workers where's the office for the parking per people the line over there that's the line yes that's the line for you going need your drive license with res just go there so really the whole reason we went to Chelsea Massachusetts in the first place was because we read their online reviews and we found that if there's one thing wrong it's their parking you've got all these one star reviews they're talking about how the people who give you parking permits are horribly rude horribly nasty they make the process incredibly difficult and then when you aren't able to get the process completed because they've made it so difficult the police are constantly going around ticketing [Music] you I'm making it worse by filming them no just [ __ ] stop I'm sorry I I come people who talk to me I hope you folks have a this hope you guys have a great day I know they that's what all the comments are we came open like everybody complains about their parking and that they don't take care of anybody they give out a bunch of tick that's why we came over here everybody's complaining about tickets you can't get parking permits you can't get any of that stuff so and then they make you stand in line all day it's like the registry of motor vehicles you have to take the whole day off of work so you can pay them because you parked in a street but the police are parking in no parking zones all the time leaving their all that stuff so myself and MAA audit decided to go off on our own and check out some other areas of the building as you guys know I love treating government the way government treats us and one of my favorite things that government does to me is when I ask them questions they tell me oh well we can't tell you everything because it's under investigation obviously I'm conducting a went into Human Resources they called their superiors and their superiors told them that they could close and lock the doors so that nobody could investigate them not open hr's not was it open when you walked up there yeah it was and now it's closed yeah I went downstairs to check out some other offices and happened to overhear them talking from the public hallway I significantly altered the sound on the following clip so that you could hear what's being said hey there is a oriz station so we can't close the door because no because it doesn't say do not come Beyond this point technically they're able to come anywhere that the public is able to come like the public doesn't have restricted access to our spaces and so Ned just called me so pretty much anywhere that the public has access to they can count so the only places that possibly they wouldn't be able to go to is like where the public doesn't have access to yeah so right like the public can come and knock on our doors any time we're not restricted so essentially it's like a really brief thing I don't think we can keep the door closed because technically our door is always open um but it's just the heads out that they're going did you tell them my well that's not the right guance so it is the public is able to access it they need to be able to access it as well and um so I'm going to backrack what you pull okay oh hi working on that investigation you sent us to do um and uh one of the ladies here in uh in the health department is wanting to know details about the investigation we're doing here at City Hall and I didn't I wanted to check with you uh my my supervisor before I give uh too much too many details what what can I tell them what can't I tell him and I just I just I mean if you could just put her at ease I don't know what I can and can't tell her about it so if you can I can put you on speaker phone and you can just tell her because I I don't know what I can and can't say about it so all right can let you know that there is indeed an issue with the parking permit staff as well as parking permits in general and what seems to be a predatory system that Chelsea is running we investigated both Chelsea city hall employees as well as ourselves and came to the conclusion I usion that some Chelsea city hall employees acted inappropriately but that none of us acted inappropriately in any way ever in the history of our lives and that we never will act inappropriately ever in our lives although we've never done anything wrong in our entire lives and never will we will still continue to investigate ourselves on a regular basis and find that we've done nothing wrong because the simple fact that we even tell you that we investigated ourselves makes you think that we actually give a I sure hoped that acting like total douchebags and investigating ourselves and telling you we didn't do anything wrong doesn't constitute impersonating a police officer do you have anything you need to
