Welcome. Another beautiful day today. Well, I'm not starting my day. It's about two o'clock in the afternoon, but I have a plumbing leak and I got to take care of it. Now, first things first, um before I fix this plumbing problem that I'm having in my house, and it's with my shower, the actuator that that turns the hot water on and offer shower, it's leaking. So, I've got to go in and replace it. But Hurricane Irma is scheduled to hit the mainland United States on Sunday. And I know it's already tore up some islands, even one of Donald Trump's homes down off one of the islands was torn. The whole island is pretty much trashed. It's gone. Um, so today for lunch I went to Chick-fil-A and a lot of people from Florida were there and they are all people running from the storm, you know, for safety, trying to get as far north as they can. All of the entire hotel rooms here in my city in Alabama are completely booked up. Everybody's coming. So for those people who are left behind, who don't have money or means to to get away from it, I will be praying for you and hope that you stay safe. And I'm really hoping that Irma will will slow down and become not as big of a storm by the time it gets to Florida on Sunday. That's two days from now. Today's Friday, so hopefully 2 days from now it will slow down and and be just some rain, a little bit of wind, nothing that'll tear up Florida. Uh, please be safe. Back to the plumbing problem. Part of living a non rich life or I'm not rich. I really have no money. Part of living that life means that I don't have the luxury of calling someone and having them come fix my plumbing. So, I have to know how to do it. And that's not an issue for me. I know how to fix plumbing. And I spent I guess what 10 12 years maybe even closer to 15 being an automotive mechanic. So I fix on our own I fix on our cars I uh repair them myself. Um you know tires house cutting grass you know even when it comes to computers I fix those myself as well. And that all comes back to not having a lot of money. I am not financially stable enough to be able to call and just pay 2,3 $400 on a regular basis to have someone come and fix it. I have It's always important before you do any work on your water, regardless what anybody says, turn the water off. I opted to do this now because my daughter has softball practice again tonight. No, that's regular practice. Just batting practice at the batting cages here locally. [Music] These feelings I can't let them go. It's harder for me to explain. You would think that I would know how to make the sunshine when it rains, but it's all a mystery. We both have this story. Mix of the highs and the lows. And that's why I need at Lagoon Park batting cages right now for my daughter's softball practice. And I think I'm going to get in the cage and hit a few balls. [Music] East Coast, New York City. I'm talking New York City. I broke my bat in the cage. I hit the ball and the top piece broke off and went flying. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Sun has eluded us. What you see there is not the sun. It's a light. I've made it over to the other ball field to meet up with my family. My niece is practicing. She's on the opposite team for my daughter. And we're all going to go get a bite to eat [Music] this car. You have to be 10 years old. If you're under 10, you have to have an adult with you. No alcohol under 10. I'm just kidding. Not the kind of bar you're thinking about in your head. It's actually a food bar is where you get your food. Here at the restaurant we're at. See the sign with my self-facing camera. You can see it pretty good this way though. Fried tomato buffet. I'm at Jackson Hospital now. I came to bring my wife some of her favorite candy as a little surprise. Look at this massive hallway and it's sloped down. So you're walking downward. It seems like a lot of unused space because I'm in the hospital and I'm having to walk down this long hallway to get from west to north where my wife is working tonight. Oh, look in the background. It's a football stadium. Lights on. College football's not until tomorrow. I'm pretty sure that's probably Alabama State University and FCS school. These pictures that the picture quality of them. They appear to be metal, painted on metal or printed on metal, I should say. It's awesome. I have delivered the package and now I am walking back up the long hallway to get to the front of the hospital again. Man, I just can't get over how long it is. Nothing else on the itinerary for tonight. Tomorrow is Alabama football and Auburn plays tomorrow. Auburn's going to be in a contest against the defending national champions, Clemson. So, that'll be a good one to watch. 6:00 Central. And as I leave the hospital, I do want to say one more time, if you're in Florida, please be safe.
