both talk to him she in her room and she was part told her that she be quiet school in the morning went to sleep got up we didn't use time cu the long down we got up did my hair in my bathroom and got ready and stuff and then knocked on door left it's most we walked the rock de okay at the school time the bus how how did you miss the bus cuz it said come at 7:30 but I didn't think it's going to come exactly at 7:30 cuz you know when they say 7:30 us it don't never be 7:30 we out there at like exactly 7:30 but it wasn't yeah y yeah you know anybody ride your bus with you that my name m that rides bus that gets on the bus right there I name like I can like look at people I know who they are I don't know by name cuz godamn Okay so from the bus stop uh did you go back to the house no did you walk by the house we walked by like just like like the trying to explain like walking down like by the railroad okay did you walk did you walk back through the neighborhood and go out the back gate or did you turn okay so you can go around and just cut through like to the car wash I know you can cut through a car wash like through the shopping center there where the open campuses you didn't go that way no that's that's longer okay and it went down toward I don't think there's as much heill though if you go back in the neighborhood that's all kind of uphill no you go straight like that so I was just like holding her and stuff we went sit on my bed for a little while and talk hey you told the deputy that you thought three things were missing from your house I didn't like name he said was me I didn't see it he said he said did you see anything in the living room and we was talking about see anything the living room I looked around I thought the chair was like on the floor I said on it we found your shoes it's got the gold buckle on them my shoes whose's on well with shoes I got a pair of shoes like like a timling and they gold but they like the shoes in your room we found two different pair of shoes that have blood on so a certain pair of girls change shoes after they got blood on but no I'm saying what shoes were they I see my shoes I had a pair of Tim and a black Boot and that's only I had and black boots have like stud on the on Bo on one side no they're not our shoes why what they doing in your room I don't know sir you don't know I can tell you I found more shoes than you told me that you got them in boxes you got all kind of shoes yeah but I'm saying the only twoes I brought okay but the shoes with blood on them in your room aren aren't yours no I'm saying I wear different size I always wear different sizes so what size you wear eight what size of shoes you have on at eight okay and what size your sister um she don't wear boots in first what size not 1016 I got to go 1016 when you got out the car trust me I was there here I talk to my first period teacher you didn't check in yes I didn't no show me your note I cuz we interviewed both of your teachers okay both of y'all's teachers y'all didn't check in we talked to the counselor you did come to the counselor and the counselor said who sent y'all here and y'all said we just came here so the counselor gave y'all a tardy pass and told y'all to get the class pass she gave me he wrote on my schedule I asked her for a schedule right well it Ence a tardy pass so so they know why you hadn't been there right but you didn't go to the office we've sat there and watched that tape you didn't go in the office like you told me yeah that's the I went to the council's office that's the office right but not up to the thing where you signed in L I didn't know where you sign in I been been for two days I didn't know you sign okay it's the same in all the schools every school I ever went to you sign two days and every time I ask for a question or need I go to the council office uhhuh but why wouldn't you it's got a sign right there it's got a sign that tells you to sign in I didn't know that I did not know that it's just another something you lying to me about you didn't get there for first period did you no sir but you told me you did didn't you no sir yes you told me you got there taking for my high blood pressure uh uh cuz you know when you eat food and it's like you got too much salt and stuff it causes you to retain water water and everything so I take a um oh I have water pill almost every day every once in a while I strip SK it if I feel like I'm all my water start it dry out and and uy does it you feel like it dries you out mhm it dries you out and I try to drink a lot of water a lot of fluids because it's really do it it'll really dry you out but I don't have any swelling like sometime people have in they food and everything I don't have anything like that but my doctor um he want me to take them water pills along with a blood pressure pill yeah my um mother family had a lot of history of high blood pressure and so it seems like it just it just about got all my brothers and sisters you said you're 74 I'm 76 76 well you look fantastic thank you thank you I mean I know my uh one of my friend's dad is 60 and he's already had a hip replacement he had a uh quadruple bypass you know goodness so you look fantastic for what I'm used to you look fantastic I hope I look as good as you do when I'm that age yeah you know I show uh you all my aunt's picture was 1001 that's my dad's sister all of them had long Lifeline my grandmother she lived to be 120 wow M and her husband was was 113 man uh-huh and one of her children right now is 107 wow M that is a long time to live a long time it's a long time they have long life um exp and I'm hoping I have one by his own and feel as they do now now I know they're your great granddaughter do they have any more greats Beyond you I have have uh 27 great grandchild wow 27 that a lot yeah 27 and the one that was on the picture in the yellow dress she's my oldest great grand she's 21 so do you have any great great grandchildren I have two two great great grandchildren and they about Year all both of them girls yeah I have but you're the you're the oldest great great grandmother I'm the oldest one okay it starts with me you're like you're like Adam and everybody branches off branches off five generations man that is a lot see we only have three in my family my parents me and then my children really yeah my oldest sister she has uh several girls or she has a big family but her oldest girl is 13 so really probably another 10 years and then yeah you have another generation come on yeah