at this point I mean I don't know if if people over there are incompetent or if you're intentionally causing problems either way I need these records requests filled and we again we can do this the I've been trying to do some records requests with the city of Clovis through the police department and a few other departments to try to tell you guys a story about some disgusting things that they've done and the thing about this city is that they'll smile they'll use a wonderful bright tone of voice when they're talking to you and then turn around and do absolutely disgusting horrible things so I put in my records requests and they're required by law to respond to me within three days I got absolutely no response uh it's a week or two later maybe three even I get cc'd in an internal email and so I start responding back and forth and then call them and they do the same thing that they've always done use that bright bubbly tone of voice while talking to you and acting like they're going to handle the issue and then do absolutely nothing at the end of the call they made a promise that they were going to send me stuff by the end of the day and of course once again did nothing so as I promised in this phone call myself and a handful of other people will be out in the city of Clovis to do a loud obnoxious annoying completely legal but very annoying protest in the city of Clovis because we can do this the easy way or the hard way in the city of Clovis wants to do it the hard hard way good afternoon Clovis police records hello may I speak to Vivica please sir hi Vivica how you um forward it to my lawyer to just go ahead and file a lawsuit since I was just completely ignored and then today I uh was cc'd in something asking if this request was ever filled Not only was it not filled I didn't even get my three-day response or or anything um and so I see that uh I was cc'd in some of the responses and one of the responses from you that said we need to know the exact dates and of the incidents involved not just a blanket request of dates and we're still waiting on verification of the date of birth the response was sent on the 26th hmm and well I mean I I've I've searched my email and then even went in specifically and typed in your name and your email address who was it that claims that they responded to me okay yeah I've got I've got no response anywhere in not narrow that down nor am I required to narrow down because I want any and all investigations pertaining to crimes alleged to be committed by Jeremy Riley furthermore you had told her that I needed to give you date of birth on these uh two gentlemen which I I don't know maybe you are brand new and don't have a clue but I need these records filled immediately and I don't need to give a date of birth the scope is narrowed down told repeatedly that without a date of birth we are not to give out records oh okay well we can do this the easy way or the hard way um and so the the records Law requires that I give you enough information that you can find the records that it's not so vague that you just don't know what I'm talking about right but there is only one um there's only one Gunner Edwards that attends that school therefore the date of birth to narrow down what Gunner Edwards were talking about is completely unnecessary there's only one Jeremy Riley employed at that school so a information is a game I've been doing this for a long time it's a game that I see that I see people play to try to avoid giving me I mean he's the only Gunner Edwards that was enrolled in the school at that time there is no other I can I understand we're just that's what I've been told to do by previous supervisor before I got on this make sure because we do get multiple and unfortunately because of the new apra we cannot do a blanket search like you're asking you need to give us specific dates it's not a blanket search and you will give me all of the records related to the investigations of a know I understand that you're saying it's like a large blanket thing but you and I both know that it's really not that there are very few records between January 1st 2022 and today we we both know word invoice and let you know what we can what we found just ahead of time just make sure that you know too that the attorney general has a specific uh a price chart for for things that you can and
