Well, unfortunately, it's raining. That means no drone flying today. You see how dark it is? It's 3:45 in the afternoon, but because of it being so rainy and cloudy outside, it's dark in the house. I don't think we'll be getting to do much today. [music] [music] Happy days. Happy days. Happy days. Saturday. [music] [music] The next day. Well, we made it. It's December the 1st. Adam Dwoo released his video this morning and so did Casey Neistat. And it's not raining today. So, we're going to get out a little bit. A few miles north of Montgomery where I live, there's a little small town in Elmore County. We're going to go check it out. I am sitting in front of the Elmore County Courthouse now, which you may remember if you've watched some of my other videos. The Big Fish movie was filmed here. I did a filming locations video on that. I'll put it up here. If you ever wondered what a small town in Alabama looks like, this is it. Basically, you got your courthouse and one road. Many years ago, there was also another movie filmed here besides Big Fish called The Grass Harp, and it was starring Walter Matau. Town did not used to have all the hustle and bustle where you see all the cars lined up behind me passing by is until this building was created, which is a casino. And that completely expanded the population of the area. And this place is starting to grow and grow every day because of it. [music] Did everybody watch Adam's video this morning? He made us wait too much, but he didn't disappoint. It was a great video. I watched it as soon as [music] I got the notification. And uh like I said, he didn't disappoint. And if you don't watch Adam, you haven't heard of him, I will put a link to his channel the very last sequence of this video. Oh town is [music] this serene area. [music] tree growing up right through the middle of this platform. [music] Expect there was supposed to be a tree there, too, but it's not there anymore. Rock formations out there in the water. Also, you can see the the leaves, the orange leaves on the tree. Those rock formations are really neat. [music] The video where I was here before, I uh that was one of my very first videos. actually was the first video I [music] started working on, but then I post others as it was in post-prouction. I'm wondering and debating, [music] should I remake that video with the format that I use. Now, I made it down to the uh the boat ramp here at the park. They don't want you to do any swimming [music] or diving here. And I'm just kind of like, don't worry, it's December the 1st. I don't want to get in that water. [music] I can imagine it's probably pretty cool. Love bridges and lookouts. [music] [music] Whatever you do, don't look down. [music] Seating area here [music] completely covered in leaves from the surrounding [music] trees. [music] This place is really nice, but [music] let's move along. [music] A bunch of blocks to sit on in an area for a story time. Great show. Great show. The major road that goes through this small town. [music] Like this shot underneath this bridge looking straight across. It's a good look at the entrance to the bridge. [music] You can get down there. Let's see. [music] [music] If you look through the trees right here, you see the water way down there. Well, in 1938, the water came way up here. The first jail we tump is here, the old caboose.
