Um so, I went to put my lights on. Basically, he's going 80 in the 55 going down 278. I went up to put my lights on him. He went ahead and went down the dirt road and he was a basically traveling at pretty fast speeds down the dirt road um trying to get away from me. And then he pulled into here.
