and then went up there and then Chris early going inside for me want to get get somebody back you know who you're talking about I thought it was playing somewhere with his family or something first I thought it was his family then he went inside and then he stayed in there around about five minutes on the left and then after that I went in there the um curtains were shut foreign [Music] thank you are not doing not dealing with some nothing extra song her head is that Wonder busted okay was there a lot of blood oh yeah [Music] I thought yeah no clothes on but it's short or something that's what happened you know what no it's trying to find Chris when I went in there some [Music] she was young what was she wearing Leah Wilson um some shorts you have some shorts a blue green green shorts what room of the house are you in now it was just taking place in yeah um next dude next to the kitchen he was the living room next to its chair when you come into the room and what was Chris using when he was hitting this woman kind of like a sword accent like that enjoys it a sword or an action you know the difference between the two which one did it most resemble oh kind of like had a sword printed up like this and had an ax look like he he builted or something he made it himself kind of look right now it's had a little screw in it okay did it have a handle on it you just had a handle what a sword was it and a handle what it actually how long was it just saw it was about like it was real long like this long ER yeah somebody like that I like that what did the handle look like on it I'm kind of black like this a black like it's been wrapped in tape or something huh plastic now metal which is a metal it was kind of rubbish rubber okay okay and he's hitting this girl in the living room area with this ax and sword thing um then what happened and that's what Chris is doing you could begin with that what you doing yeah like you already know nothing is gone you know the first thought we did I went along with him as getting the money but I didn't kill nobody I just moved the roads and stuff because he didn't get rich like this and he asked me do I want to get rich with him and I said yes and then we're talking about last night now over at this house okay so what did what happened after Chris stopped hitting the second girl what did y'all do you oh he told me look over there in that pocketbook and find some keys where um with a blue thing on yeah like y'all already know what know what keys was [Music] the keys you're talking about yeah it was too um the key to the corner here the blue one it had the case on on that one key to the green colors made on the other one but he took it off but this is one set of keys that you took out of the first you know Bob's finger and U-Haul service station 1333 South Lumpkin Street and it goes on with some phone numbers correct two keys a cold Cleveland Ohio k w i and another one would get the initial S on it and then what else did you take out of this purse other than the keys um I just saw some um running and plastic bag some cash in there how much cash was do you remember running about seventy dollars okay the money that we pick out of the wallet that you had with you is that the same money that you took out of the purse [Music] that's the same money okay we got three twenty dollar bills and two five dollar bills and then what happened next why are we looking in the um thing looking in the pocketbook getting the money in the keys Chris went upstairs and then we got the um rolling boat when you do exercising he said he's gonna get that but he told me help him where down the steps why you get that um other thing was he brought up and take that down huh could you help him take the rowing machine down the steps he had the back of it while I had to find out putting it down okay what room did y'all take that to downstairs oh we go put it in our side the body inside that young lady in the living room yeah then what happened and then um and then we're looking to go but we looked around and see anything and then other things around there that he wanted he said look for some zero so ain't going upon it or outside um I got in the green car wait that's what happens all right ready to come down there nothing brown brown so he parked the car over there beside the um bushes over there and then I had got any come and get back in that car over there bring it over here still won't be be over there I want somebody to come so I think nothing happened so it got in it wasn't started off he said that's all right get come back in the car so let's hurry up so that nobody will come so so we covered up he had took the lady out out of the car put it over there he told her to get in get inside the house but she tried to pull it back then when he get in the head with the ax a couple times okay before y'all left the house now okay Chris hit either one of the two ladies inside the house again before y'all left uh he had done a quite a time when they were killing hit him when he first started hitting him he hit him a bunch of times he didn't go back and hit him again after Dave look for y'all left I thought we went out in the house did you hit him man how did you get the blood on your pants uh when he was using the start hitting him the blood head came out the sword and came onto him to me you know when I said I came in that second when it was killing that young girl and the blood that went off and got a whole thing okay what did you do when the blood got on you I tried to get it all how did you do that I had one in the bathroom and then of course the blood won't come off let's now pulling my um my pants down and see if that and they had gotten on my um shorts inside so so I want to take it home I won't be asking what this is so I took it off and Chris told me to hurry up the call for somebody to come so I heard y'all know when I left my um shorts down my auditions okay you left them in the bathroom there not in the bathroom where were they at it was interesting they always saying that in our other room in there with that first letter was killed in in the bedroom again when he had called me I went around now cause I'm here in the first time and then I went around there see we see what he said you know my shorts are getting out there that lady yeah okay the lady that was outside in the one of them in the um boat and we put one in the back seat and where did y'all go once you left there oh I took