On January 1st, 2025, officers from the West Palm Beach Police Department responded to a call from the Hilton Hotel in reference of a disturbance. So, Justin was trying to get him to leave by telling him, "Hey, can you just go outside? Just go outside." So, I'm going to ask you to leave. And then he was just bad bad mouthing or going off on Justin, cussing him out, telling him "Fuck you. Who do you think you are? Why do I got to go outside?" Like he'll have moments when he's calm. >> Mhm. >> And then he'll go back and escalate and then he started yelling. Yeah. And so, I had got involved and before I Well, as I was calling the police, um the bellman came around and tried to get him to go outside by telling him, "Come on, let's go outside. Let's go outside." He just did the same thing to the bellman. One moment he's calm, "Oh, I'm not doing anything." And then next he's "Fuck you. Who do you think you are?" all over again. So, then after I got off the phone with the cops, I went around and we tried to get him to go. So, he did kind of move towards the front door and then stopped cuz once again he he seems very intoxicated and he's like stumbling. As he stumbled towards the family, um luckily the family and the kid got out of the way, but then the kid was like still in his eye view so he was kind of just looking at the kid like um like what's wrong with you or whatever. Just kind of going at the kid a little bit. And then we got him to just continue walking and going to the front door. So, then we got him to sit on the side here and the bench and he kind of just kept going at it. Like one moment he's calm, then the next he's cussing you out. >> Okay. And then we got here. >> And then you soon as you got here as soon as you finally sat down to try and calm down, I guess. >> All right. And this I'm just going to ask one more time the same this gentleman you guys had the interaction with who was causing all these disturbances and and his behavior did like did it disrupt business? Did it interrupt guests? And it did all that? >> was holding up the line. Guests were trying to get service, they couldn't get service. And then when they did try to go around him, he would try to like "Oh, why are you going like" going at them as well?" So, yeah, we just get him out. We have paramedics >> Okay.
