I'll give you these tags two four zero nine thirteen so like we're we're at a little bit of the vine because the car comes the car I'm gonna put I'll pull up so I don't have to save he's asleep foreign up to the to the front to get a snap a photo of the VIN because we're pretty sure the car the white car yeah the silver it's like oh yeah whatever yeah we had one the other day similar situation well like they were like can we get a crane I was like well the cranes can't lift it with someone in it and we're not allowed to box I mean you all can do a lot more than we can yeah we can block them in oh you can that's up to you I I and you and you have a proper rank to make the decision I I to my knowledge is probably just going to be a uuv really yeah I mean not other you think it's worth it on your no for us you cannot it is we can do it the safest way possible but I mean I'm we're not going to take the arrest for it no no no no yeah I'll block them in yeah I'll walk him in so you guys don't have to worry about it it's that SUV all the way up there it's the silver Honda in front of the Ring yeah so I can um there's a red Ford or hobby oh yeah so I can I can slow roll and get right in front of them whenever you guys are ready um whether it's truly stolen first I think my officer said he put her down yes missions punched and the tag comes back to it we had one dude Parkway screwdriver in the ignition oh nice and fell asleep I wish my computer and my forward how's your day going like I said it's colder than I wanted it to be I was checking out with some other officers so I started sweating a little bit had to get out of there and it's colder than I'm ready so if it is 10.99 um I'm gonna block because my cars whatever they can't walk they tell you coming back to the Kia oh it comes back to at least tags from another yeah yeah we can yank them out but you know for safety of everybody all is ignition on um can we get some chalk blocks then we don't have to block it in I'll throw it like I can take one of the bottle of one of those bricks from somebody or put my vehicle in front of I'm not worried about my vehicle and uh the whole thing is we don't want a box in there I mean um so I said we're not going to lock them up but I'll block them okay I was like we're not gonna lock them up he's like oh we'll take that but they don't they don't want to break the window without boxing them I'll box them in I'll take that because it's important safety of all of us um I'm not worried about having a box of men or not but if they don't want to do anything I don't know for sure we can't see the exhaust we're debating on whether it's on or off I saw himself yeah I mean it looks like it might be awesome yesterday I was gonna do yours and then I I printed your body cam or did Jordan already so I'll just make sure it's the right same case then when you looked up his yeah and you just did what you do not have an experience I did evidence and then I just uh I didn't make a case though did you pull it off I'm not worried about me I don't make it yeah I do well I got an Instagram one time anything with evidence needs to be time to the case so anything with evidence right um I I just did it because I transported the dude so you know in case you make a complaint or something I don't want that video would go away I didn't worry about I'm thinking about it yeah sooner break out the window I don't have a problem boxing if we're gonna break out the window and you come out I'm not worried about if the vehicle is lost especially just for safety purposes all staff is Avenue Retreat because you guys don't want to break the window until the vehicle can't move type deal all right yeah I mean I and you guys are taking me to rest though okay I'm fine with that you good with that yeah you get a glass cutter yeah who's uh what um who'll break the window is it gonna be this officer up here [Applause] so we need to get we need him to think of this that works yeah I got what's his name to order some okay so apparently you just put it up the window you gotta be ready for it because I wasn't ready for it for the first time um I'd prefer them to break it as well if it's going to be if they're going to make the arrests so I think that only plays in a Pursuit yeah we can't we can't come in look if he takes off yeah and he's blocked in like we're not I've done this before and no one's ever said right yeah we can't we can't box in pursue yeah but we can stop somebody from leaving the seats that's why you need stop says no um yes I mean this is why we need like chocolate I know some departments carry like like um like a it's similar to a stop stick and they just put it in front of the tire S I think he's getting clear oh he DJ'd the guy the D4 guy really yeah they brought him back to the station and I guess um either what's his name will be 31 and I said no DJ I'm taking back and take his car back so you gun faced the guy in front of his house and you're not holding them obviously yeah [Music] all right foreign we've given him a way to leave and I mean he can't get in yeah uh we are not allowed to block them um and you don't want to pull them out on the vehicle okay well we can't you can't pull them out yeah we'll break the window there's the there's the tape over the window we could cut in front of using the back window it's already broken it's got a piece of plastic yeah carefully I can cut it out I'll lock the door from the exterior the door opens quietly he's still knocked out and I'll move away somebody just has to Jack him he's got his hands up so the last one uh him and I will yank him out um or do you want to who wants me do you want to be hands guys my other question is have we looked to see if it's in driver Park and is it it's important it's running okay because I told her earlier because I didn't see the no it's running it's in par he's knocked out like he's literally like I just want to make sure that we don't have anyone on our end or you're in that if he like throws it in Drive get the foot run over or a side swipe or he throws in Reverse I just want everyone so the best way is cut out that plastic you unlock it yeah come on carefully and quietly try to unlock the door if that works and we're able to open the door he's still knocked out then we can reach in and pull them out before he gets to the gear but we're not going to go in there if he started in love because he's going to wake up and Thrive and let him go at that point I'm fine with that you know what I mean yeah but we don't want anybody to get caught in the middle of that door so I think cut out that plastic try to unlock the door once again if it opens it he's still knocked out there we kind of make room quickly just jump in there grab them grab his hands don't let him put it in driver okay I missed part of the return there's a bus went by it's just a plane stolen not like it I was making sure really good no it's it's a stone it clear to us that he's unarmed I bet we can fully determine but yeah he's got a he's got a phone on his lap he does have his left hand which is good for us inside his waistline you know but I don't see anything on there so if we can just secure that head quickly getting their new space we can do that if he takes off it takes up but yeah just don't get caught inside of that car you know what I mean no yeah so it was record stolen unlock that door if he doesn't get startled you know I can always cut it or lock it and bend down if it doesn't get started if he hasn't woken up yet I feel like yeah I'll turn everything down whenever you're ready but please don't get caught inside yeah no remind me all my shit's on cyan IDE oh exit your vehicle quietly I mean it's it's a stone but we'll try to get it that way if he takes off he takes it yeah whatever either one's an interesting story yeah and then uh my camera yeah I accidentally come over here quietly so we can tell him what's going on [Applause] oh yeah so here's the plan he's knocked down close and it doesn't get started doesn't wake up I think we're going to try to get in there grab him here you know I mean he's got one hand at least the last time I had to check again one hand inside his waist he's going I don't see anything and then the phone is lying on his shoulder area or uh I'm sorry chest area the right head is actually back so we can grab that hand get a hold of that other one we're good to go but let's wait to see if we get started if he does he plays golf just let him go but don't get inside that car until weird all right either way uh we're gonna approach the temperature I need to get in he's gonna unlock the door I'm gonna remember I gotta unlock it from the exterior cut make sure he doesn't get started I'll lock his quietly if he doesn't get startled then and you still knock the hell out then I can open the door and make interest for anyone go in there and grab them as soon as possible you know just remember for us yeah you know that's right foreign [Music] [Applause] thank you foreign you good in the car yeah [ __ ] I'm trying to fly right location yourself gone 502 all advice stand by start the eagle shots fired I'm advising 502. 502. is he dead foreign foreign yeah give me a kiss hey buddy can you hear us hey you good can you hear anything we