Chris home take him home so I took them home he said he going out tomorrow um to cast in I'm sure take them to a pawn shop or something to cash it right now he took some jewelry from the house and did you see what kind of jewelry he took nah really was a necklace or something like that did he say what pawn shop he intended on going to no okay so how did y'all leave it last night when y'all separated a lot of people want that that people want did you did you take Chris home or did Chris take you home I took Chris home look um the ones one um walking the building one was in the back seat and he told him to take him home he said tomorrow he going out to a point shot um take them jury in she said it at least she wasn't about five hundred dollars he said some kind of diamonds something like that oh come here what about what time does this happen yesterday what time did y'all go over there I believe it was in the morning because I went home and got something that went up and I rode my bike up Chris house and then he got on this bike we rolled up up there at least around about um then about on 7 30 or 8 something like that in the morning what happened to the sword when you let drop Chris off what happened to the sword oh you know I got it yeah I got his um bike out and also he had got the sword out and he put the sword in the in the bag people said man and then he taught to learn him then I drove it on and I put in my heart do you know what Chris did with that sword all right he took it he took it with him and you don't know what happened to it hey have you spoken with Chris since then since now mm-hmm no all right okay the word did he have the sword or the ax or whatever weapon he used when when y'all went to the house uh he took the sword he took the x off the sword because he had a screw put in there looked like he made it or something he turned it so the ax around so I can use it again but he had it with him when y'all went over there oh you look like he already probably planned it there because he said he gonna get somebody back so it was it was where did he get it from no he probably probably already been there before we came up there because he told him to come up his house in the morning time we're going going over this cousin house or something like that that's why I thought it was his family or something playing a game on them or something okay but but you think that Chris knew these ladies before y'all went over there yeah I see it in the sight they had to sword in or the ax whatever again because I wanted to leave it there what was Chris wearing oh who wanted some kind of um some black pants with a um little leg on it with a shirt he was wearing those short sleeve shirts what kind of like mine button down you know what color maybe it was red he had a lot but an animal right there on the side sign up was he wearing a hat tried it before I came in there because this zebra was unused came in I saw that lady she had nothing on but a shirt okay how about the young girl oh he um trying hard to she's probably trying to put was was nothing in it busting her head in and after he he hit the second lady what do y'all doing mm-hmm of course um he told me to check out on your pocketbook just getting them car keys with the um blue thing gone let me show you these kids again make sure we have it on tape is that the keys that you got out of the purse you know it was too long one to the um Grand car one to the blue car and they yeah okay so there was three sets of keys put two um it was two of them on this one oh now let's Force this on there to the blue and one to the car to start and I don't want to go to the green car so there was keys to the blue car and key for green card on that ring along with those two yeah if you took the other keys to the um green car off and just being good like he already know what keys go to the car just took it off okay tell them to drive it out yeah all right Darren go up from the bushes and go to the front but it has stopped it there you want to cry and cut the key guys got stuck in the time but it got all went back down now yeah they told me to get in and get a car tomorrow so he was going to come back to get the greens off the one that broke down on you did he specifically hand you the keys to that car that you got the green one corners or did you have to find out which cars the keys belong to no he just took it off and told you which car yeah this is a Bob because they're the one that had running to the garage wall before I got my license that's the one you drove into the garage wall there yeah he told me back it out while he's watching see anybody coming okay this is uh this is the Sutton's house right on the corner of Oglethorpe and sunset Yellow Brick House two-story Brickhouse yeah okay once y'all get to this house what happens how do you get inside um he already he already had a key and Chris had a key yeah do you know where he got the key there's Chris know these people also like he knew the three ladies um no you probably know him because he said he did it went with him went to the Army with with the old man okay so which door of the house do y'all go in to get inside Harrison right now at the front or the back of where at at the house with a good run chant and right during the stairs right there you go upstairs okay is that the back of the house then yeah and Chris uses the key to get in that door because what happens once y'all are inside the house uh first we went upstairs and both went upstairs but when you see nothing went back downstairs and first he went in there get the um another woman first and where was the woman at oh she was in the kitchen at the time and then he put he grabbed the hands and her arm and pull it put it in there and you know between our two doors between murder session in the door right here in the door right there and did a little Pantry yes and then she started hauling she tried to put her hands over her mouth but she brought the loose and start calling that man name her husband okay and then he went here and stuck with a knife so you got a knife out to um out of the kitchen was it on the counter where did he get the knife from I believe it was on the um Count calendar the night looks like we're kind of like a um real big knife buckets for this big reassurance what kind of handle did it have on it and um Brown a brown handle a smooth Brown handle or yeah it was real small what's up was there anything in there