all right you're going to jail on the night of October 29 2022 officers of the Joliet Police Department responded to a call from a gas station about a drunk man the man whose name is Andre showed signs of serious intoxication when the police arrived the officers tried to direct him away from the place but he was unwilling to cooperate with them before we continue let me shout out to Blue watch for sharing this video on their YouTube channel again nothing Andre Facebook come on man these guys I'm driving no you're not you want to go to the hospital why I think you're a little bit too intoxicated take a seat that's it go ahead sit down on the ground right there sit right there right here oh my God Andre look and everything Andre you're gonna go you're gonna go to the hospital okay I'm gonna call paramedics let's talk about it first wasn't all the time it's possible but there's something it's not respectable you don't tell me what I gotta do right now what the wrong with you everywhere you homeless yeah I live Mercedes what's today's day of the week Friday no Saturday [Applause] oh who was the president of the United States just with these [ __ ] dollars we're going fake as a month hey what's up [Applause] Andre stop don't talk to me do you want to go to the hospital yesterday [Music] where did I go [Applause] you don't you don't want to you don't want to go to the hospital since Andre was not in any car when the police arrived it was difficult to establish if he owned the vehicle or had any relationship with the driver as he claimed in Illinois it is not illegal to be intoxicated in public places in fact there's a state law that prohibits local governments from making public intoxication and offense according to Illinois statute 301 section 55-15 no County municipality or political subdivision May adopt or enforce any law that includes being intoxicated as the sole basis of the offense nor interpret or apply any law to circumvent the provisions of this section this explains why the officers tried to persuade Andre to go to the hospital however the police will charge you with the crime if you are drunk in public and do something disruptive violent or dangerous such as disorderly conduct assault drunk driving public indecency and underage drinking if you are under 21. when he could no longer see the car after his so-called friend drove it away Andre became violent and started hitting the police vehicle [Music] [Music] compose yourself [Applause] I love it I've been so long with no friends you're going to the hospital there's clearly too intoxicated for your own well-being [Music] you're not listening right here [Music] really good um [ __ ] yeah [Music] let's go Audrey can you go to the hospital you want to go to the hospital can you go no can you please go to the hospital together oh my God we're gonna get a call about them [Applause] I'm gonna get a call about him in like an hour um hey what the [ __ ] boys [Music] [ __ ] es okay you spit you'll definitely go to college I know do not spend all night to the hospital okay let's go where are you at right now Andre I've been sure [Music] [Applause] not anymore you don't want us to give you a ride sprinkled about it [Music] you're [ __ ] dumbass you'll stop right now okay in the Sun Again Begin Again begin book a lot of things three times over you got to begin all over again as you usually are yeah remember [Music] everybody here how did you get how did you get out to Joliet how did you get out here um let's see just when the ambulance arrived Andre became more violent and started assaulting the police officers that made the officers arrest him hey don't touch me yeah let me apologize [ __ ] [Music] understand your [ __ ] mainly [ __ ] already dumbass get married hey what about you [ __ ] yeah ow [ __ ] now we got him it's going to counter now you're just trying to punch him you know he just did punch him well let's go ahead and take him to the hospital here I can't touch him on the test attacking the officers when detained is considered battery according to Illinois statute five slash one two dash three a person commits battery if he or she knowingly without legal justification by any means causes bodily harm to an individual or makes physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature with an individual this offense is classified as a Class A misdemeanor the officers did their best to help Andre but his violent attack left them with no choice but to arrest him that's all concerning this video but before you go check out this video where this manipulative lady tried to run away after a DUI arrest thanks for watching
