voluntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm during a crime and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison and then 15 years on probation afterwards his partner in all of this William he was also wanted at the time for other Auto thefts and robberies and he was the only one charged with the theft of this truck William Mater pled guilty to entering a vehicle theft by taking theft by receiving obstruction hit and run and criminal damage to property and he was given 10 years of probation but not surprisingly he was arrested again just a couple of months later for stealing another vehicle and