in the kitchen that looked similar to this knife a fork or something it looked like it was a set belonged to a set um okay where did Chris first stab Mrs Sutton the older lady where did he first stab her table a baby step right there because it was a big rug on there okay we're at on her body does he stab her huh pour out on the body doesn't stab her leg around the um you know chest part right there okay and then she went back in there with the door at you know when you come in through the door the back door the door y'all came in yeah okay and what's real expecting you know he stabbed her again she started calling calling off her husband does he tell her to take off her clothes or anything exactly we're just playing with her or something like that okay he was playing with her yes no rubbing on her an old lady what does she have on do you remember it's kind of like after this man I believe she had on some yeah some um Brown none of around with some stockings you feel like something wrong with her her um legs or something nice around into something like that like something around the legs at least like some wrap around bandages should wrap around yeah what else did she have on um he's sitting on the shirt so flavor was um long sleeve shirt but if you had on okay because he stabbed her with anything other than just a knife no please because when because when um when she had called the man which is the husband I went over there and I told her that I told Chris and man the man finna come and he got he told me not to work because he can't can't hardly move all that good okay where was the man that in the house so who comes down the stamps okay then what happened between the time Mrs Sutton calls for a husband and the time he starts to come down the steps what did y'all do oh I did tell him he he was already killed that lady he came in there started working on him how did he how did he start working on Mr Sutton how did that when he came down not on the stuff but when you get off the steps at the base of what the Mr did uh Mr Sutton say anything to him huh oh he said why y'all doing doing this something like that y'all say anything back to him oh no Chris told me to grab him but I'm too scared to grab them and then what happened and then after Chris had killed the lady put it between the two doors and then he came in I got him grabbed him about his arm brought him in there now if he got off the steps he started sticking with the knife too and blow it all over the carpet so I I haven't met any time to put a carpet and glue it on the car so did you just put the carpets in one car I believe put them in both of them because when I was going in a baby [ __ ] wanted to the other car not the brown the bureau got a Dodge when I said that that our vehicle in charge with the other one let me uh wait what did did you and Chris taking this Sutton's body and put it in anything right hide it um oh yeah Chris told him to go ahead and get one of them went on plastic bag at first he said he's gonna bury them when nobody know but I said I don't be very nobody I tried to go along with you guys going with you and try to be rich but I don't know bear nobody where did you get this plastic bag from you told them to go upstairs you you know like he already been there or something because he told him to go upstairs and you already know what a man and then later I went upstairs into the room we talking to go in and then I brought back the plastic bags right down I don't know how many bags really I believe they're around about two um two of them because I believe we tried to put one over the legs up to here one from the head down to here I believe what did the bags look like um what kind of what um silky looking like you put over a coat or something after they come from the line was it clear could you see through it did it have buttons or zippers or anything on it pencil zippers unless we had downstairs to play what's a kind of kind of zipper thing that you put over coat or something the zipper that you put over color possible real thick do you remember what color the bag you find them let me go back to the point where he is stabbing Mr Sutton did he use anything other than the knife on Mr Sutton on the man you know what um one of them long swords trying to start up for both of us went up went upstairs he looked for some sure he told me help him find it and I said what about that man probably called him and call the police and he said he come over got an artificial heart something like that what all did y'all take from the house and keep did you take any jewelry oh yeah I had to find a jewelry box and he told me to get the jury out and then he put it all in the bag what kind of jewelry was it you know like um rings and stuff and necklace was there any class rings class rings hello I had a box and he had a jury about where did you did you take the box with you the box yeah where did you leave the Box you remember I believe when we put this stuff in the boot of the car he probably put it in in that brown boat on the other side next to the um this side right here that car right there not this car with this car probably put it in in there because we put stuff in here you know like ropes and stuff oh [ __ ] this that's just jewelries I don't know you got yeah you got some jewelry and he has that man with Bill folk give him the bill for and he ain't got somebody not to be off on he went through that on Vegas five about somebody right there so you know how much money about how much money um [Music] this is around about um loose around about um 30 or 35 dollars or something like that where did uh when um why didn't y'all go ahead and take the cars um go ahead you saw somebody coming by you know walking by the driving along the roadway and he told me he'll get it tomorrow no I just took the key to the car he took how many sets of keys did he take there blue was two because I believe we'll get both of them did did y'all ever go back to the house again got to be honest do you remember once y'all leave the house because someone had walked down the street you never came back to that house again after the afternoon both people are dead you never go back to the house not me his father came back why do you think he probably went back no problems trying to get the cars or something do you remember which day of the week this was you remember what time of the day it was that y'all went into the house the moving around