Hi. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Mom's Alexis. >> I'm sorry. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> What's your name? >> No, my daughter is tired and throwing a fit. So, we pulled over to that way we can't have fit and we're going to go home. >> What happened with your tires? >> What tires? the car tires. >> Okay, we're leaving. She's done having her fit. We'll see you later. >> Hold on. Don't. Do you have a license so I can see? >> No. >> Just stay in your car for a second, ma'am. Can you Can you sit in the car? >> Can I see your driver license, please? >> But I pulled over cuz my daughter's having a fit. Don't give me a hard time. >> I'm not giving you a hard time. I got a call about your card. On May 1st, 2024, a Boon Beach Police Department officer responded to a 911 call reporting a vehicle driving erratically near Wulbright Road, Florida. A civilian witness followed the vehicle for approximately half a mile, observing the car strike the curb five times, mount the sidewalk, and nearly strike both a family and a pedestrian. The driver, Shannon, had already pulled over when officers arrived with two minor children, ages two and six, inside the vehicle. Under Terry versus Ohio, 392 US1 decided in 1968, law enforcement may briefly detain an individual based on reasonable, articulable suspicion of criminal activity. The corroborated civilian 911 report describing erratic lane movement, repeated curb strikes, and near pedestrian strikes easily clears that threshold before the officer speaks a single word. >> That's why >> you're going to close my hand on the door, man. >> I'm Your car is not safe to drive one because you don't have tires. >> I do have tires. >> Would you like to see it? >> Oh my god. >> Buckle up. Let's go home. >> Would you like to see it? >> Knuckle. >> Hello. >> Let go of my car. >> Step out of the car. >> No. >> Step out of the car. You're going to be in handcuff. >> I pulled over cuz my daughter was >> I understand that. But now I need to drive driver license. >> I will give it to you. >> Give it to me then. I'm still waiting. >> Okay. No problem. >> I know. We're just trying to go to the mall. We want to go to the mall and we want the jumpy thing. That's all. >> You don't have tires. You want me to show you? >> We I'm sorry. I can't afford car tires. >> It's flat. You can't drive it. You don't have a flat tire. >> Okay. Well, my husband >> Let me see your driver license, please. >> Okay. And then I'm going to go home. >> Yeah, we'll do. >> I have rights. >> Okay. Sure. >> Actually, I'm calling Carter. I'm calling my lawyer. >> One one more unit. >> Interesting. All right. Ma'am, I'm so car right here. >> My kid My kids are on the car. >> Please. You don't You're going to be detained for now. Okay. >> No, >> relax. Okay, relax. You may be arrested. We're not being detained. >> What are you doing? >> My kids are understand. >> Okay. >> Over. Okay. I know. >> So that they can stop busting. >> Relax. Come over here. >> No, my kids. >> Come over here. They They're fine. They're fine. >> What's your name? What's your first and last name? >> Shannon. Shannon. What? >> Okay. >> Let me We got a call about your car that you almost hit somebody. >> Oh my god. >> Somebody saw you driving in a way that's not very safe. Stop trying to pass test snacks to my kids cuz they're hungry. >> Are you under any any medications or so? I need to make sure cuz you're not you don't see them all right to me. >> Okay. No, I am not. >> Have you have anything to drink, ma'am? >> I don't drink. Okay. >> Have you taken any drugs? >> No. >> Do you think what kind of do you think I am? >> I don't know. I'm just asking cuz your behavior, the way you are asking, the way you acting right now. I'm sorry, but my kids have been screaming and I have a 2-year-old. >> You don't even realize that you're driving with a flat tire. >> Okay. Well, my husband will come and fix it. Listen. >> Okay. Are you prescription medications? >> No. I have a 2-year-old and a six-year-old, and they're screaming their heads off, so I pulled over. >> Okay. >> So, I can give them their their >> Is there a reason you're giving me a hard time when I ask you for just your name and your driver's license, just so you figure out who you are? because I don't feel like because I have to give my kids snacks because they're screaming and crying. Please. >> Okay. Once I figured out how everything is going and then you I you'll be on your way. What are you? >> I live right here in Pokea. I have to go. I I know we're in boy. I'm going to take I'm going to take Congress. I'm going to go home to Boon. I'm sorry. Pokea. >> Where's your husband? >> He's at home waiting for us. >> Does he have a car? >> No. So, how would he get here to fix your car? >> I'm coming home and get it. >> You can't drive this car. >> I can't. >> Let me show you something. >> Do you see this? Is this driveable to you? >> So, let's call him and have him come back. >> How do we get here? >> Okay. >> His dad will take him. >> Come over here. So, I'm still >> Oh my god. I want to get home to my kid. >> Stay over here. Your kid's in the car. Well, now you can't drive this car and you need to go I'm going to have you to call your husband to come get your kids. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> And I'm going with him. >> Okay. >> Where's your license in your car? >> I'll get it. Come on. >> Sit right here. I got it. I got it right now. You don't need anything. >> Are you >> You're being detained right now. So, I don't want you to >> I'm not going to jail, sweetheart. >> Can you also be 5 minutes for another jail? I'm see you being detained. Okay. >> 1927. >> My kids wanted to go have a good time. >> Did you hit anything? >> No. >> No. You didn't hit any cars? >> No. >> Did you hit the curb? >> No. >> So, how did you What happened with your tires? >> Who told you that? >> He said, she said. >> I just showed it to you. >> I have a flat tire. Is this your Maybe there is a screw in the tire. >> It's not just a flat tire. Your rims are Like you hit a screw or something. >> There's a screw, >> right? >> Check my tire. But there's a screw. >> Why you Why Why would you think there's a screw in the tires? >> Because there was before and we had to keep plugging it. >> You were driving with your defective tires in. >> It's not defective when you plug it. Do you know anything about me? My husband's mechanic. >> Okay, good for you. >> Okay, so can you walk with me this way? So, you me my kids and make sure they're okay. >> They're fine. My partner stuck into them right now. >> What's daddy's name? >> Yeah. >> You know what? I I've never met a good >> What's your name? >> I'm Alexis. >> Oh, yeah. >> Hi. >> I'm fine. I have >> This is Officer Anderson with Boy Beach Police Department. How are you doing? >> I'm good. So, I guess Shannon was um she got caught up in a little situation and we're we just need somebody to come get your >> We need somebody to come get your daughter. >> What happened? >> Well, she hit something flat tire and we believe that she's driving under the influence. >> She has a flat tire. >> She has a flat tire, but she's driving under the influence. So, we need somebody to come and uh get your daughter. >> Uh give me a minute. I'm going get somebody down there. Just give me a location. >> Do you know where the bowling alley is? How do you How you doing? >> No, we're in Buen Beach. >> Boy Beach. Boy Beach. >> Yeah. I mean, I can always take them to the the police station and wait. >> I don't um >> So, all right. I'm going to come get my kids. Um I don't >> Yay, Daddy. >> So, um >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Do you know where the station is? >> Um not really. I can Google it. I'll figure it out. >> Okay. 2100 High Ridge Road. >> I just live >> Okay. Well, my I don't I don't want to lose the trail card. Can you please >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, I'll do it. >> I'm going to ask you some simple questions because I got to make sure that you're okay to go home. >> Okay. >> Can you just put my hair in my face? >> What? >> What am I supposed to do now? >> Nothing. Don't worry about it. Let's go. >> Do you know where you are? >> I'm in Boon Beach and I'm trying to get back to >> Bo. We come from Boa >> and we wanted to go to Bu Mall to so that my daughter can do a jumpy that's $8 that we like. >> So, we were on our way there and then she says she had to go potty. I said, "Okay, let me see if I can stop and do that." >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, >> I I'm not I don't I got to make sure that you're not Do you are you taking any Are you taking any medication? I'm going to ask you one more time. >> No. >> No, you're not. You didn't take any medication today. You're not under any influence or anything. >> Oh, you didn't take any drugs? >> I don't drink. I don't take pills. The only I take a tennal >> and I have it with me if you want to see it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> The reason I'm asking cuz you don't even seem to realize that you were driving with a flat tire. That's very high. >> I did not. I mean, but that's common for everybody. >> Not Not that way. >> Oh, come on. Oh, come on. Everybody really, >> if you don't mind me asking, are you diagnosed with anything? >> No. >> No. It's just just your normal self right now. >> Yes. >> Okay. That's a liability on me. If I >> can you come with me so I can look at it one more time. >> I'll show you. >> I can I can walk. >> Look at it. Look at it. >> Listen. Okay. >> I'm not going in front of this. Look at it. >> All right. But when you hold my arm, I cannot walk. >> Just stay here with her. Just stay here with her. Listen. No. Just stay here with her. Figure out. You want to meet with the guy over there? >> Yeah, but >> but thing is the curb. Can I have contact? Listen, come over here. >> I just need somebody to stay. >> Yeah, I got I got somebody else. >> Thank you. >> How you doing? What's your name, sir? >> Huh? >> My heart is broken. I'm sorry. >> No, it's okay. What's going on? >> The kids, man. She's got kids. >> Listen, it's a good thing you call because everything that I'm seeing right now, >> I think she's high or something. Um, so that's what I'm I'm trying to make sure I get what what exactly did you see? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, I was just coming from my office right off of uh Congress. Uh, I forgot what street there is. I can't even think [ __ ] Bye by by the car wash. >> Uh, >> if you go about a mile uh >> like all the ways down south or >> Yeah. Yeah. Just coming from the south. Just coming from the south. >> This is Bo Beach. So, I'm sorry. See, I'm I'm lost. I'm so sorry. So, we got I got past Wilbrite >> and then I saw a lot of smoking, you know, coming, you know. I'm like driving coming out from the light. >> Yeah. >> Right off of Write I believe. And then I see like smoke whatever happening and then I see a couple >> right with two kids and they were pulling the kids away. I'm like what just happened? And then all the smoke coming from the right tire, right? The front right tire. I'm like did maybe just overcly you know something happened. So then I started paying attention to it and then she if you go back you're going to see that I'm Richard's all scraped >> from almost like any cars or anything like that. >> No [ __ ] any cars. She almost ran over the this couple with the family and then um she made a right and then she was like going over the the curb and then on and off on and off. Right. And then I think she got a flat tire I believe. >> Yeah. >> And then she made a right turn right here at the gas station. >> Right. And then she almost actually ran over another guy that was just walking. She literally ran >> I mean I thought she was going to hit him, you know, run over this guy. Yeah. So, she made that turn and I'm on the phone ready with 911. And then as soon as she made this right turn right here and literally just and over the grass um and then I thought there was somebody trying to ditch the car. So, I made a U-turn. I came back and she seemed like she was lost like trying to find something inside the car. That's when I said, "Look, it's a female white female whatever." And then and I was just just sat there from that point on. >> So, you were behind her car from Woolbride all the way. >> Oh, yeah. About about half a mile or a mile. So, no. I'm telling you, if you go back and come back north, >> Yeah. >> I'm telling you, the curb you're going to see, I mean, a lot of damage. Oh, yeah. No, no, no. >> Like five times easily. She was literally going over it. I'm telling you on the sidewalk. She went over the sidewalk and this family, two kids. The guy pulled a wife and the two kids cuz I thought, you know, he thought him. >> Yeah. The guy, this guy literally, I mean, she barely missed him. >> Oh, wow. >> So, either high on drugs or there was something going on, but then I saw the kids. >> Yeah. You didn't Did you talk to her at all? >> Oh, no, no, no. I No. I just went past it and I cuz I didn't know who it was then. >> Yeah. >> Maybe somebody trying to ditch the car. Something is happening. So, I just I parked right there. You see my car right there? >> Uh-huh. >> The portion right there. So, I just stayed there just watching from afar. >> Okay. >> Until you guys arrived. >> Okay. There was no other adult that's get out of the car cuz I know I saw you over here when >> No, no, no, no. There was nobody. Nobody by herself. >> Just her and the and the two kids. And the only reason why I didn't see her when I passed cuz I think she was like >> looking for something. I don't know cuz she was pretty agitated or like >> something going on with her. >> Okay. >> All right, man. >> Let me just get your name real quick if you don't mind. >> No problem, man. >> Name, phone number, and >> I saw the man. >> All right. >> Okay, man. Again, like I said, you were um I was detaining you. But right now you're being detained because when I try to speak to you and ask you for a driver license, you refuse. You almost closed the door. >> Do you mind doing my hair my face? I'm sorry. >> Sure. >> Almost closed the door on my hand. That's why you're being detained. >> I'm sorry. I'm not I didn't mean that's beside the point. Right now, I'm conducting a DUI investigation based on everything that I have that believe that you're under the do of narcotics. Okay. >> So, >> you denying that you're not >> I didn't I didn't say that you were drinking. just ask you if you had anything to drink, which I'm not smelling anything, >> but I believe that you were under the infinite of prescription medication, too, which you said you didn't take, >> correct? Okay. Um, so would you mind explain to me where did you come from before this? >> Bokeh. >> Bokeh. >> Come north, south. >> Um, I said, >> well, from Bokeh usually means I come north if I'm up here. >> I did nothing wrong. I'm trying to take his thoughts to have a good day. >> So, you need a license, Miss Shannon? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Again, like I said, I'm doing a DUI investigation. You have a tournament silent answer any question. Okay. Miss it. >> I'm going to wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. Wrap it. All right. What do you want me to? Let's do it. >> Okay. When Shannon attempts to leave without producing identification, the officer orders her to remain. Under Pennsylvania versus Mims, 434 US 106 officers conducting a lawful stop may order a driver out of the vehicle as a matter of course. Florida statute section 322.15 separately requires any driver to produce a valid license upon lawful demand. Refusal to comply is itself grounds for continued detention. The officer then conducts preliminary DUI screening questions asking about alcohol, medications, and drug use. Under Burkimer versus McCarti, 468US 420 roadside DUI questioning is non-custodial. Miranda warnings are not required at this stage. Shannon is free to decline to answer, but the officer is equally free to observe her demeanor, her responses, and her behavior as evidence. Florida Statute Section 316.193 defines driving under the influence as operating a vehicle while normal faculties are impaired by any alcoholic beverage, chemical substance, or controlled substance. The statute does not require alcohol, prescription medication, over-the-counter drugs, and illegal narcotics all qualify. This distinction is critical to understanding the charges that follow. The officer administers the three-part NHTSA standardized field sobriety battery, horizontal gaze, nestagmus, walk and turn, and one leg stand. These are the only three tests scientifically validated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for DUI detection. Under the HGN test, involuntary eye jerking at certain gaze angles indicates central nervous system depression consistent with alcohol, bzzoazipines, and certain opioids. Shannon struggles repeatedly to follow basic test instructions. >> I'm not allowed to blink. Sorry, >> you can blink. I'm just saying to follow the pen. >> Let's do it. >> Follow the tip of the pen with your eyes. >> Let's do it. Let's see if it's over. Let's do it. >> Do not move your head until I'm finished with the exercise. All right. >> Got it. >> Don't move your head. Remember, >> don't move your head. Don't move your head, man. Let's do it. >> Okay. >> Don't move your head, man. >> Can you just stand over there so I don't have any cars? Okay. When I say begin, man, >> come on, man. Come over here. Come over here. >> I'm going to pass and you know it. Let's do it. >> When I say you're going to stand the way I I'm asking you to stand. >> I'm tired of >> When I say begin, listen to me. When I say begin, you're going to take nine heels to steps on that line like this. You're right. I get it. >> Three. When you get to nine, nine steps. Okay. When you get to nine, you're going to keep the front foot planted with the back foot. Turn like this. >> Small steps. And then take nine more heel to toe step on that same line. One. two first all the way up to left, left, right. When we get to one, >> okay, so while you walking, you got to look at your feet at all time and count your steps >> out loud so I can hear it. Okay, do not stop. >> Nine steps, right? >> Oh my god. >> Do not stop until you complete the exercise. Okay, >> let's get this [ __ ] done. >> This this >> I didn't miss [ __ ] Are you kidding me? Go >> ahead. I'm Why you stopped? >> Checking the air for kilo 12. >> Checking the for kilo 12 detector. >> You can't do that. >> I'm waiting. 5425. >> You told me 12 different rules. Let's do it. I can't do this if I wasn't drinking. Okay. All right. >> Now, >> come over here >> one more time. >> Okay. Sure. Come over here, ma'am. >> No, I'm trying to pass. >> No, we're done. We're done. No, no, no. Not that's it. Move back. Let's move back that way. Back that way. Turn around. Turn around. Uh-huh. >> It's not a pass or fail. I'm not saying if you pass or don't fail. Let's go over here. >> Can I try one more time? Just try. >> No, no, no. All right, we'll try something else. >> We'll try something else over here. >> I'll do the other one, too. >> Okay. Okay, you can stop, man. You can stop. You can stop. >> Wait one more time. >> Okay. >> 30. >> Oh, please. Come on. Be on this DUI. Okay. >> I'm not. Yes, you are. >> You won't kill and god knows what else. >> And you have driving with two kids in your car. >> Can you Can you please help me? >> Please, please. >> I have to put paper towels in my car. >> I have to put paper towels in your car. Just hold them off. >> I told him I >> So, you've been placing the arrest for DUI. >> Okay. You're driving you're driving impaired with two kids in your car which is not safe and you almost kick people. >> You're also being prison for child neglect times two. Do you understand? >> Can I do the test one more time? >> We pass that point. >> Tango 14. >> Tango 14. >> Go ahead. 