general public in some of the areas that she went to nonetheless there were no signs saying that she couldn't enter those areas and she didn't break any locks or jump any fences to get to anywhere she why it was repealed in 2005 almost 20 years before this video was shot the law was used to kick parents out of school board meetings when they said things that the school board didn't like that must be something new right a sense of what happened or whatever before i'm good for it right because see there's nothing they should have signs over here look it they don't have anything i already took pictures of them nothing here says you can't come in like i told you there's that penal code that as soon as they ask you but they gotta have signs out here that's why i did this to let them know that they need something okay because let's say that i was somebody that was gonna hurt somebody in there and i had you know they can walk right in here there's no sign telling them they can't do that they was initially in behind that gate should be restricted the public and i think they should put signs up saying that it's restricted to the public so that they can actually rightfully trespass people if they do cross that line and i think more importantly prevent people from crossing in in the first place but now she's in an area that is clearly publicly accessible and clearly intended to be publicly accessible at a public building but they're still trying to push her even out of this area and it's going to get much worse spoiler alert when she gets out to the public sidewalk in front of the public building they end up arresting her for being on the public sidewalk you've been trespassed here you cannot come back here for seven days exam no that's not how you spell it and you martinez yes the arrest i reached out to the department for comment and to see if they were going to re-educate their officers they refused to respond leading me to believe that they intend to continue this type of behavior