about evening was it dark did it get dark while you were there [Music] and they would drop almost [Music] y'all stay in the house oh up here and finished them people and we looked around told me to look around get some gerunds y'all staying around about 30 minutes or something like the week yeah after he finished um the people in about 30 minutes looking around for some um jewelry she said you don't want to stay here too now like she said people be coming in here checking on your old people did the phone ring anymore I did so he stayed there 30 minutes to look for more jewelry and to clean up is that that's all the time you stayed there oh no after we got to be finished them first you start cleaning up put both of the bodies in in between the doors right here and put got one of the roads put it over them put the light and ask it back something like that because she said first he wasn't bearing them when you see it I'm gonna let them stay here she said he'd probably turn into bones bottom wire when y'all leave do y'all lock the house back up went down yeah when you leave you y'all lock the door back oh oh yeah we had a lot yeah did you at any time Drive either one of their cars I'm trying to um brown one back up while he was looking but he had saw somebody you backed it up you know I tried to back it up but I had put it in I tried to put it in reverse back up but I had put it in D for drive that when I hit the garage wow that break the window coming on the car no I mean on the garage to the window break or do you know uh-uh asked Chris um he said he already been in in the garage you know when they had left one day before he said I already been in the garage waiting on them but they never get shots they broke the wind and went in there yeah you know the garage was [ __ ] but he busted when it went in there he was trying to wait on him damn before they before I came how long was that before y'all actually went over there and all this happened after the day you bust the garage oh it's about um two days two days after he busted the Oneness because he told me he could have busted it's do you reckon he might have got one of the key key to the house all the one with the cars or something do you know what do you know he just don't know where he got the key no I'm not oh who did you run into a bush or anything with the car until it was did Chris run into a bush with the car oh yeah I was driving it back you know I put it up here first before I after I hit the wall and then I put it up here so he put the stuff get his rust on this put it in the car really quickly and then I put it back in the garage then when I had ran into a bush he ran into a bush did you put anything else in the trunks rather than rugs he put the um I believe put some shoes in there ladies shoes what was the point of putting all this stuff into the trunk I don't see first you will finish them when he told me helping Karen so I said ain't no interesting dead person like that and then he put him back down you see that the problem turned into bones before the police get here so he said he gonna clean up there you know the hallways and stuff in case somebody come before you get there tomorrow so he just cleaned up cleaned up that place so you know like he peeked through to the Wonder what happened to the jewelry that y'all took out of the house somebody [Music] took it if you took it home I said I didn't want it not wanting on his stolen chair and plus I um oh yeah I gotta um one of them kind of watch things I did get one of them and and the wrist watch yeah I got one in the top part right here because I thought it real diamonds I would be real diamonds do you still have that watch of course watch that now oh you see at home would you go with us and let us get the watch back is there anything else at the house that you have that came from the Saturn residents that you remember I don't think more no more foreign [Music] do you know what Chris did with hit the jury that he took out of the house you know he probably calling it because he's mostly fine the stuff you know get some money off of it do you know which pawn shop they're using at first um he said this ain't the second time second time he killed nobody he said he's been killing people a bunch of times I beta I got that trans down where did he say anything about who else and y'all commenting who else he had killed did he tell you anybody specifically no why do you think he got Trans Am by killing someone um he said he'd like to ride around and smoke cars and also be rich these ones what's the Trans Am look like black I believe we painted it over because he looked like paint paint on the car they don't like it like the real car what color is it now does it have any racing stripes or anything like that on there it's just black they have tinted windows or anything it does or it doesn't no no there's bumper stickers or anything like that on the phone provide any damage where it been wrecked or something I'm trying like a brand new car because they're brand new is it a new translator yeah he's up I kind of like it but it probably kind of make it up look on the radio other than the three ladies over here on a card hill yesterday have you been with Chris where he's burglarized or stolen anything else or killed anyone else no I just won't wear them two times to that first two times these are either one of either you or Chris either one take a shower now I use the bathroom in there you didn't use the bathroom I wash my hands trying to get some of that blood out hey did y'all go to any fast food places before I use that to Suttons the Wendy's Burger King McDonald's anything like that did y'all go to any place like that and get something to eat um no they already had it on Wendy's hamburger there of course we constantly headed on there I believe they were cutting with the knife and I believe Chris said I got the knife from there um that they were coming with Cunningham very good uh try to get them to like cutting a hamburger in half yeah because it would have some um Wendy's little rappers right there with no hamburger with Aaron that it's windy Scrapper in the sand do you remember what Mr Sutton was wearing that day there was some kind of Gray gray suit and something like that it's wearing shirts gray suit man you can how about a shirt these were short sneaky shirt I can't remember him about the color of it okay when y'all are in the process of cleaning up the Sutton house