don't know if it just took you a minute to like register that it was a state trooper that you were coming up on but that's why I pulled you over okay so um you also have a suspended driver's license but you knew that um are you on parole or probation bro uh that's okay I don't care okay are you coming from work like what where are you going I slept I was uh okay yeah that's it so you slept off suspended and you get pulled over I can tow your vehicle I'm not going to because we're already in a parking lot and your wife's on our way here okay I'm gonna cut you a break you are gonna get some tickets though okay I'll give you a warning for the speeding but uh you're gonna get a ticket for driving on suspended Egyptian you don't have anything illegal in here right okay do you mind if I look I don't know I don't care okay you know you don't have any weapons on your rack yeah you can grab that it's fine go ahead step out I'm just gonna pat you down real quick is that okay okay I'm just gonna grab it and put in the seat it's not that big of a deal because it wears it right here in this pocket [Music] all right but you don't have any weapons any touchdown who's your officer at with my wife who's your officer unsupervised yes man I just got on it like last year okay well that's good well I walked it down though um if you'll just stand in front of your vehicle for me [Music] yeah Warren okay that's a warning okay first okay so this is your ticket all right for driving on suspended you have a court day April the fourth at 1 30 p.m at Pulaski County District Courthouse or you can probably call this number and see if you can just pay it online um I don't know I don't know but if you call they'll they'll tell you how much it is okay and then um you pay it online though they tell you it's okay you do not have to go to court okay but if you don't do either they're going to issue a more uterus okay whatever I need to do it all right how much did you drink last night one okay and you slip it off how many hours did you sleep what time do they call you so look I want you to stay exactly like that I'm gonna fix my life I'm just going to do some ice cream on you real quick if you're good to go then obviously you're good to go okay I just want to make sure you're okay okay I need you to focused real quick okay do you wear glass or contacts I wear glasses I don't have them though okay but you can still see without them okay all right so I need you to focus on my finger okay uh go ahead and get your cigarette okay all right can you look at my finger okay with your eyes and your eyes only I need you to follow my finger okay do not move your head do you understand yes ma'am okay don't move your head you ready okay [Music] [Music] [Music] okay [Music] okay I need you blowing a PBT for me you ever blown in one of these before do you know what to do I don't know baby I don't know all right you said you know how to blow one of these okay so what you're gonna do is you're gonna take a deep breath okay and then you're gonna blow as hard as you can one steady breath not short breaths okay do you understand the difference okay and then you're gonna hear a beep once you hear that beep you can stop blowing okay all right when you're ready go ahead okay [Music] this probably was a life 10 10 o'clock [Music] all right read that for me what does that say point one one three what's legal limit 108. oh here's you go ahead put that cigarette out all right this is right there okay I will not tow your vehicle you will not go to jail but you're going to do a BAC and you're going to get charged with DWI and you're going to have to go to court okay so you can we can do I'm gonna have to do the BAC and I'll probably have to take you to North Little Rock to do that because we don't have one at our headquarters and I don't have a mail here to give you a a piss test Okay so you gonna be cool with me if you're cool with me and you're not going to go to jail I'm just I'm just gonna be honest with you okay so this is me being honest with you so whenever your wife gets here she can she can you can tell her you know we're gonna go to North Little Rock we're going to do a BAC and then you'll be free to go okay so she's gonna have to come up there and meet her she knows where the police department is uh she's gonna have to follow us okay Hershey's still on the phone yes ma'am trying to see what was the last time okay all right ma'am so when you get here you're gonna get in your vehicle okay I need you to Google North Little Rock Police Department and that's where we're going to be and then you can pick them up when we're done okay look if you're cool with me man I'm not gonna put you in cups you're just gonna sit in the back of my car and move do our thing okay do what [Music] okay all right well I'm just letting you know where we're gonna go okay okay all right so go ahead and come sit in the back of my car okay yeah we have shell Superstar DWI before Oh man okay it's okay all right we'll wait for your uh to get here please please she said she's almost here right yeah she's still on the phone okay she said she's looking at the road so that means she's walking down that street right there okay that's fine all right I'm gonna close this okay you can stay on the phone with him foreign so when I did your hgn test your eye test that we did I saw horizontal Gates nystagmus which means that um basically you're at a 0.08 or above if I if that's what I see which I did okay so that's why we did what we did I didn't smell it on or anything I'm not gonna lie and say that I did but uh I saw it when I did that test okay so what I'm gonna do you can just throw away that ticket because I'm gonna have to avoid this one and ride a new one both of them uh no just a ticket which one is okay this is the Warner though driving on suspended is your ticket okay not a virgin come up here I'm sorry Mama I'm so sorry I was I was almost home though yeah I've seen the best comments added okay so basically you're gonna get charged with the same thing except I'm just going to add the DWI Okay and like I said you're gonna have to go to court for that DWI and I'm gonna change the court date because it's different okay she said you're gonna have to follow her foreign we're gonna go to North Little Rock PD we're gonna do a bread test so that's going to take a minute and then when we're done with the bread test I'll let you take them home but you're gonna have to sign a piece of paper basically saying that you're going to want to make sure he doesn't go anywhere else okay yeah all right all right so um if if for whatever reason you don't stay behind me um it's off of you can just probably Google at North Little Rock Police Department it's that big new building the yes oh man okay thank you foreign it's 45 on the service road definitely going faster than that and what was up with you coming up behind me real fast getting
