don't grab me turn around turn around wait turn around I'll do it turn around on February 22nd the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office Personnel conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota 4Runner that was going over the speed limit it was traveling at 73 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour Zone near a school during the stop the driver told the cop that she wanted to talk with a different officer but unfortunately things took a turn for the worse from that point onward she asked for a sergeant to talk to and when one Sergeant finally came she was too busy on her phone you could even catch her shoeing the officer she tried to get special treatment for her relationship with the officer it's obvious that they are all in from a small town and know each other very well but the officer wasn't phased a bit and stood his ground Amber knew she was going to lose her kids if she could not complete the field sobriety test successfully or we can do it right here Amber so she was trying to get rid of it no matter what but if she refuses she loses her kids because then she will be taken to jail for refusal she had to make a decision between the devil and the sea [Music] she was willing to do the sobriety tests but didn't want to do that there it was in front of a school and she was worried that everyone would see her getting caught by the cops I'm gonna take it as a refusal if you don't walk over here and do field sobriety to walk over here I've tried me enough but in the end she had to leave her arguments and decided to do the tests they put your feet together okay I'm gonna check your eyes keep your hands down there can you see the tip of the pen yes follow with your eyes and your eyes only okay don't move your head she knew this was all her fault but she didn't want anyone to know that right it's crazy how someone thinks their reputation is much more important than the life of their kids right again Amber is making sure that nobody is watching her especially her kid the officer made it clear that this is his job and was determined to abide by the law the officer was done playing games he had tried to be nice to her through the arrest but she wasn't being cooperative she was afraid of the people that watched her shenanigans from afar well he didn't finish the task she even asked to do some of the tests some other time when the people will go away Amber that's not Joe that's Lieutenant Hall stand back over there it's not Joe please go stand over there it's not Joe she is referring to her husband who is probably a cop and is afraid that he will take the kids away from her it's a wonder how she got the kids in the first place isn't it a bit sickening the way she talks to the officer to get special treatment anyway they did not treat her any differently she is embarrassed not because she was drunk driving when she picked up her kid from school but because of the fact that the world now knows she was a drunk driver she wasn't being cooperative with the tests and was purposefully wasting the officer's time so he did this the officer cut a bit of slack for her and made arrangements to arrest her not in front of the kids the officers were very respectful throughout the whole ordeal and brings you hope about the good and the force sitting inside the car amber made a try to get away with it all by crying and pleading I understand that but the thing is is you're asking me not to do my job he wanted the officer to turn off his body cam to talk to her well he made it clear that is not happening I cannot after all the officer made arrangements with Amber's mom to pick up the kids from school the jail for DUI street from the school can you come pick her up right right by Jay High School that is what we call being a great officer he was respectful he heard her case and he stood his ground and was becoming clear to her that she is going to jail that day no matter what they did keep their body cams on and listen to what she had to say to the officers in the car in the end she was charged with two counts of felony for obstruction without violence and child neglect without great bodily harm also two misdemeanors for DUI and refusal to submit to a DUI test and was released on a bond of sixty five hundred dollars I just hope she learned her lesson what about you let us know in the comments don't forget to like this video And subscribe to our Channel if you haven't already thank you for watching we'll see you guys soon