what did y'all use to do that with oh you use some of that detergent there in order to sink it in the kitchen so I can get some water in there and I've got to look when the um thing that you cook with it right there big I put some water in there put some detergent in there you start mopping it up with a mop or with what huh did you use a mop to mop it with or what did he use oh not a mop it's one like got a brown handle going down like this man it's got like a sponge on the bottom Square what did y'all do with that stuff after y'all were finished with it oh it had done on it and you put some of it in the car and back in the um I think we got it up I did look bosses man where they keep the bronze and stuff at so y'all clean that up and then put it back up the bathroom that y'all used where was that located at the Sutton house no I can come down the steps let's turn right in there right into the side place right now okay did both of y'all put stuff into the trunks of the vehicles or did just one of you put the stuff in the trunks um I put it in there and Chris will bring it out putting on the purse while I put it in there so Chris would bring it out of the house and set it on the porch and then you would take it from the porch to the cars yeah one time he put it in there we ain't had put it in that car right here not this car with this car right here you put some in there Chris did sometimes yeah if you remember what all you you put in the trunks of the cars exactly what it was um some rugs some shows play with some um some they were some shirts in there too shirts and all kinds of shirts women's or men's shirts yeah I believe what's a woman shirt oh man I don't know you're like both of them though you know it's casual shirt like this something like that turn everything out you really put on suitcases what kind of suitcase I'm doing what's the kind of blue one shape like this is your people like that what was it made out of oh glue was kind of um um nylon or something like that it has a riding on it right now [Music] oh yeah he what what was in that room saw some chairs you know a see-through window see-through door Wonder what was the color that y'all used I believe it was um red this part that comes in like this red the handle [Music] he said Mrs Sutton was wearing stockings what happened to the stocking oh Chris when I said they were playing when we had took that offer and start rubbing the eggs and stuff now when in one time to stop and then what happened oh you guys sit in the head put on in here before he had killed are you dead what now before he had killed he started rubbing all the eggs and stuff hit her on the head and then he did what and Danny and then he started killing her you put it in between the two doors right here is that where you put her the first time they stabbed it huh is that where she was the first time you stabbed it no she was in that room right there with a big old table was you didn't have to kill them he put up between them two doors then we only left he had shared it but didn't didn't she go back toward the back door before y'all came in one time didn't you say that uh she was in the kitchen though who had came in we went upstairs she didn't see you when y'all came in I was seeing any kitchen one came in but when came in went upstairs and we came back down stairs it was in the kitchen you know when he got her where was Mr Sutton that was did you see him upstairs 90 dollar China and I just went up there and looked around ain't been annoying to see now I came back down foreign [Music] stabbed on her body that's cool best you can remember exactly where on our body did Chris stab um um one time in the neck neck part remember probably one time in the chest right here in the back of the back of her head and everything you kind of cut her finger was she fighting him huh where she fights you was she struggling resisting yeah she can get a little because she hold it real time like stab him did Chris try to have sexual intercourse with Mrs Sutton during his time but he took off that um stockings and start rubbing rubbing her legs and stuff foreign [Music] [Music] a little bit did Chris say anything during that time why are you playing with the land yeah he said I'll get down and try rubbing the leg and I see that no do you say anything else [Music] did either you or Chris take off your shoes while you were over at Sutton's residence um yeah he's got some um blood on my socks while he was stubbing they got some of my socks and I took my shoes off I start walking around walking around there was a Hilton on my foot the floor you know I might do with that rug first I went in there to the kitchen the big sink right there I got the front good thing where you cooking put some water in there put some detergent in there and got the um the sponge thing I did that um thing right there stop mopping it out oh Mr something where did Chris stab Mr they use the spear you start them right there in the neck part right around her neck part and please put him in the heart one time until I think about it in the back so I've been in the back you know in the back oh I believe he's still right there by the neck in the back part of that foreign how did Chris do you think Chris knew the site I mean um he said his dad went with that man in the Army and plus he probably went up down from asking for a job or something I know sometimes you do that he would go to the settings and ask for work did they ever let him work for him no it was Chris mad about that why does he want why what was the reason why did he kill him he probably thought they had some mining you know did he try and get him to tell him where some money was or anything yeah because I remember um he's saying I know you got some money now give it over something like that and plus he said get the keys to the car to the man who where did he finally get the keys from to the cars oh they told him that um the lady went hard to talk to him he said a Chris said what you want to do you want to live with uh you see anybody give me the keys so that they said I want to die so he went and killed her and then you ask that man both of them is in a room at the same time then you know earlier you said that the lady was dead oh not not the lady in the man him Chris and the man both of them was in there at the same time and the lady was in between the doors she was all right she's already dead yeah I believe she was dead I wasn't sure