that's that's at least that's what I imagine so did you just have a one sister no I have three sisters and one brother oh okay so there's five kids and all of them have kids don'ts y someday we'll get there yeah that's right that's right I don't know if I'm going to have 27 all right you are um you you remember us last night you're you're not under arrest I'm investigating um the murderer of your Moor little bit after eight little bit after first period okay um who's your first par of teacher Mr Carson it's a business essential squ but really you like business it's a class you got to have really who um did you check in before you went to the first period I just went straight to the class they didn't say nothing to us how did they not say nothing to you have to go check in in the office right went to a lady be in the front des and she gave us a p she gave give you a pass yeah what kind of pass T pass she just wrote it on top of our schedule and said when she get we schedu first she drive the bus yeah okay um where the bus L you off at same front of the neighborhood FR neighb okay and tell me what happened from there went went to the gate we got to go went to the house on T put I look up in the living room and that's I se all blood okay and then you walk I went into the living room and looked around like chair was knocked over was blood everywhere and I went into her room and there was piece of hair on the floor and some more blood in there mhm she was talk and what happened I picked up went into the tub and you know blood like on my walls and around the tub and I put my hand in there and tried to P head up and I was just like Mom mom talking to her and I wrote I wrot up there and I was trying to see if she was still alive right and called T scream t on De call police okay did she ran up when when the officer was talking to you that the initial you told him there was three things missing yeah you said there was a red vase missing you said there's a um stereo or something yeah City player City player and what was the third thing a purse I thought you had some little pink thing for your hair or something no a pink wallet or something no I pink y with a ducky on it from the from your drawer or something why did you think those things were missing CU they weren't in there weren't in where her purse wasn't in her room where it used to be the vase wasn't in there but kind of find out it was broke uh so I thought it was this broke though right and my stuff was in wasn't in my room how do you know cuz Dad said so she said your stuff missing do from how would she know she was in she went into our room right but how would she know is it what kind of drawer is it in the little slide drawer from the bed and pull out uh-huh look s so so why would that stick out to her that it wasn't in the drawer especially with all that was going on I us she I was like well must been a robbery or something her purse was gone so I said my purse must be gone [Music] too okay and this was all before the offer came in yeah he well she she no this when well my person and stuff and all that that was after he came mhm okay [Music] um did you hate your mom letter understand that that it wasn't him he felt offended and she was like I I didn't read it she said Robert it ain't you it's her um you lying to me no you didn't get to class for first period I got to class for first period no because you know what I I I'm a investigator what to tell Ive I went to the Shell station and I sit there and watch your video and I see you come Lolly gagging in there at 10:00 and and about 1014 I see you get into a car with your sister that makes you a liar what's up with that you have lied to the police you know that's making false statements that's a crime fighting for their life to pull your hair okay along with the medallion with thing that goes around your neck I don't have Medallion Cherry okay also in your room in that room there's a black and white strip blanket that has blood on it okay and the Len closet is when you so one of y'all open the door with bloody hand and left finger Impressions that will check why is your hair in that shoe my hair should not be in that shoe whatever shoe you talking about she want pull your hair my hair is not going to be in this sh might pull my hair my hair didn't none my hair came out whose hair is that told me that you said it at court never told her I was going to kill her to her face but you said it to the judge and he if he thought that I was going to kill her he would never let me move back inwhere and I never said well I was I'm going to kill her I said she feels like I want to kill her and did you feel like you wanted to K not feel we was getting along that same night we was getting along that same night you feel like you wanted to kill her those two hours you can't tell me where you were at no not feel like I need to kill her where were you those two hours you a come asking me that I am I need to know if you if you if you killed your mother then we're going to charge you I mean that's what needs to happen if you had a reason if there was a reason for violence then I need to know the reason I can't do any of the jobs I have until I know the truth okay but I've only had one person that mentioned killing her I've only had one person that's got blood in their room I've only got one person that lied to me about where they were at for 2 hours that's you and you have all these other people yeah and you never you never you're sitting there saying I'm the one that's right that when they was on accounted for for and then they came to her house at 3:00 right before right before I got there but double back my still you ain't not questioning her well she wasn't missing for would try to see the do open and then she just double back when seriously when the police came and she been acting too suspicious then asking us like all all these question about yeah what happened what happened what this this that what they asking yall that and I think it's suspicious I do too I'm with you you no I'm not and you rolled your eyes don't roll your eyes with me I'm not being I think that's suspicious we already thought that was suspicious we're already that's one of the uh one of the teeth were crossing when the eyes were ding okay and we're looking into that but I need to know where you were in those two hours look if you didn't hurt your mother tell me the truth help me out so that I ain't sitting here night after night with you when I should be looking somewhere else
