up for a court hearing she was seen near a homeless encampment when the officers got to the place she was no longer there they later saw her walking by the roadside one of the officers called out to her but she ignored him she was eventually stopped and detained from that point machopa Tau became aggressive and demanded a female officer attend to her unfortunately the nearest female officer was more than 30 minutes away before we continue let me shout out to codecam Blue for sharing this video on their YouTube channel why you gotta walk away from us you know we're gonna drive dude I was walking home for a second to go check out an old man being here me uh asking you to stop though yeah no command me I'm not a dog and I'm not a [ __ ] dog yep seriously nope I wish [Music] right away [Music] well then Rick I request a female it's always kind of a creepy feeling don't touch me stop touching me what you have to understand is I have I don't care I'm requesting a female nope but there's not a few take me to jail stop touching me stop just lean against no I want a [ __ ] female majapatow's behavior is completely against section 946 415 of Wisconsin statute which states that whoever intentionally refuses to comply with an officer's lawful attempt to take him or her into custody is guilty of a class one felony machopitao demanded a female police officer well you can indeed request that only officers of a particular gender should attend to you however there is no legal obligation to honor such requests most agencies want person of the same gender to do searches when readily available but an arrest procedure is not usually delayed to accommodate the request of an officer of a particular gender however some states recognize this request for example when searching transgender individuals in Saint Paul Minnesota an individual May request a preference of Officer gender for searches if requested officers should when possible accommodate an individual's request to be searched by an officer of a specific gender when machapa Tau couldn't have her way she started banging her head against the hood of the officer's vehicle and even spit on one of the officers she was eventually put into custody and taken to the facility for Mental Health crisis can I explain something in jail start swinging off on you guys stop no take me to jail pretty young search those Pockets no and the last thing we wanted stop I'm requesting a female that might very well be that I can't allow you to do that get off me I'm requesting a [ __ ] female I have a civil right to request a [ __ ] female one available she spit on you yes okay 151. take me to jail no take me to jail I'll be working good because I'm requesting a [ __ ] female officer dead [Music] oh stop stop thank you can't wait till terrorist threats cops spit at me and hit here and then some of it hit my arm second that's our things are [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] did she throw her head back and hit you up she threw her head back she attacked him too I couldn't help it looked like at one point she did but well in the whole time she was trying to lose her her lipstick like we'll kick back at us yeah I was I had that one block against the tiger when I went to go put her in a compliance hole but then I think she started to kick out again it's like cool enough back there for you okay okay by spinning on the officer machopa Town violated section 941 375 of Wisconsin statute which states any person who throws or expels blood semen vomit saliva urine feces or other bodily substance at or toward a public safety worker or a prosecutor is guilty of a class one felony four months later all charges related to her behavior during the arrest were dropped however she was found guilty of all her crimes before the arrest and was sentenced to several months in prison despite muchapital's disrespectful behaviors the officers maintained professional conduct throughout the incident well that's all concerning this video before you go check out this video where a police officer reacted very fast to use a stop stick to disable a speeding car thanks for watching