but she was like she wasn't grooving or not so the man told Chris where the keys to the cars were then what did Chris do after he told him he went up and got him oh he told he went up there and got him and he brought him back down and he finished the man off by finishing him off what do you mean he got the um the spear thing he's starting him in the net party in front had he already stabbed him with a knife before and the man was still alive yeah see he know he couldn't hardly moves all that good he probably must already know him you said he had an artificial heart or something yeah Chris has I told Chris why what's up up there looking for some Journey I told him man down he probably called the police and then he said he can't move all that good he got artificial heart but you still have that was taken from the southern house is that one watch you know and that's kind of thing that's like that you know it's like a watch face or what about on things too a necklace somebody gave me that one because a gold necklace it ain't no necklace and then but it's shaped like Annapolis I believe that um Circle watch go on here that you hang from in the garage he said he busted one he was on the garage have you ever worked for a cleaning company a cleanup crew like you go to you know go to houses and clean them up or anything but yeah come out clean up inside the house yeah or outside either one and you know I do it sometimes you know like break the yard and stuff that's worked like that before I started yeah how do you get to those type grass has Chris ever worked for a cleanup crew like that I don't think so but I believe you just go around the house there's some good for the fun of it I'm gonna be able to clean up okay how long has black or white white he's a white male he's a dark skin it's a dark construction come up like a tan you know he ain't got no chance does he have any tattoos or anything like that the tattoo yeah son because she once upon a time I know he had um look thing right there they said you put that on there and come off like a sticker yeah there's Chris in the drugs and the drum yeah they use them or sell them um he drink beer drink beer and stuff I don't believe he was drugs probably don't I don't know see I'm using one if I see him drink beer about how tall is Chris um he might look taller than I am but this time for me how tall are you oh I'm about five eight so he's a little bit taller than you you know about how much does he weigh oh you know that you know that's right he kind of slim like me but she looked bigger than I am Biggers and muscular or fat huh let me see fat or is he got muscle you know he got muscle kind of like like just mine like I got but it doesn't look bigger than mine though do you have any mustache or beer or anything mustache no he got a mustache like I do not that big but kind of looks you know his mustache is kind of like his light it's not a real like mine it's not as prominent in his mind oh no it's real Slim like that kind of like yours but it looks a little thin it's not as thick okay has he ever been arrested before he said he too smart be be arrested have you ever been in trouble before yes I was going on school because when I was thinking of doing this you know going around with him I'm making a lot of money to watch that's the reason why I dropped our school I'm going around a bunch of mine how are you getting a bunch of money you know like when we get the jewelry you want to go to a pawn shop or something and then he gave me half of it Chris would give you half of whatever he made yeah then before we started you know what I don't know what's right now what was y'all doing on Oglethorpe what kind of stuff was y'all doing on Oglethorpe to get jewelry oh yeah so when he saw the jury you were supposed to get half of did you ever get half of it no why not he said he went out he said what you said he didn't go out he didn't sell it he said he's gonna wait a while before he steal it let it clear out clear away did did y'all get any money out of the Sutton house the house on Oglethorpe yeah we got somebody on view I didn't mean before how about from the lady at least you had a um and he brought it downstairs and don't get out and he looked around did you get any checks or anything he wasn't getting one of them cards ride a bicycle some places when he had a Trans Am and he could take why does he want to ride a bicycle instead of taking his Trans Am oh come on go to go to the houses yeah oh you can put the keep it Trans Am there so just riding the bike you can just put the bike in the car that he's stealing have you ever rode on this Trans Am you just trans yeah I looked inside have you ever have you ever ridden it no I just looked inside of it inside have you broken into any houses where you haven't hurt the people but just broke in and taken some stuff no you ever broke into any cars and taken stuff some jar you see it took around about a novel thought an hour and a half or maybe two miles okay Cliff what I want to do see the diagram on the wall over there that's a diagram of the Sutton house the house on Oglethorpe Avenue what I want you to do is walk over with me and point out where the things you said happened happened okay okay this is going to be all the Thorpe Avenue and this is going to be sunset sunset okay this is old Thorpe Avenue up here at the top okay and this is Sunset Drive here this is the garage this is the uh steps going up to the door you said y'all went in right here Thomas here is this it right now that's the back door um we got way in there and first each of them go upstairs going up right here oh and I went upstairs and I just went up there and looked looked around and I ain't checked the um the inside play so I just went up and look around look now you're still not here now so I went back downstairs where was Chris in Mississippi that's the dining room where the big table is this is the pantry there's those two doors you're talking about to go open either way this is the kitchen and this is the breakfast room where his little table was over on the wall when I went upstairs and they came back down I'll be there was in the um that was in the kitchen and then when I got in there they went into this room right here because he grabbed by the arm part pull it put it in here and that one he starts stabbing her in the neckline and then he's dark and then he had him hands over a monster she can't holler at first but