Y'all come out there, dos. >> Back in January, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office received a call from the victim after she discovered her home had been burglarized. Investigators arrived to find that whoever did this knew exactly what he was doing. He cut the power at the breaker, unplugged the internet modem, covered the interior security camera with a jacket, and he got away with anywhere between $2,500 and $3,000 in cash. But, while tearing through the kitchen, the suspect cut himself and, without realizing it, left his blood on a pizza box sitting inside the home. Detectives collected that DNA and ran it through state and federal databases, and it came back as a match to 33-year-old William Vargas Carmona. Authorities determined that Vargas Carmona was in the country illegally and had already been deported once before. He came back anyway and then he came to Flagler County. On November 21st, Immigration and Customs Enforcement located him in Jacksonville and notified the Sheriff's Office. He was taken into custody and transferred to a detention center in Baker County. The Flagler County Sheriff put it simply, "He's not going anywhere. He won't be victimizing any more Florida residents."
