I've actually done with her before okay um she stated to me that she was under the influence of cocaine so I asked her if she still had any on her she said yeah she pulled a little baggie which I have there out of her socks so when I was trying to hang over she started to resist but but I got a customer in the back of my car okay okay so the charge it is going to be what also battery yeah battery on the child the felony possession and resistance 2010 so he's like 12. so Is it felony battery yes it is going to be interesting yeah I'm trying to think is there like a section that says um do I have the minor dual sworn statement or the parents the problem that you're going to have with a minor is how does he write and stuff like that what I would do is I would I would get his statement and I would write his statement for him that's what I would do or you can have the mom ask him and have the mom translate it into a statement and have them and then on the bottom put mother sign due to a child's age or whatever yeah he is 11 years old so he has Middle School age of writing primary which is basically a Miranda Park