she started hollering and then she called caught her husband name that when he had stopped during the neck part and then she went back in here she was just been stuck one time and she came back in here to the um kitchen calling his name and then she came through here do this part right here and he stuck there again and blood was on this part right here and then he came down the stairs about the time he had took the back in here to start you know messing with her around started took the um stockings off start rubbing and then he came downstairs [Music] he told me to grab and I said no but people walking down the stairs real slow as he can hardly move here you know winning and tell them that the man is coming he ain't already finished her off then yeah took one minute timer he already had Twitter in here on I believe she was there because I couldn't because she went very even hardly good and then he was coming downstairs he told me to grab him and I said no then he went in there grabbing his arm and putting and put him just downstairs right here okay this is going upstairs yeah upstairs and then this door was the door going down to the basement going down stairs under the under the stairs do you know what I mean oh he went through the um so this is the living room I didn't hear where the piano yeah he came down the stairs and he went into here he told me to grab him that when he had grabbed or something and put them in here and throw them down on ground on the floor right there and then he asked him what the keys was and then he said upstairs first he said what you doing why are you doing this stuff like that and then then on Chris Allison where the keys at and then he started sticking them first he did where the keys was then he told him and then he started speaking to man then I went upstairs and got him he told him the kid was upstairs so I went where was he when he stand right here by the table now he was down on on the floor because he had to throw them down on the floor and then that thing was down on the floor stabbing after he said the keeps upstairs and I went upstairs and got it and then I brought it back down I said this is the keys they like that he was still working on it but it was still alive though so he had saw that spear somewhere before I had came back downstairs he had it you start sticking them in the neck part with the spirit right here anything here that he finished finished may I know and then all the blows right here and all over here we saw him in the hallway right when you come in through that door then he had finished him off and he put him in there like now and put a rug on this rug here that was on that was sitting in this dining room by the table yeah y'all roll it up person moved the table and put it on and put it right now open them first you put the um Laden plastic bag and a coat part that you put your shirt your coating stuff on put her in there and then we looked around for some jewelry and then he saw the saw her pocketbook and then he brought it back downstairs and dumped it out right here he put it on the table that he was had to chill right now he's knocked it out right there then he was looking he wasn't get that card to stick into the the bank thing with their name on it might have come out yeah not not to again because he might get in trouble and then after that he got the money out of there and he got it and cleaned up everything you got the bill for that man pocket that yeah we're just going to the basement did y'all ever go down to the basement oh yeah we went down there a little sun too and went in there and got the um I went in there with a sink at in the kitchen right here right here right there got a big stink in it and I got the um thing where you cook it cooking a pot or something yeah a big pint when you cook stuff in and put some water in there I turned the faucet on put some water in there I put some detergent in there do you remember what kind of detergent it was it a liquid detergent or was it white washing powders or I'm dealing with some liquid detergent I agree I think it was ivory you have the liquid detergent foreign [Music] this is the garage here right here was the Dodge the one I said probably a Dodge it was um Brown dark brown light brown oh I'm kind of brown I believe it was light brown okay not real light round but was it a big car now he wasn't really a big car like a like a Cadillac or not but it was in between in between signs I bought this one over here do you remember yeah um I also got the name of it um it was on Brown too I think which one of them did you get you back into the bush with this one right here is this the busher back then too I went right straight back yeah is that the same one you hit the wall with uh-huh did you even drive this other one over here really and he tried to dry it out but something wrong with it making up too much noise he turned it off okay and when y'all loaded up the cars as you drive pull the car right up here to the sidewalk or somewhere around this area the sidewalk oh no this is the porch you see it got a little sidewalk that comes out to the driveway it's the right way this is the driveway right here and this is a sidewalk going up to the porch yeah we we can go out there and it's true oh this is what I mean this is the driveway the Streets back over here and up here yeah I drove it out right here and so you guys can get on putting stuff in the in the pool did you ever go out here on this grass for any reason to drive the car out here on this grass yeah I tried to turn it around you did why he was in the house if you see a room with a bunch of pictures diplomas and things like that hanging on the wall oh yeah I saw someone with some presidents on it where was that room I believe it was um upstairs let me see just on stairs when you go upstairs and not on this side but you keep straight on in there and you saw him right right there and it's on downstairs into that you know we come down the steps and keep straight and turn right now some pictures over there the Trans Am Chris is driving now is one of the headlights broken out on it the headlights they got a little um crack in it does it work um at night will it when he turns his headlights on is one of them burn out or both of them work oh no most time I go into during the daytime if you've never ridden in the car you said earlier yeah I just cooked in there oh stereo and stuff can I ask you something quick what did