oh you're welcome hey i don't need your unlawful directives use prior restraint you're violating my first amendment i'm not interfering interfering it's a physical act what you say is not the law if you get any closer you're considered interference you don't know what you're talking about no you don't but somebody needs to explain to her that she cannot tell people where to stand so it's friday march the 4th 2022 in arlington texas it's around midnight and we noticed this traffic stop taking place so i'll go over to investigate and everything's going fine until officer brown actually realizes that i am there filming her traffic stop and she absolutely loses it bunch of road pirates over here oh look she's using prior restraint huh oh you're welcome hey i don't need your unlawful directives use prior restraint you're violating my first amendment i'm not interfering interfering it's a physical act interfering is a physical act go back to work you don't you don't know what you're talking about you don't know what you're talking about ma'am 38.15 says i have to be interfering in a physical manner ma'am houston versus hill says speech cannot be interfering ma'am houston versus hill this is turner versus driver turner versus driver says i am allowed to film you i am not interfering you put your hands on me you will get sued you go right ahead and make my day you need to learn the law you're you're using prior restraint with your with your light after harassing harvey freebird she goes to the other side to harass carolina in fort worth ma'am turner versus driver carolina does her best to just walk away from the control freak with the badge what you say is not the law just because you we want your supervisor here now supervisor now supervisor now name and badge number supervisor now get your supervisor here now you are out of control go back to work and leave us alone you cannot tell us where to stand no you can't we want your supervisor here now at this point in an effort to arbitrarily control people that she has no legal or lawful authority over she has completely ignored her traffic stop and the individual in the vehicle this is a result of teaching cops that officer safety comes before everything including individual liberty and the law the irony is that these two individuals recording this did not put her in danger however her trying to arbitrarily control everyone makes people hate police which i would argue does put them in danger and creates an actual officer safety issue we will see later though in her police report that her only actual issue is the cameras she specifically articulates in her report that even when the individuals are standing at a safe distance they can still see her which is a problem supervisor now get your supervisor here now get your supervisor here now i want your name and badge number and supervisor i'd like to point out that harvey freebird and carolina and fort worth are in a parking lot recording this stop i had often wondered if police would yell at us even if we were right next to them a foot or two away if they didn't know that we were recording so myself tuck police suck and a few others tested this out a few years ago in tucson arizona when a car was pulled over in a parking lot we pulled into the parking spot directly next to the vehicle that was pulled over no more than three or four feet away we then rolled down the windows and sat inside of the truck recording so close that we couldn't even open the door while the officer was standing at the driver's window even though we had previously even that night had issues with tucson police officers telling us that we had to be 50 to 100 feet away from them if we were going to record in this instance we were close enough that we could have stabbed that officer in the neck and he said nothing about it because he didn't realize that we were recording the point is that officers have to do their job every single day while the rest of society continues to live their lives right in their general vicinity the only time they seem to have a problem with it is when there's a camera name and badge number it's your policy by the department to identify she refuses to identify sir i want to file a complaint on her i want to file an on-site complaint on her have you ever heard of turner versus driver sir that gives us the right to do what we're doing you cannot tell us where to stand i want her name and badge number and her supervisor now i'm filing an on-site complaint on her what's your name and badge number sir you guys don't know what you're talking about you don't want to listen to me again i've made it clear interference is texas penal code 38.15 that says i have to do something physical to interfere me standing right there is not interference sir i want your supervisor here now no i don't yeah respond to what you're telling me you're gonna get your supervisor here supervisor are you the supervisor i need these people supervisor they're telling me if i take one step i'm going to get arrested for interference texas thank you sir this guy knows what he's talking about you guys are idiots texas penal code 38.15 says interference is a physical activity i want that lady's name and badge number now i want to file an on-site complaint on that lady right there she threatened with with violent arrest i was standing where you're standing she says if you don't get on that curve and i moved back just because she was reaching for her gun and stuff but i don't have to she cannot tell me i had to move over two feet two feet is like ridiculous at first she said she said you talking because the lady was talking to me in the car she said you talking to them is interfering the city of houston versus hill says my speech cannot be interference okay she does not know what she's talking about she's ordering me around like a dog i want to follow on are you her supervisor i want to follow on-site complain on her and him neither one of them know what they're talking about this is ridiculous turner versus driver says we can film you guys if i can walk on the other side of that car if i want to this lady's out of control man turner versus driver ma'am you don't know what you're talking about man i have the first amendment and turner versus driver i'm the press so now that other officers have arrived to try to de-escalate the situation and informed officer brown that harvey and carolina can record from anywhere they want so far as they're not physically in the way of this investigation officer brown is still trying to order them to stand on a curb where she wants them to stand she's also still using the flashlight to try to blind the camera notice also that where she wants them to stand is about 50 feet away and on the opposite side of the car where they can't see anything that's actually going on this completely negates the purpose of recording the police you guys are supposed to be transparent i know i can she cannot tell me where i can stand at least do the driver a favor because they're doing an investigation well i have the right to film it i know but don't destroy it she's trying to obstruct me i get that but your job says distracting the driver okay i appreciate your calm and cool demeanor man i do because she came out all aggressive and and threatening and like i said you can record just remember don't distract the driver compared to her all right man but somebody needs to explain to her that she cannot tell people where to stand interference is a physical act i have to be in between her and the driver to be interfering that's texas penal code 38.15 it also says speech cannot be interfering officer brown wrote a police report a month and a half later stating that people recording her is distracting to her and therefore constitutes interference in her own words she articulated multiple times that she told the victims not to stand where they could see what she was doing but that her victims refused to obey her unlawful orders and continued to stand where they could see what was going on at one point in her report she even states that her victim carolina in fort worth stood behind a fence which had bars that she couldn't pass through but that the fence did not block carolina's view of what the officer was doing which the officer saw as a problem not surprisingly officer brown was able to get a municipal court judge to sign a warrant for carolina in fort worth's arrest for recording the police the municipal judge that signed the warrant was kathleen weiskopf currently weiskov has no complaints against her from the state bar of texas but certainly signing a warrant to have somebody arrested for recording the police is worthy of a bar complaint i'm sure you guys all remember the recording of this incident where somebody died at the hands of a police officer police were trying to push onlookers back so they couldn't actually see what was going on but they didn't have enough officers to actually get it done police will tell you that every situation is different and would require you to be at a different distance while recording i wouldn't disagree but in this instance people recorded from about 10 or 15 feet away while someone was actually murdered however arlington police officer brown thinks that she has the right to push you back 40 or 50 feet and force you to stand on the opposite side of the vehicle where you can't see anything that she's doing officer brown with the arlington police department is trying to establish the right to abuse and murder people in privacy for officer safety and apparently she has the backing of a local municipal judge and bar member kathleen weiskopf so a couple of months after recording this traffic stop a warrant was issued for carolina in fort worth but not for harvey freebird we believe that the reason a warrant was only issued for carolina and not for harvey freebird is because harvey freebird filed complaints against these officers recently texas police officers in the area have arrested multiple people for filing complaints against their officers they started to realize how bad and retaliatory this looks and therefore only issued a warrant for the cop watcher that didn't file any complaints that day after all these years though they still fail to see how bad it looks to illegally and unlawfully arrest people for recording them if you have any questions or concerns contact information for this police department as well as the bar member that helped retaliate against people for watching the police is in the description and pin comment below we can't let them set precedent that says that they can abuse and murder people in private
