you have the right to talk imagine throwing a fit at the police officer because he woke you up from a nap at a gas station and that too on a stolen car that's what happened in this case when the police got a call about a lady asleep at the gas pump at seven in the morning Sherry's office the morning chat went great but the situation went downhill so fast when the officer asked for her ID if you're not the restaurant owner what do you mean not at the moment they in short this lady just stole someone's car and has been using it for some time well it is a felony but what matters is if you've been convicted of a car she was trying to play with the officers by acting dumb and not answering any questions but they were not in the mood for her BS and she was detained he's gonna talk to me first and then we'll talk to you I have rights too you know and we're not violating this right yeah you are she knew very well about her rights but seemed to forget about her duties on the 19th from the man that went to jail no you cannot arrest me for this car I haven't forgiven this car when the officer informed her this was a missing car from the 19th she flipped she claims that the convicted man gave her this car to drive and even offered to show his text messages to them remember when she said at the beginning she had no gas money well while searching for her the cop pulled multiple hundred dollar bills from her pocket whoops that's probably meth money not gas money right but she wasn't done after realizing she is detained against her wishes she made an effort to threaten the officers with some Sergeant Caleb it always amazes me how criminals think everyone should do what they tell when they can do anything they feel like and no one can touch them you're supposed to tell me a soldier I'm not gonna call Sergeant Caleb because I don't know a sergeant Caleb okay well I don't know people by their first name we go by last names Roger that he said Roger that and left her for herself and went to have a search in the stolen car and what he found will make you dumbfounded see that for yourself freaking meth pipes can find in one vehicle dude these mouth pipes don't stop I've got two more back here 's one two one front and then four right here okay after finding the meth pipes the officer was going to read her rights to her because she was getting arrested but this lady kept telling the officer that he needs to apologize to her the entitlement right well just when he proceeded with the rights she got livid remain silent do you hear me anything you say what's going on thank you you have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice we ask you any questions and I haven't left you daring questions how satisfying was that door slam mid-ran he did not have time for her nonsense it was the close the door on your loud mouth move she was arguing and ranting with the officer so he decided to show her a little piece of evidence and watch how her tone changes when she sees it do you not realize you can't because I looked I looked because I haven't in my bag look either I stole the car and I'm not responsible the funny thing is that she had some ammo in her bag so her claiming she doesn't own it makes it another felony the officer was calm and respectful despite her getting angry and possession I need to talk to that guy he was arrested the officer left his camera in the car and went on a further search meanwhile this camera caught all her ranting can you imagine what her family has had to endure it's the first time I'm hearing someone say I stole the car so I'm not responsible for the drug paraphernalia well people with brains charged her with a felony of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and a misdemeanor of possession of drug paraphernalia and a bond of eleven thousand dollars well who is laughing now isn't it dumbfounding that people under arrest always tell the police what they should do and how they are wrong the officers made sure the situation did not escalate just got the job done and took an unsafe driver off the road this video is clear proof that the amount of patients you have to have as a police officer is off the charts these officers are legends for doing what they needed to do and putting up with this lady don't you think let us know in the comments don't forget to like this video And subscribe to our Channel if you haven't already thank you for watching we'll see you guys soon