9 Z Delta Bravo Julia Papa does >> I have problems. >> I just got to make sure. Come over here, please. >> Can I talk to you? >> Come over here, please. >> You kind of saw yourself. That's why I put the towels in inside the car. >> All right. I'm sorry. Can I Can I please talk to you? >> Sure. You can talk. Have a seat. I'm listening. You can have a seat when I'm listening to >> Can I do the test one more time? Please. Please. >> We passed that point. Have a seat. During this exchange, Shannon discloses that her driver's license is suspended. This establishes a second independent criminal offense under Florida Statute Section 322.34, driving with a suspended license, entirely separate from the DUI investigation. More significantly, Shannon reveals a prior incident in which she refused a chemical test from law enforcement. This disclosure triggers Florida's second refusal statute. Under Florida statute section 316.1932, any person operating a vehicle on public roads implicitly consents to chemical testing if lawfully arrested for DUI. A first refusal results in administrative license suspension. However, under section 316.1939, a second refusal, where a prior refusal is already on the driver's record, constitutes a separate firstderee misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail. Shannon refuses the urine sample, citing distrust of law enforcement and the desire to have her lawyer present. The right to counsel does not suspend the implied consent obligation. The refusal is complete. The criminal charge attaches. The officer formally arrests Shannon for DUI and adds two counts of child neglect under Florida statute section 827.03. The statute defines neglect as any act or omission that deprivives a child of the care, supervision, or services necessary to maintain physical and mental health. Operating a vehicle while impaired with two children ages 2 and six inside falls squarely within that definition. Depending on prosecutorial discretion, child neglect in Florida may be elevated to a thirdderee felony. During processing, Shannon makes explicit statements of suicidal ideiation, saying she intends to kill herself and requesting to be taken to a psychiatric facility. The officer's response, "Good to know, ma'am, represents the most significant procedural failure captured on this footage. Florida crisis intervention protocols, consistent with national law enforcement mental health standards, require officers to formally document suicidal statements, notify supervisors, and initiate a Baker Act evaluation pathway where applicable." Florida Statute Section 394.463, The Baker Act, authorizes involuntary examination when a person appears to present a substantial likelihood of harm to themselves. Dismissing this as background noise creates both a welfare risk and a liability exposure. Officer Anderson receives a B. The DUI investigation was lawful, procedurally structured, and consistent with Florida law and NHTSA standards throughout. The civilian 911 testimony was properly documented. The field sobriety battery was correctly administered, and the implied consent refusal was accurately classified as a second criminal refusal. Physical restraint was never deployed beyond what the arrest required. patience was maintained throughout a prolonged and volatile encounter. The one consequential failure, the inadequate response to suicidal statements is not a minor note. It is a department training and documentation issue that warrants supervisory follow-up. Shannon receives a C+. Her situation was genuinely difficult. two sick children, a deteriorating tire she may not have fully registered, and evident emotional overload. Sympathy for her circumstances, however, does not alter the legal analysis. Her refusal to produce identification during initial contact gave the officer independent grounds for detention she did not need to create. Her second chemical test refusal, the most consequential decision of this encounter, converted an administrative matter into a separate criminal charge. She had the right to invoke counsel. She exercised it, but implied consent is a statutory obligation that operates outside the scope of the Sixth Amendment right to counsel. Requesting a lawyer does not pause the chemical test clock. Three lessons emerge from this footage. Second, invoking the right to counsel during roadside DUI investigation does not suspend an officer's authority to continue field testing or to record a refusal. Rights and obligations coexist. Know which is which before you are standing on a roadside. Third, any statement of suicidal ideiation made to law enforcement should trigger a documented mental health response. Good to know is not a protocol. It is a gap, one that courts, oversight boards, and civil attorneys have consistently identified as a liability. >> I will literally I'm going to commit. Can you take me to a psych board? >> Good to know, ma'am. Okay. >> Okay. I need to go to psychorg. I need to go to psychord. >> Good to know. >> I'm going to kill myself. >> Okay. Good to know, ma'am. Have a seat. >> I don't get it. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to I'm not trying to >> I need to go. I need Please take me to a safe. Okay. Okay. >> Listen, where are you going? Where are you going? >> Psychiatrist >> make sure you wear me to the >> I will I will. >> I will. I will. >> Come on. You want to tell the nice man what kind of donut you like? >> You know what kind of donuts you like? You want to go look? Yes. >> Okay. Go look. >> Good. How are you? God damn it. The [ __ ] I didn't do [ __ ] I'm not a drinking. I'm What? Godamn it. I just want to kiss. Is there any way you can help me? >> Um, unfortunately, I cannot help you. >> God damn it. God damn it. You guys just want to ruin my life. I had just ruined everyone. I had my kids. We were going to have a good time at home and all that. Amen. >> And why are you charging my kids from me and all that [ __ ] What the [ __ ] What the [ __ ] I wish I wish this never happened. God damn it. I was I was inclined to take them there and somebody a stranger was like, "Oh, you hit it first." No, I hit it first because I was pointing out that I was the joke. >> Okay. Well, that's >> Well, listen. I was I >> should be guys don't care >> for listening. I I would just like to see my kids to have a good time and I hit her and like miserable person wants to sit there and say that I [ __ ] said no I just was trying to look for a place that I did it and damn it >> but do you have anything in your off. I got to have you wipe my wife. >> Damn it. >> I'm getting my word everybody. >> God damn it. YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING. I wanted my kids every time. And now without without my mom freak out. >> I'm the best mom in the world. I just want my kids to be happy. >> Are you aware that your license was suspended? Um, I actually had a hardship because what happened is I couldn't see behind a box truck and I switched into my left lane and I hit a car in front of me. So, >> had nothing to do with narcotics or alcohol or anything like that. It was just a fender bender. It was just a fender bender um accident. >> Okay. Just saying that's not why it's suspended though. It's not because of an aspect. >> No, no, no. What they did was I passed everything and um what I wanted because I'll tell you, I'll be honest with you. I I dated the police officer, which was a female. Um I did her ex-husband. >> And so she was off me and I'm like, you know what? This is fine. I do not mind telling you taking a a breathalyzer. I just like red light her present and then she got so mad she started yelling at me and all this relationship. >> Yeah, that's my lawyer because I do not trust you because of all of our past history. >> Give me one second. Okay, >> no problem. >> Yes, I I lost my lawyer. So I also have a seat. >> Have a seat belt. Have a seat. Please don't have a seat. Have a seat. >> OKAY. I ALSO >> WHY AM I RIGHT in the first place? But if he said she ma'am getting thrown out >> I also believe that you were under the influence of your prescription medication. Do you want to give me a urine sample or not? >> No. >> Okay. So the same >> the same implied consent still apply. You understand that? >> Guess what? Dogging is so refusal and we're going to have this. >> So, based on your driving, >> let me make sure you understand. Based on your driving record, you had a prior refusal, which I just read to you. So, you're also being charged >> only because I wanted my lawyer. >> You're also being charged with refusal, DUI, child neglect, and specializing charges. Okay. Okay, come on. Come on. We're running this out. >> Take your shoes off. Take >> I take my shoes off. >> I would just like to call my lawyer right now. >> Well, I'm not going to ask you any question. ONCE WE GET >> HERE, you are not allowed to use my lawyer. Like >> once you get to the jail, once we get to the jail, you'll be to make a phone call and you can call your lawyer. Okay? But I'm not going to ask you. I'm not going to talk to you anymore about anything. Do you understand? Hold on. I need my phone. >> This is disgusting. >> Listen, this is terrible. Let me see. Look at Look at the bench. >> That quarter came out. >> What are you doing? >> What do you need me to do? >> Oh, this is gross. Disgusting. I got to use that >> the other side. >> All right. Where's Is there more paper towels? >> Like this. Listen, my car was a mess. It's going to be a mess. I need more paper towels for my car when I'm >> She doesn't. My thing is she doesn't realize he's >> she doesn't know. >> Let me go. I'm just going to protect this. >> At the time of this analysis, the outcome of any criminal proceedings remains unknown.