you tell um detective Carol here earlier about um hitting something with a car what did you hit uh I hit the um I rent this car tried to reverse it but I had put it in drive and it went forwards and I hit this with the glasses of this wall yeah did you hit anything else with a car to your room yo and I finally got it in reverse and going backwards I think I touched that bush right now look at this bush show me again I don't think the tape picked it up where uh where did you hit the wall with it's called this one right here I'm trying to put it in reverse and go backwards let's step the side like come back over here I tried to put it in reverse and go um backwards but I had to put it in the drive and I went for it and I hit it with my bumper right here I don't know if that dent was already in there or not in the garage wall did it damage the garage [Music] oh I remember I saw the scratch on on the bumper but I don't believe it damaged the wall that merged okay what else did you get when I finally got it in reverse going backwards I believe I touched that bush right there I wasn't sure enough I'll be here at church were you nervous Drive huh yeah done my first time before I had got my driver license when did you get your license clip oh I got it on the um 4th of August so you just got a week or two ago is that the first time you've ever driven a car in your whole life the first time [Music] um timeout um when I drove this car right here yeah let me see now I ain't drug no mama crying before now you know I'll be there my first time I drove um a gold car a go-kart if Joseph show us again where um you say Chris had the old woman when he took her stockings off when you took the stockings on [Music] um he was right there right this part right here inside this table describe that spear for me the best you can and what does it look like they had a um a table was iron Archdale it was kind of like a brown handle but shaped it like a brown handle but made out of Steel on her and plus it got um a print like this okay front like that okay okay you want to come back over here and sit down okay excuse me I don't have anything yet I don't believe that is awesome when you were on your way over to the Sutton's house with Chris what did y'all talk about what kind of things were y'all talking about when y'all decided to go over to the Sutton's house kind of the first one over there right [Music] um it ain't that far from where you standing with us right around and that was my first time going with them and do that's talking about having a car being rich and stuff like that that's what I like to be rich too man I like that we're talking something like that and then soon we got there when he we pull out our bikes over there you know over there we parked in the yard and stuff we parked on bikes over there not all bikes we don't ride our bikes in that first one we walked it you let me ask you something else too I'm gonna forget if I don't ask did you ever go or did anybody ever go to the Sutton's trash cans for any reason trash can yeah the ones outside their houses did you ever go over there went inside the garage I don't know why don't you tell me where they work if you remember I remember there's a little bucket inside the garage were there any big outside kind of trash cans that the Trashmen come around and empty do you remember seeing anything like that what come in their yard yeah did you remember anything being put in there by chance what's that track in on the side of the house on the front on the side of the front you don't know where the trash cans were did anybody pick up any newspapers out there no sniper Chris brought that came back out there you know because Allison what he was doing you know we went to the second house the first time and then he said he was getting somebody getting some of these newspaper did um after y'all went up their house you talked to Chris again because you talked to he told you something about getting the newspapers right yeah how many times do you think you've talked about this from Chris what's my newspaper well just there just um the whole thing what happened over there oh this month about six times at least about six times did y'all talk about what was in the newspaper and everything you know have you read the newspaper or anything about what the newspaper said about it no how did you hear that the police of some bodies over there or did you know the police had found the body no no I just when I you know when I was went up Chris on I just saw a yellow thing around one time they know what it was so I got closer to it so police and I do not cross do you remember what day that was on what day of the week that was on I believe around about about two days after about two days after we left the house when you when you uh did you ever ride by while the police cars were there right bye yeah did you ever go look at it again we're inside the house no not inside I'm talking about did you ever ride by like on over four for sunset or anything like that oh yeah I drove by one time I thought I went up Chris house and then I went past there to go to the store ever tell anybody you know in their whole life until today what happened over there at that at that house on uh overport sunset all right honey has Chris told anybody that you know up no did you hear about this thing on the radio or read about it in the newspaper or anything like that no I just heard it I just saw a yellow line across I listened to the radio but I play play my tapes a lot did you think when you saw the yellow line foreign [Music] he never talked about this with anyone until today yeah who else did you talk to about oh no I ain't talking nobody else just um just the police and that's been today right yeah okay [Music] what does uh you said Chris you thought he still had some of the jewelry and some of the stuff that was from the Sutton's house you did I understand you right did you say that um timeout after we left the first time yeah um yeah yeah I got some I just got that white stain in that circle thing that you put right here yeah you got that what and you still have that right and you told us we could go get that right yeah let me ask you what did um where does Chris keep the stuff he kept I'll keep it in this dashboard of the car now you probably find it most of the time you find it is there anything else you can think doesn't happen and either one of these two places that we've forgotten
