What was your part of this? I haven't really speak to you yet. >> Yeah. No, no worries. So, I'm the pharmacist on staff. So, yeah. Um, lady just comes up, starts, you know, in front of people to the front of the lobby, starts cursing and saying, "I want my medications." >> So, out of the blue, random, just, you know what I mean? So, she hasn't checked in before. So I asked her to come to the consult window so I could see what her name is and whatnot. And so I I tried to have her identify herself. >> I got her date of birth. >> Never before. >> Never seen it before. Yeah. I got her date of birth. Pulled up her file. There was four old medications on her file that uh we have filled back in August. >> Okay. >> And she said, "I want my medications. They, you know, um they need to be filled now." And I said, "Well, we don't have active medications to fill for you." >> And she says, "I don't care. I want them now." and so forth. And so I told her that she'd have to have her doctor call me medications and that way I could feel I'd be happy for for her um when I get the medications from the doctor. At that point she got agitated, started grabbing everything on my countertop, throwing hands and and so forth. And so and then she walks away. Yeah. She's in the lobby kind of mumbling whatnot. She starts cursing and then she sits down and grabs people. >> Oh god. which was a little bit awkward, but that's where we called 911 because everybody was getting a little um a little bit >> okay. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest and trespassing.
