the keys because she was in danger of
driving off and this right she's

get the same say she drove here we're

involved who took her keys did did you

believe you're intoxicated and she said

go on the U so okay so I talked to them
they someone took the keys inside but
they have video footage of her driving
up here so they're going to give you the
video footage she's going to get the DI
she's going to get resist she's going to
get and and you know why I say we can't
do this sorder of in talks cuz to do
this sorder of in talks you got to be
under the influence of Narcotics and uh
alcohol so we're not going to do that
while she's in a
car when I got here I mean she was
uncooperative she had her hand down so

time Alex was charged with DUI resisting
without violence refusal to sign a
criminal citation refusal to submit to a
breath test and disorderly intoxication
all of these totaled a bond of $3,500
she is innocent until proven guilty in a
court of law
